Great service! My front bumper was hit, and on a Google search i found this place close to home. It took just over 1 day to have my bumper fixed...since i had a quote done days before there was no surprise fees! My car looked brand new! Not only was it fixed but it was recently washed and vacuumed! They went above and beyond good service. 100% recommend.

After my neighbor hit my car going over 35 miles an hour without hitting the brakes or no skidmarks I was referred to auto collision Teck to repair the damage. My truck was in pristine condition prior to the accident I drop my truck off to have it repaired two days later I get a call that my truck is ready I ask if the damage was corrected which I was told it indeed was I ask if my bumper is straight to which he replied oh no that’s not part of the damage at which point I had to argue with the guy to get it repaired properly fast forward another two days and they called to tell me my truck is now already again so I drive the rental over to them with the rental agent to pick up my truck I get there and inspect my truck and the guy tells me to inspect it and check my tailgate to ensure it opens and closes smoothly I open it and the handle breaks he actually had the nerve to tell me I broke it by opening it too hard!!what??? So here we go another argument to get it fixed the insurance company was refusing to pay because of the story the shop told them finally they fix my handle I go to pick it up the third time in the bumper was never pulled off to be straightened and the paint behind the bumper never touched so it’s still scratched so now I have to pay for two days of rental out of pocketBottom line is this shop would rather argue then actually take care of the issue.The paint on the front fender was the cherry on top. Added after the shops reply.My truck has never been in an accidentHow could you say the bumper is not from the accident when it was clearly what took most of the impact?????It’s like talking to a wall... you see you’d rather argue... pictures don’t lie.. enough said.

I recently needed some work done on my 1971 Ford F100. My roof had rust holes in it, as a result of years of neglect from the previous owner. I decided to contact Auto Collision Teck. Roberto, the shop manager, was fantastic. After looking over the project, I received a price quote and an estimated time when the work would be completed. This place is disgusting I went in there with my 17 year old daughter and some guy named Nelson kept trying to talk to her after multiple times Im daughter told him no ge finally stopped. Ridiculous is what it is

Auto Collision Teck is awesome. I dropped my car off to them on Monday and they told me I would have by the end of the week and I did. It amazes me when a company sticks to their word. The work that they did on my car was outstanding you would never know that anything ever happened to it. My husband is a used car wholesaler and said he would never know any work was ever done to my car. Thank you SO much for a job well done and I would do business with these guys again and again. Auto Collision Teck did an excellent job! They had Hertz car rental service waiting for me at the shop since I had my State Farm auto claim. They also gave me a 10% discount, so I only paid $100 of my $500 deductible. I highly recommend this establishment!

Excellent Service and very friendly staff. I had a accident on June 1st and had my car fixed here. Within a week and a half my car was ready. When I picked it up the job was beautifully done. They went above and beyond! They even cleaned my car.

Do NOT go to this place TRUST ME. They said they wash n wax cars so I took my wifes 2018 Malibu n I gave them 4 hrs. When we came to get the car I instantly could tell it was awful. They NEVER washed it he actually waxed the car w/o washing it first n rubbed all the dirt n sand into the paint n now you can see small scratch swirls EVERYWHERE in the paint n the wheels werent even touched black brake dust still on it n the radio n air conditioner was turned up n on high meaning they had the car running the whole time while waxing n vacuuming. So just THINK that if they take shortcuts like this to wash a car ( or not wash a car n say they did) imagine what shortcuts theyll take when you take your car for body work. Dont let the fancy cars they leave out there fool you into thinking thats the quality youll get. Those cars are either the owners or close rich associates.

Worst repair shop experience I’ve had. Extremely unprofessional staff and the work was mediocre at best . Took my vehicle in to have it repaired after an accident and when they were done with it, it looked like it was done by complete amateurs. When I mentioned my unhappiness I was met with lack of care or concern because at that point my insurance had already stroked them the check so they washed their hands of me. I do not recommend them to anyone . I took my car to another body shop and they fixed everything that auto collision was too incompetent to do the first time. I highly advise you steer clear of them they will not address any of your concerns they will only brush them off and pocket your money . Such a horrible way to treat a customer who trust you to be honest and do the right things .This experience just further proves there are dishonest swindlers out there .

I liked the work that they did on my car, they pick-up and drop me of at my house. They are very courteous and helped me with a discount from my insurance estimate. They are so easy to find just a little south of Commercial off Nob Hill Rd.

My truck is brand new. 3 months and 6800 miles. It got hit by a shingle and scratched the hood and drivers wheel fender. State Farm examined the entire truck and gave me a check for the damage. I went to auto collision tech and set up the appointment for repair. This past Monday I dropped it off and they told me pick up Wednesday. So Wednesday I showed up and the entire hood was fish eyed and the paint had grit in the clear coat. I walk around to the other side of the truck and there was a nick on the rear quarter panel. They took the truck back with an argument and repainted the truck and called me to tell me to pick it up on Friday at noon. At 1215 pm I showed up and the delivered the truck and the hood was off by a quarter of and inch and the scratch that they put on the truck was still there. They took the truck and adjusted the hood but it is still off. The owner denied the scratch and showed me pictures of the truck which shows no scratches and improved him wrong with his own pictures and he said we can reopen the claim with State Farm and have them pay to fix the scratch. I told him he was unethical and I would never return. Sad part is that I referred my mothers car who also got damaged in the hurricane and they keep extending the deadline to finish the car. What is sad is that they brag they do all of the painting for big dicks customs next door and now I wouldnt even think about having them do any custom work. One business can affect others. So sorry I took my truck there and also referred my mothers car.

I had a fender bender. They did a good job painting it. They cant seem to put it on without huge gaps and misalignments. It looks bad from up close and the gap keeps getting bigger. My son was really upset because of all the condescending remarks made to him after we complained that the job was bad. The photos are from right after they fixed it. It continues to shift and its really nothing but, bad workmanship.

Sawgrass Infiniti referred me to Auto Collision Teck. They conveniently had Hertz rental car on site. They did a excellent job, I would highly recommend them if you had a accident. And they saved me money on my deductible!
