Worst customer service ever. Like seriously don’t waste your time. I was in a couple weeks ago on my lunch break to look at IPhone cases and I was standing there for about 15 minutes while the sales reps we’re having a conversation. Never once addressed me then when he finally did he acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to him. I’m fact… I walked right down the street to AT&T and switched carriers same day. My parents still go through Verizon and they wanted to add on a watch for Fathers Day. So we walk in the store and there are two people in there. The rep didn’t even acknowledge us and sat there in a mess of a transfer. There was one other lady in there waiting for service as well. We waited 45 minutes without him even once acknowledging us or asking what we were there for or if he could help us in between. Finally I asked how much longer he would be and he was disgusted. We got up and left and drove down the Lagrange and Courtney was glad to help us. It only took 15 minutes mind your to add the watch to our plan and away we went. Thank you Courtney from LAGRANGE Verizon for actually being friendly and helping. They will definitely be getting my parents service again not the Sturgis location. What an absolute joke. I would give 0 stars for customer service and support if I could.

Nate did a fantastic job.! He went above and beyond to make sure my replacement phone was up and running perfectly. This took a lot of his time, but he had a positive attitude throughout.

Scott is an amazing salesman, and very good at what he does. I will shop there for all my Verizon needs

I’m so glad there is a Verizon in Sturgis now! It’s been a pleasure having a local place to go to so I can upgrade and check out the latest tech gear. The people at the store were really nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Ammara has made the change over from AT&T a breeze. She informed us of all available discounts and how we could save the most money. Great customer service, better tower connectivity than att and most of all we have unlimited data cheaper than we previously paid to split 20 gigs for 5 phones. Highly recommend.
