Jennifer was the absolute best. She took her time with me & my husband. Answered all of our questions. Offered some great suggestions & advice. She explained everything about the appointment & LISTENED to our concerns. After the test was complete; she explained the results & put absolutely NO pressure on us to purchase his hearing aides from her. Of course, we did. We go back this Thursday for the fitting of them. We are both very excited for this life my husband is gonna have by being able to actually hear. I HIGHLY recommend checking her out if you’re feeling skeptical about whether you should or not! She is very knowledgeable & professional!

I was very pleased with my appointment today. The office staff was friendly, informative and professional. I really enjoyed my time with my audiologist, Jennifer Bonner. She was kind, companionate, and skilled. She helped me find the information I needed, and I will be going back again. Hearing Life contacted me about the new Oticon More hearing aid, so I tried a pair for several days. The staff and audiologist were very helpful and explained and set up the devices. Although the aids had improvements. l liked, rechargeable, better moisture sealing etc.. I didnt find a significant difference in my hearing from my current Oticon hearing aids. Perhaps over a longer testing period I may have found a difference, but with virus restrictions with crowded areas etc. I wasnt able to test the devices in a situation that I find most difficult.Again the audiologist was most helpful and down the road I may commit to upgrading my current devices.

Jennifer was very professional! Going through the hearing exam she explained everything thoroughly to me and my options. Finally getting my hearing aids and trying them on for the first time I have heard sound that I haven’t heard in years. It was a great experience. Thank you Jennifer and thank you hearing life.

Very pleasant experience coming to this location! Came in for a ear cleaning and was treated so nice and my ears feel fantastic! Most places I called about the same service wanted an arm and a leg as payment but the pricing here was so reasonable that I didn’t feel bad about going to a specialist. If they can help you with your needs then I highly recommend this location.

Hearing AIDS hadn’t worked for approximately 18 months. No volume. In those 18 months went in to have aids looked at for the problem and was frustrated by the answers and quote for repair. Went to the scheduled reevaluation hearing appointment after a cold call I got and the Doc took my aids back to her lab and less than five minutes she returned and they were working like new. Lesson learned, Good things happen to those who wait.

Ms.. Jennifer and Ms. Ann are wonderful! Took time with me to help me out on searching tirelessly for a hearing aid replacement. They were very patient with my daughter with disabilities. Highly recommend them. We will be returning for sure.

I came in with trouble hearing properly. I couldnt distinguish what was being said because I couldnt understand the end of a word clearly. After several hearing tests my results were analyzed and hearing aids were adjusted to my current hearing parameters. I cant believe the difference it made. I can now watch TV and understand what is being said.What a difference!

Hearing Life checked my hearing, updated my hearing aids and cleaned them

When making appointment, was told if a doctor sent refural that Medicare would pay for hearing aid . After hearing test was told Medicare doesnt cover hearing aid. Was told my dad could try differant hearing aids to see what kind he was comfortable with but after test he was just fitted for one without even seeing what kind it would be.
