Excellent customer service. Great sales team, always helpful.

I went to my local store had them order me a phone online they said it wasn’t on back orders and it will be like a week and a half when I receive it however we received a email saying it’s not suppose to ship till the end of October beginning of November. I also had to activate a SIM card just to order a phone so I now have to pay phone service for a phone I don’t even have nor am I issuing.

Been a long time sprint customer and the service here was amazing. Zach was a big help and really made the experience awesome. I have never laughed so hard in a mobile store and knew and answered all questions I had.

Have had a horrid headache with poor phone service from a different company..Then terrible customer service experience with attempting to switch to Verizon with rude csr!Thank you Zac and a shoutout to you for making the switch to TMobil a positive experience and very personable! People like you are the kind of people who should work with the public face to face! It was refreshing to receive great customer service! Thank you also for allowing my young child to take part in the process and feel important as well. The experience from beginning to end was very positive for my family all the way around!

Terrible customer service! Went in to get a new plan & was advised not to get a sprint plan. I was ready to buy 2 new phones but was told that because I was young I wouldnt be able to get a good deal. Apparently they do not want my business.

Matt was very helpfully and intuitive. I didnt have to do hardly anything except sign amd he took care of the rest. Getting a new phone is such a chore but he made it fun. He reaches out to the Pokemon community more than coporate does.

Went there early so they werent busy to attempt to get my service switched to them but unsucessful. I was there guest and browsing new phones and another customer came in and i let them do go ahead of me(KNEW I WAS GONNA BE AWHILE).Needless to say i waited for 30 minutes. No assistence yet and he is now chitchatting with customer i let pass still. Told him i would come back in 20 minutes and ran another errand. Upon return i walked in and it wad like i was never there.waited 10 more minutes and then i started to express my disatifaction and unproffessionalism of this place. Said screw it snd went to Walmart and bought new No cotract fone with them. Will never ever ever go there again!!!!!!!!!!

Service is terrible got my phones on a buy one get one free deal and still have to pay full price for both of them was told my bill would be $150 and its $223

I needed help transferring some files to an sd card and the employee there could not have been more helpful. He was very patient and friendly with me. Now if I could just find a new phone from Sprint that doesnt cost a fortune....
