Literally sir outside for 5 min nobody at front counter husband had to walk in yell yo for a shortie with dreads to resurface smh

First let me start by saying I’ve been to metro’s where the customer service is bad and this store HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED IN A VERY LONG TIME Both gentleman Chris and Jay were very patient and friendly i was purchasing a new phone and they help me set everything up they even gave me a discount on a case and i am very pleased this by far is the best store in the Hampton roads area i believe these 2 gentlemen deserve a raise they were so helpful and patient they even greeted me when i first walked in and even held the door for me as i left I’m so thankful for them too

Went in today to Port over from Verizon Jay And Chris made the experience wonderful and simple was able to transfer my contacts and photos they even gave me a discount on my case and tempered glass I would totally recommend this location very kind and they greet you asoon as you walk through the door very professional

Just went into this location to purchase a case and the guy behind the counter offered me things i had knowledge about was able to help me lower my bill and add some cool features to my phone will be visiting this store more frequently thank you Jay

Honestly this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in awhile. The kid with the beard working at the counter was as unpleasant as they come. I got the vibe that this kid was going to scam me from the moment he opened his mouth. Every time I asked a question he seemed extremely annoyed. Would not recommend this location.

BAD Customer service. The light skinned guy with the thick Beard tells people hes the ower of the store and got the employees thinking hes the owner of store. He is ONLY A MANAGER. I Purchase a phone of one kind and if you dont pay attention EMPLOYEES will switch the phone on you..and told me that he couldnt transfer my my old number over to the new phone..Otherwords he does not keep customers happy unless he pick and choose..this is the store on Constance Rd in Suffolk..If you want good customers service go to the one on Main St in suffolk..

Im so glad I switched from Sprint. Metro cut my bill down from $134 for phone to $75 unlimited for 2. They were helpful. I enjoyed my experience.
