Very professional staff, very knowledgeable and available on Saturday for convenience. Rent a car center on-site made things alot easier as well. They took care of each detail with little need for us to do any legwork, especially good for us since the at-faults insurance was fixing our truck. We didnt have to deal much with someone elses insurance.They were done within a week. So far the repair work looks great, matched paint perfectly and new OEM replacement parts were used.

First off, I have been to many body shops over the years going back to late 1970s in Miami and Broward counties for many different types of cars from Mercedes Benz, Datsun 280ZX Turbo, Audi and Hondas. I just picked up my 2018 Tesla from Sawgrass Collision center today and it looks amazing. Its a red car and its a little over 2 years old. Some body shops would have a hard time matching a color like red and especially on a 2 year old car as the paint applied to fix is new but the car is two years old. Not in this case.I went to Sawgrass Ford Collision center as they are a recommended body shop from Tesla. It made me feel comfortable seeing at least a dozen Tesla cars/SUVs there getting work done when I brought my car in. It made me feel like they work on Tesla often so they are familiar with the cars. When I first went there to get an estimate from Joel, I felt like he was very experienced in his field and knew a LOT about the auto body shop repair business. His experience and the fact that they are recommended from Tesla made me feel like I was at the right place.Second, their prices were. not crazy high like some other body shops I have been to. I used to take our cars to Lexus of Pembroke Pines body shop and they do excellent work as well but the last few times I went there the prices were sky high. The day I brought my Tesla in (yesterday) I received a call from Joel to let me know they had started on my car and he kept me in the loop about my cars progress.The ONLY negative thing I can say doesnt relate to the body shop but rather to the Enterprise Rent a Car shop on their premises. I walked over to their office after leaving my car early in the morning expecting to rent a car for a day or two. They asked if I had a reservation. I didnt but figured if Im getting my car fixed at their body shop they should have a rental car for me. They didnt. I had to Uber 27 miles to my office in Miami and I wound up renting a car elsewhere later that day.I would highly recommend Sawgrass Collision Center for any type of car (Mercedes, BMW, Tesla and others). Their attention to details and the excellent communication and knowledge or my advisor Joel Maiz is why Id recommend them so highly. Thanks again for a job well done (my first time there but hopefully I wont have to come back again soon...but if I do need body repair I wouldnt hesitate to take our cars to them).

Was sent here for very minor repairs to the rear bumper after not getting a call back either times about the parts. Finally got someone to look at the truck, after looking over the scuff marks he told me that everything looked fine but refused to service the truck. Horrible customer service and waste of time, could have had my truck fixed already.

Messed up backing my car out of a parking garage because I have issues right now. 500 deductible and 480 for a rental, all this was fixed. The inside of the car was detailed well. My genesis is purring like a kitten. I have some cleanup after the fact but all good

This is the 2nd time I use Sawgrass Ford Collision Center for my Tesla Model 3. Both times I’ve been extremely impressed with the service and work performed on my vehicle.The first time was to replace my trunk as the garage door fell on it and basically crumbled it. I took it in, and got a call 2 days later saying it was ready for pickup. The trunk was like new, not one issue with the work.The second time was because I got side swiped and had to replace the bumper, front fender, lights, all on the front right side.The service I received from Juan, Stacy, and their manager was amazing. I truly admired their work ethic and always respecting your time.Thanks for a great job!

I am pleased with their service. Fo example, today their shuttle service was running late and they got me an Uber. It is a thoughtful gesture. Better service than Ive received at cadillac and bmw.

They told me to drop my car off much before they even had the parts delivered, which left me without a car for absolutely no reason for a week while it was just sitting in their parking lot not being worked on. All they have to do is paint and replace a bumper. Still waiting on the car and they said they would MAYBE have it ready by Friday, not even a “for sure”, a whole week after the original day they had stated it should be done by. It seems that this place doesn’t mind working extra slow, disregarding the customers time framing and taking much much longer than needed for the certain repair. They did this as well when I needed my front repaired which was much much worse than the bumper, but the bumper is taking much longer. (They didn’t even line up the eyebrows and grill correctly and they kinda just shrugged it off and told me to position it more myself) Just go to another repair shop if you want to feel as if your time Is respected and don’t want to wait an unacceptable amount of time for your repair.

Beautiful building! The customer service was outstanding, the technicians are highly certified and professional. My car looks great!!
