Just wanted to let people know that Att changed their hours of operation. I went on a Sunday morning about 11 a.m. The store was supposed to be open. The lights were on in the store as if they were open so I waited outside about 10 minutes to see if a employee. No luck. Other customers came and waited outside with the same result. At least 7 customers while I waited. Thats 7 customers who could have spent their money buying new products. I decided after waiting for that period to check their website only to find out that they recently changed their store hours to Sunday they are closed. Why they didnt put a sign on the front door stating they are now closed on Sundays would have let customers know and they wouldnt have waited to see if they were going to open. The store hours on the door has the business open on Sunday.

The manager haven or heaven what ever her name is absolutely rude and inconsiderate went in with my dad to talk about getting a new phone for him and was told absolutely garbage. She is nice until she doesn’t get her way anymore than is completely ignorant I will be taking my 5 lines and business account to a different company. AT&T should definitely reconsider somebody like her working in customer service if that is how she is going to represent the store and company !

We had a heavenly shopping experience today! Saved over $1200 a year on our service plan, got brand new phones, and a wicked great deal on a JBL speaker Thanks Heaven! You are the best!

Sturgis store is under new management. Heaven and Emilee are friendly, and extremely helpful. I like the fact that I dont have to drive to Three Rivers when I need something. Great place to shop and deal with your account now!

If I could give the store 0 stars I would. Heaven the “manager” is very rude and I personally think having a relationship in the store is Unacceptable. Her and her boyfriend were arguing in front of customers. The story is shady. This store has really gone down hill. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer service was not friendly. My family resorted to the Coldwater location to take care of my families needs. The lady refused to take care of the phones needs to exchange the damaged phone for a new one, she told us its a retail store .

Aj was awesome, great help while we were setting up my new phone! Fantastic multitasking skills as well, all the while he was setting up my phone, he was the designated DJ and kept the store’s music jamming with good tasteful music that made the experience feel like it flew by. Way to go AJ and the whole team who helped me out!

Very nice staff! I couldn’t remember their names but one guy had glasses and the other female did very well! Treated me very nice. Accommodations were met. Very good professional service.

This store is amazing.Frederick Shoup and his staff are so kind and helpful.They are knowledgeable about there plans, products, and pricing.I went to this store about 2 weeks ago after another store told me I needed a new SIM card, only to find out from Fred that the tower in our town was down. He saved me from buying something I did not need.He also showed me how to select a different tower on my phone.Friday we went to Fred to get an account set up in our name, as we were on our friends plan. He told us exactly what we needed our friend to do in order to keep our phone number, and gave us in writing their plans and prices.Monday we went to Fred for help, as another store did something we didnt want, which was to go with a plan with his store. He told me to call 611 from my phone, and they would be able to help me with my concerns.In 30 days, when we can make changes, we are going back to Fred at this location to fix our plan and to work direct with Fred and his staff.Thank you Fred for all of your help. You are a true professional.

Sign on window of store says open 11 to 5 on Sundays. On here is says closed on Sundays. Voicemail only says that someone is not currently available. Wasted an 40 minutes because management did not update signage at store.

Customer service was the bomb way better then Verizon.

AT&T in Sturgis has been great for me. The services offered for my phone plan helps me to assist my insurance clients by day and review concerts by night. Both, Teri and Fred are very knowledgeable about different phones and options as well as being courteous and friendly. I was very pleased to see their place of business collecting school supplies for children in need this upcoming school season - that, illustrates they are more than just your average cell phone store!

AJ was Very Helpful and courteous everyone was polite and welcomed me in. Store was very clean and everyone was very helpful.

Desiree was very helpful with setting up my new phone. The entire staff was friendly while she helped get me a new plan and still keep my phone number.

Recently my wife and I decided to get our daughter her first phone for Christmas. Obviously we wanted something with as much parental controls as possible so we came to this store to get some info on options. We spoke with a guy named mike who we later found out is the district manager. He told us that an iphone would allow us to manage what phone numbers could call/text and be called/texed from my daughters phone. This was exactly what we wanted so I came back a few days later when I had more time to get her new phone activated. Once I baught the phone and signed the contract I was told that the info I was given was inaccurate and I couldnt manage the phone how I was told. I asked for my money back and was told I had to pay a restocking fee.(I hadnt even left the store yet) so now I am stuck with an iphone that I cant give to my daughter because I cant monitor it. This info was given to me by the DISTRICT MANAGER !!!! I will be looking into changing all of my lines to a different carrier.

At this point you really dont want my opinion. The only positive thing I can say is that the gentlemen who waited on me were very patient. Now I know why att is not what it was.

I was in the store with my Daughter who was going to upgrade a line on her account. We were met at the door by the Manager, who was assisting his staff. He was very knowledgable in all the offers available.And seemed to be in high demand from his staff as he was bouncing from counter to counter as different screens were loading on the tablet he was using processing my Daughters order never missing a beat.He even sent me a link for a FirstNet account because I Work as a traveling nurse out of Indiana just in case I want to leave Verizon anytime in the future he said.Never once pressuring my Daughter or me into any other offers and explaining everything in fine detail.I will definitely be looking into the FirstNet offer a little more and if I decide to switch I will for sure be coming back to him.I recently went into my own carriers store in Indiana and never received the kind of attention that my Daughter received here in Sturgis.Another reason for me to think more about switching Carriers.

Dont let the sign fool you, this business is not an actual AT&T store, they are only an authorized dealer. You will get far better service from the AT&T stores in Coldwater or Angola, it is most definitely worth the drive.

Friendly staff answered our familys questions. It took some time but it was worth it. Would recommend.

I and my brothers went to their location with fear because we do not speak English and the new sales agent Fatima received us at the door, very kindly, answered all our questions and laughed with us all the time. Very good choice to hire her!
