Service on my ATS Cadillac was performed quickly with care and precision. The Owner, Audi, was professional, kind and considerate of my concerns and actually listened. Pricing for services rendered was extremely reasonable. What more could one ask for? I will definitely return.

I really recommend this place if you got something wrong with your car. Service prices are affordable, they even did a discount for me because I am a student.

Beware when using Groupon for an oil change. It wont say anywhere theres a $10 disposal fee then theyll tell you in person when you get there and act like you were supposed to know knowing full well youre probably going to get it anyway. They call that a bait and switch.

Awesome customer service and they get you out quick!!!! I called the shop for a same day oil change appointment and they were able to accommodate me. The manager is extremely kind and informative. It took 30 minutes or less to complete the work. Im looking forward to patronizing this business establishment again soon.

It was an overall pleasant experience. Audi was the person that helped me with my inspection and oil change. My vehicle didnt pass but he was full of good useful advice and he also spent some time trying to help me resolve my vehicles issues. I would definitely recommend!!!

I found this place through Groupon and I couldn’t be happier. Oil change and state inspection done in 10 minutes or less.Also, any major issues fixed same day. I had my CRV struts replaced for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop for any car repair issues in the Sugarland area!

Great place especially for women they did not try to take advantage of me as a woman or upsell service that I didnt need. Priced repairs so I could afford it. Would recommend them to everyone. Great service, friendly and professional attitude. I will go back anytime I need anything! They helped me more than they know.

The guy from there was super nice and patient when we had to get our insurance info faxed because I misplaced it. Even went the extra mile to make us fresh coffee then mix the creamer because I have no clue how to actually make coffee. Service was fast and prices were great. Absolutely no complaints. We will be back with our other vehicles.

We took our two cars to Florance on Saturday morning and were very satisfied with the service they provided. It was quick and on point. They were informative with the diagnosis of the problems and solutions.

3 times visited Florance Automotive for 3 regular services, each time service quality keep falling down to bottom worst by 2 shop owners. Mechanics work there were OK or average. - Remember - Dont take your own risks to ask any of 2 shop owners there for doing any type of services to damage your vehicle, owners there are not skillful and no knowledge for doing any car services. They may damaged your vehicle bottom frame because lifting up with Wrong support 4 points. They could make your vehicle leaking oil after simple oil service because put back oil pan plug Incorrectly, then refused to fix their problems and made up any excuses and stories to cover up their mistakes. Even one of shop owners rudely forced customer to out of their repair shop without repair fixed. !!! Stay Away, No More Trouble !!!

HORRIBLE MECHANICS!!!! INCOMPETENT AND SCAMMERS!!!! They claimed they fixed my car when the check engine light came on..they promise a 3 month warranty on the issue that they have fixed. My check engine light came on 1 day after they supposedly fixed my car, and they will not honor their promise to fix the issue I paid them $500 to fix. These people as simply FRAUDULENT and I would stay away.
