The staff here is AWESOME!! I walked in the door and was pulled back right away. The guy that did my hearing test (Kevin) was very respectful. He introduced himself to me. Let me know the other guy that seen me in July 2019 had retired and he took over. He had my file already pulled up and looked it over with me then took my test. CMe back into that same room... He went over the prices on hearing aids and which ones was the best to get also looked over the colors. The lady in the front desk was also as sweet as she could be. I spend no more than 10 minutes if that in that office all together. Love this place. Im so glad I picked this place to get what I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone that needed hearing aids and/or hearing tested to this place!! They are AWESOME!! Thank you for everything today. Yell made my day ❤

This place was spacious, clean and friendly, including the restrooms. It was also very cool coming out of the Carolina heat. The Dr. was very comforting and thorough He was passionate and understanding. He was very concerned about your feelings before and after testing. I would recommend them to everyone. Making future appointments was not a problem at all. I am going back here every year. They suit my every need.

Dr Kevin is so easy to talk to and understanding and patient. He’s very sensitive to what I’m telling him and he solves my hearing issues. He understands hearing aides👍👏

Sue and I were very pleased with our appointment at Palmetto Hearing with Kevin Still, Au D, who has taken over the Summerville practice of Tommy Baker. He cleaned and inspected our hearing aids and chargers, helped Sue get reconnected to Bluetooth, and reviewed our charts with us. He talked about new technology in hearing aids but said our 3-year-old devices were working well for now and there was no need to replace them at this time.

Visited Palmetto Hearing for hearing aid consultation. Great visit with no waiting, good hearing test by Lynn who explained what to expect with each test, followed by an informing and comfortable visit with Tommy Baker. Very nice office with no congestion, I was not just another patient be processed. Dr Baker is very pleasant and explains well the test results and options for hearing aids. He took all the time necessary to answer my questions and to make me feel comfortable with the process of fitting hearing aids. Would strongly recommend this office for your hearing needs.

I am very pleased with the hearing aids especially with the TV to Hearing Aid. Tommy and Lynn are the best being very professional in their work while taking good care of you to be sure every thing right.

After a hearing test showed partial hearing loss in my left ear I went to 2 other places before Palmetto Hearing that tried to sell me the most expensive hearing aid they carried. One place even told me I should consider buying both because my hearing in the ear with the aid will be so much better I will feel like I can’t hear as well with the ear that tested normal. Tommy at Palmetto Hearing retested my hearing and suggested a hearing aid that would meet my hearing requirements and not break the bank. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They made sure that my hearing aid fit comfortably and preformed well within the first few weeks of receiving it. I highly recommend them if you need a hearing test and/or are considering hearing aids.

Dr Tommy at Palmetto Hearing is the best. Always so helpful and easy to work with. I transferred there from another hearing Dr in town, and it was the best decision for me. His staff is also very friendly and ready to help.

I learned of Palmetto Hearing Healthcare Center through hear.com as I was in the process of deciding whether or not to get hearing aids. My experience has been nothing but positive. Tommy is very patient with all my technological challenges and takes the time to find solutions to any problems I might have encountered. I felt as if the decision whether or not to get hearing aids and which kind was totally up to me, and I liked the fact that Tommy, although helpful in my decision making, did not try to coerce me in any way. The best thing for me is that I can call any time if I don’t think my hearing aids are working properly and make an appointment at either of their two locations and know I’ll be taken care of.
