The employees and process of serving customers is night and day difference from the store 5 minutes down the road located on Main Street. This place is awesome. Jayme (spelling?) is a person I would love to deal with everyday. Here can-do attitude and customer service skills are for sure second to none! Even though she was working alone on a busy day, she never let us see that she was overwhelmed or aggravated at any time. As soon as you walked into the store you were greeted with a kind hello and a smile. Her fellow employees who called out on such a busy day should be terminated and more people like Jayme should be hired!!! Sure, I could complain about the long wait, but why, it wasn’t her fault, it was her teammates who called out on New Year’s Eve so they can go party.... Start the new year out right and send them their last paycheck! They are not what Verizon or Victra need!!!

The salesperson convinced me to change our super old data plan by assuring me our bill would decrease. Long story short, I just received my first bill & it actually INCREASED by almost $200.

The team there is highly professional & Elaina was able to clearly & concisely walk me through the options & answer all of my questions. I needed 2 phones with different features & all of that wasprovided to me by Elaina. I felt lucky to have worked with her & it was the best Verizon experience - & for sure the customer arrive experience - I have had in a long time. There is no need to waste time researching details of these products when all is needed is to talk to the team there. 👍👍

I had the worst experience with my new note... The stylus never worked from the beginning and I even bought another one myself and it still didnt work... They would not give up a stylus to keep good relations and in addition they put me having to communicate with Samsung and the local rep was just as bad.... I gave up several months later and have had a phone without the use of the stylus.... And I have the extended warranty and still no help!!! I will NEVER buy a phone from a Verizon store Again!!!!

Tyrone was outstanding. He gave me my options when I was buying a new phone and guided me through the process skillfully and knowledgeably. Once I decided to make my purchase, he with great patience and unaggressively explained other options to me so that by the time I left I had everything I needed and a phone that I love. The female store manager also answered all my questions about business accounts versus individual accounts and was a great help in Making those necessary decisions. They both knew the equipment backward and forward, transferred my old information to my new phone without a hitch and even applied my new screen so I didn’t have to fuss with it (and likely mess it up). They are both experts. I will return to the store.

Staff was helpful and patient. My older equipment responded very slow. The associate was really patient. He also did as much as possible to make sure I was able to utilize my account credits and and any eligible promotions.

Jamies coworker did not show she handled all customers as quickly and efficiently as possible and with a cheerful helpful attitude. You dont find that in todays world very often She deserves a raise. She had calls and walk ins. I must say there should have been two people working because it was still an extra long wait for all even though Jamie did her best.

Todays experience at Suffolk Verizon was awesome. The gentleman running the store, Tyrone, today handled the flurry of customers coming in excellently, despite being the only verizon agent in the store. He promptly and courteously welcomed guest walking in, took their name and number and got them in que to be waited on. He helped me get settled in on a plan that worked for me since I was debating between a set data plan and the Unlimited Plans, and he got me set up with the phone I wanted. Great service all around, definitely will come back for other services and needs if they arise.
