This is now my boost stop for all my issues. Shay the rep was outstanding and took very good care of me, much more than I expected. And she is still on the job taking care of me. I found her very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and trustworthy. Thank you Shay for a great experience.

Customer service is through the roof. Whatever issue I may have, Don (head of store) and his fellow employees always are sure to take care of me. They create a family feeling environment and I love it. If I have a phone issue and Im not in suffolk I will literally wait until I can make it to the East Constance location because I know I will get great service!
