Great prices!! One of the only grocery stores I can spend $100 in and feel like I got my monies worth. I typically dont buy meat (poultry)here unless Im cooking by the next day. I feel like their meat goes bad fast when not frozen. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and last. Be sure to bring a quarter in order to get a shopping cart. Bags not provided,bring your own.

No corn starch, never any hot chocolate, no puffed pastry. I realize they dont have items that are used more than not but Corn Starch? Ive noticed a steady decline in items that they used to always have.

I really like the cheap prices and deals at this store and its also well cared for and kept clean impressive. However there is never any employees available to help Ive noticed but its a very simple store and shouldnt really be much need for assistance really anyway but thats just an observation I took note of that Ive never seen an employee out in the Isles stocking shelves or anything you know just kinda out in the store making themselves available to stop and ask for help

They have excellent prices and good quality food. Meat is good produce you have to be careful with but all other products are spot on and you cant do better for the money. Bring a quarter you need it to get a shopping cart and u have to bring or buy bags. Thats how they keep costs down Im assuming.

This is my first time shopping at this particular Aldi. It is a much smaller store compared to the others I have shopped at so less availability of items. The staff was super and check out was better than any other Aldi I have been to.

Really good prices for most of the items and fresh produce and fresh breads. Some times you find even great deals on items which are really worth more than price you pay when discounted.

I love it here. It only make me sad that all of the organic fruit was covered in mold so I couldnt get any fruit but everything else is good low prices.

Good experience, good prices as always, but limited options and staffing. Although you find cheaper options you lose variety of goods such as fruits and veggies. The place also appeared to be have only one checkout attendant even though there are 5 checkout spots - this reminds me of what Wal-Mart was dealing with...until.they offered the personal checkout option - which is faster. Was in line for about 10 minutes, but the bag-your-own-groceries added to it. Hopefully they will upgrade one day!

Who doesnt love a great selection of food to shop from? Only downside is sometimes inventory is rotating and not constant. I really like the Reuben bites and they are only around near St. Pattys Day.

ALDI on Dorchester Road in Summerville is a well managed ALDI that has everything that you want in a grocery store with quality products at really good values. I really like the location and it is convenient when you need to get in and out or stay a little longer and do some serious shopping. I have enjoyed shopping here and have had a positive experience every time I have been here.

This place is awesome! Super cheap stuff! I recommend to come and spend less money on your house monthly shop!

Absolutely great place, some people were not wearing masks but thats not entirely aldis fault. Love the selection of allergy friendly products since my family is allergic to gluten and dairy, the rotation of trinkets and treats always gets me excited to pay them a visit.

Store was organized and clean. I had an exceptionally polite cashier. It was nice to see efficiency with a friendly smile.

ALDI is not my usual place to buy fresh vegetables and fruits. Yet, I have realized that I was wrong after I did shopping today. They have a lot of fresh, high quality vegetables and fruits for very reasonable.prices. I wish I had found out that earlier.The staff was also very polite and helpful. I was looking for vegan cheese and the associate came with me to find it.It was a wonderful experience. Thank you ALDI.

God prices quick in and out

Love the instacart pickup. Has given me approximately 1 hour of my Sundays back. Expect occasional substitutions or missing items. Its the only way Ill shop at Aldi now. Its also a great way to manage your cart size and budget too.

Huge variety of fruits vegetables. Awesome prices and very fresh. Rare to see something on its way out in this particular Aldi store. Good wine selection for a bargain grocery and the Winking Owl 2.95 Chardonnay good party wine. Nice employees always a pleasant check out experience.

An excellent place for deals and simple shopping only problem is (reason for three stars) is the lack of cashiers since lines are usually long and takes time to get in and out hopefully this gets fixed so I can rate it to 5 stars :)

Its not to bad on prices. Milk is way cheaper here then any other store I have been too. The thing that I dont like is that u have to watch the prices on things some things are cheaper at other places for the same thing they have here. Other then that u have friendly customer service and the place is kept clean. Just dont for get to bring your own bags or buy some from them. If not hope and pray they have spare boxes for you. And dont forget to grab a quarter so u can use a cart other wise I hope u are going in for a few things.

If you dont know about Aldi, youre missing out. Fresh foods are always in great shape and prices cant be beat. For pantry items and kitchen staples, be willing to try the store brand, because youll find it worth every penny you save! They dont sell a lot of name brand products. Thats how they keep the prices low. The quality is every bit as good.

