Everyone is so friendly. They take the time to be sure you understand everything they recommend. Absolutely no pressure to buy their product. They will show you what they have and you are free to go research on your own. We returned and bought because of warranty and support. If I have an issue I like to be able to see someone in person. I get better results.

When they first switched from Palmetto Audiology to Connect Hearing, I dreaded my visits. Lately, its much better experience.Except, Im now paying for accessories that I never paid for before.

I was treated very nicely. The Doctor who did my test was very at explaining my test results and my options. The office was very clean and made it easy to do distance with other people. And everyone wore a mask. A pleasant experience.

Though they have undergone a change in operation, I continue to receive the same outstanding prompt, caring and professional service I have come to realize is the norm there.

When I called just before a holiday weekend I was given good advice to solve my immediate problem. A follow up visit on Monday was efficient, friendly and helpful. I was happy to see the stick health compliance with face masks and social distancing.

I called to get a referral to a Mt Pleasant Audiologist, since the MP office moved to Summerville. The person on the the phone (Tori) said that I would have to come to Summerville or just find someone on my own. I think is quite rude and unprofessional and certainly not helpful!

Kara has continued from day one to be a wonderful person to address the issues I have had in trying to acclimate to wearing my hearing aids more often. She listens to what I have to say, she is accommodating, she is knowledgable about the subject matter, her diction is amazingly clear and she is just an overall sweet person!

Very hard to find the office on the busy Old Trolley Rd. My receipt for services rendered did not have any labelling for connect hearing, nor any phone number. ID for Connect Hearing is key for tax purposes. I suggest you correct that omission, for your patients sake.

I was promptly brought into an examining room and had my hearing tested and my hearing aids cleaned. Thee people were friendly and helpful. Perfect visit.
