Bought phone n 3 months straight had no access to boost internet. Only time I could use it was while at my home using my internet.Took phone back 5 times n called tech support 3 times was told Id I paid another 50$ theyd be able to troubleshoot.ill never use sprint/boost again .18yrs n this is how I was treated.268$ phone n 150$ for no service

Our experience here sucked! Stood their waiting like 20 minutes and no one would help us. They were helping a Spanish person and soon as they left they ignored us! So we called them after we left to see when someone would be available to help us and they hung up on us! We will probably never go back!

Horrible service, actually not even horrible....you just get no service! Stood around for 20 minutes and not one word was said to me! Two employees and neither one offered to help! We will never go back there!

My overall experience was great, excellent customer service!

They know very little about the phones they sell. They try to just push you to buy something thats obsolete by saying it has all the new stuff in it so you can buy another later. Seemed like they didnt want me to read the specs for the phone on the box. You would think with such a limited selection, they would know about their phones a little bit.

Sturgis Michigan boost mobile store on main drag...not open at 9am here it is 10am on Tuesday May 14th, 2019...sounds like employee getting paid to not open the store....no good for business you would think.Have to give my service to someone else as your store was not availbe and I hope the person working today get nailed to a wall and lost there job!Also the website online says your open as well so you should try and be open...if you cant then must not be the job for you!Thanks....

Good employees but they are so slow and many times when I go to the store theres a sign on the door saying brb and the doors are locked.

Monthly plan is nice when you have 3 or 4 lines but dont like how walmart offers boost mobile phones cheaper i took mine in i just broke and got a phone that i dont like had to pay 100$ for it and cant return it now that i seen walmart got the same phone i just had for 40$ i feel like i just got ripped off and its just rediculouse there is no benifits of making payments on time and sticking with the company for the past few years i always had the same phone and when and accident happens this is what i get an over priced phone that is out dated and internet speed sucks thanks boost for not taking care of your customers and over pricing your phones service aint even that great anyway looks like im switching to verizon may pay more a month but better service and better customer satisfaction

Worst or ever bought a Coolpad legacy their three days later took it back because it kept shutting off then they gave me a new one the same problem took back 6 days later and they said they could not do anything for me this store is a rip-off do not go there

They dont know how to be on time to open the store got here at 9:10 and here it is almost 10:00 and there still not open and there sign says they open at 9:00

Never again... we drove all the way to sturgis knowing they are suppose to open at 9 and sat for an hour and still nobody showed up..