They have gotten better with keeping the store organized

I love some of the food they have there, but with others its hit and miss.But the cashiers need more training in anti-viral measures. Someone was cleaning carts outside, but then at the checkout, they switch carts so peoples groceries go into the cart used by the person in front. And the cashier actually put some of my groceries on the child seat where the previous occupant was an infant wearing a diaper! Thats really hygienic (NOT!). Needs some education from the department of health.

This used to be our favorite place to grocery shop. They had everything, great prices, quick and friendly staff. Now, its like were standing in bread lines as already. Mid saturday morning, and 2 cashiers, no self-check out available. Will avoid this place like I do Walmart.

Great prices and great finds.

Reminded myself why I hadnt shopped here in a couple months. The store is overcrowded with customers whom think it is okay to leave thier oversized shopping carts in the middle of the aisle while they stand in front of the shelves looking at products they dont end up buying. The store itself is fine, but the customers have no consideration for other shoppers trying to move through the store.Im not retired, so I dont have all day to stroll through the grocery store and leave with three bananas and a can of corn. When considering the time value of money, personally Id rather pay a little more for my groceries, shop where the process is more efficient, and people are more considerate of others.

Prices are alright. I honestly wouldve expected a little bit better of prices. They are typically generic brands and priced low, I love the concept but could be just slightly cheaper to make me an all the time loyal and regular customer.

This is a really nice store. It is clean and the aisles are wide. They have extra wide double carts (you can put 2 kids in the front basket). The shelves are well stocked and the employees nice. Dont forget your reusable bags and a quarter!

Great place to get groceries. Veggies are always fresh, quality and inexpensive. Jalapinos are spicy and delicious. Their caramel creamer is tasty. If you find something on their seasonal isle; try it before it is gone. When you go, dont forget your bags and a quarter.

Very clean and efficient. If you have not tried Aldi’s yet, I cannot recommend it enough. Very low prices and very environmentally conscious. Their produce is also unbeatable.

You can get a bunch of great deals but sometimes the quality isnt awesome. The fruits and vegetables are usually a crazy good deal, like the best of any grocery store. Beware the cheeses. Not of good quality especially the Friendly Farms. The Brie is awful. Lunch meat is a great deal, the Italian sausage links, big fat ones are sooo good. Eggs great deal, milk too. Nice little gluten free section and the products taste good. Dont ever get the frozen pizzas, just dont. Not a big meat department, chicken and beef okay, I stick to Food Lion for my meat. The yogurt is a good deal and so is the buttermilk and the chocolate milk. Big breads section, pretty good stuff there at good deals. Theres a chocolate bar section; must try. No, not the regular ones that you can get at Walmart, get some of the specialty ones theyre cheap and so good!! store brand cereal is terrible. Spices, baking stuff, soups, canned vegetables and fruits, jugs of juice, salad dressings, condiments, olives (get the jarred, black kalamata!!!) water bottles, frozen section, honey, snacks, wipees, all good deals. The frozen section has some cool, different stuff that you dont find anywhere else and its good. Some really good ice cream treats! You wont find good cleaning products, toiletries or plastic baggies or tin foil. So honestly you have to go to a regular grocery store for certain things to get better deals (yes I know my prices VERY WELL and I know the products here very well so I can say for almost certainty what these things are). Id say the only things you want to go to a regular grocery store for are: beer and wine, toiletries, paper/plastic products (except the toilet paper is a great deal), red meat, chicken, frozen pizza, coffee, tea, cereal, baby food/baby products. Dont expect excellent quality, youre paying very low prices.

I like shopping at Aldis...so many shoppers it could get hectic, so a person just needs to take their time. Priced are great and probably cant be beat at any other store. They also had toilet tissue in stock.

Prices were good and variety of grocery items was also pretty good. The only thing I noticed was that their produce area could be a little larger. They had lots of generic store brand grocery items and their quality was very good. We visited Aldis stores while traveling to Orlando, FL and Atlanta, GA. Were happy to see one in the Summerville area!! Just wish there was one closer to West Ashley or bettet yet, James Island, SC.

Excellent prices, store is always clean, fresh fruits, veggies, and wonderful meat selections!Their customer service is excellent, you can ALWAYS find an employee willing and(as odd as it sounds)eager to assist their customers. They are able to keep prices down on account of them not providing bags to customers you need to bring your own. Also when using one of their shopping buggies you must insert a quarter which encourages customers to return their own buggies so they then can retrieve their quarter. If you have not been there you must go grocery shopping at least once to try it its worth a drive you will save tons! Oh yeah, did I mention they have the best prices!
