My car was tow to this company from the person insurance place who hit my car. Glad I didn’t get my car fix by them I see the horrible reviews. Come to find out my car is at another shop now I went by there and the shop told me that a part has been stolen from my car. Geico and them was responsible for my car I will have an attorney following up on this situation as soon as possible.

Took my car here after an accident to have repair work done which included repairing dents scratches and scuffs on a few car panels. Also there was a thumping noise coming from the rear which I will get to later.. After picking my car up I noticed that the dent that was on my quarter panel was not repaired properly and there was still a Thumping noise. I took the car back and management told me that I never addressed the thumping noise. A few days later I went in to pick the car up and the thumping noise was still there. After reaching out to higher ups in insurance company I was able to take my car to the original dealer to diagnose the problem. After the dealer diagnosed my vehicle I was told the thumping noise was a result of car star collision not reassembling my car properly. My car was in repair for three weeks total! Horrible Customer Service. They didnt even reach out to contact me to apologize after there contractors addressed the issue to them!

They take literally forever to get a car fixed. And after so much time without your vehicle it doesn’t even matter if it’s done well or not. They postpone things to the maximum. They lie about their progress. They order parts too late. I do not recommend going here. They are REALLY kind, but their kindness doesn’t make up for their lack of priority with each vehicle. If your vehicle is new like mine, take it back to the dealership. I’m sure they have an accident repair station, and chances are it’s cheaper and way more reliable. Do not go here.

I have had good and bad experiences getting my cars worked on over the years. This time was a great experience and i felt like others should know about it. I went to get an estimate after the tow company that removed my car from the accident scene had good things to say about Broward Collision. When I walked through the door, I was instantly greeted (huge plus), then I waited less than 3 minutes for an estimator to assist me. I made my decision to leave my car there immediately. The timing was in line with what I was told, there was no hold up or hassle when my car was done. The accident was fixed, my expectations were high, but they were met / exceeded. The customer service was incredible, the workmanship was perfect, and the follow up was an A+. I looked up the who the owner was and I was able to personally thank him for having a wonderful team, business model, and professionalism that was shown by all. Thank you Broward Collision for the super job that was done.

Ill never forget the feeling when my car was smashed in by that truck that ran a stop sign. Luckily no one was hurt, except for my favorite car I have ever owned. I looked at my car and was instantly heart broken. Then came all the calls I had to make to figure out what to do with my mangled car. I was recommended to go to Broward Collision by my insurance company. I had a good feeling about the shop when I researched them, but that feeling was multiplied ten fold the moment I walked thru the door at the body shop. I was greeted by numerous people who all were so polite and compassionate, just as I had read about online. I was given a time frame of when to expect my car to be fixed and back on the road. Then I got a call from Randy telling me my car was going to be ready 2 days earlier then projected. When I picked up my car somehow the magicians had managed to put my car back together and to my surprise my car was completely detailed and washed. I felt it absolutely necessary to tell everyone about my experience at Broward Collision. I highly recommend that if you need a body shop, you put your trust into the Broward Collision family. Thank you very much to the entire team at the shop for your knowledge, compassion, and expertise on not only vehicles, but people too which is rare in south Florida.

The worst experience. The company had my car for over a month. A 2 week job turned into a month. The manager could care less about the numerous date changes for my completed vehicle. I was to just understand that it is a process. He rarely returned phone calls because as a manager I dont usually talk to customers. Save yourself the time, aggravation, headache and money! My car is actually worse now than when it went in. They fixed the aesthetic but did ABSOLUTELY nothing regarding the nuts and bolts under the hood and I have the paperwork to prove it. I really should have checked the reviews before I came and not taken the referral from the service department at Coral Springs Honda. There are actually more repairs that now need to be made. The warranty is null and void because it isnt helping me in anyway shape or form. I would not recommend anyone utilizing this establishment.

Recently had my car here for repairs after a nasty accident(my 1st accident). I couldnt not be more thrilled with the end result. To start the service was 5 star! This woman named Michelle kept me updated and calm through the whole situation from start to finished. She explained what they were doing to my car, how much it would cost, and the estimated time it would take. In total my car was in the shop for a little over 3 weeks. But the end result was my car basically looking and feeling brand new! They really work with the guest which you dont usually find in SoFlo. Will definitely recommend to those who are looking for good quality work as well as amazing customer service. 5/5

Florida has been a rough place so far for my son and I. The opportunity presented itself a few weeks ago to show my son the beach, on the way there we got into an accident and mommas car seemed have more safety features then known, which was a blessing in itself. I then contacted my insurance company who referred me to Broward Collision. Randy was so courteous, polite, and helpful. Never have I been treated so carefully. The work to fix my car came out absolutely perfect. I highly recommend and appreciate the flawless work.

1 star might be too much for the kind of service they provided. They lie and no one ever knows anything going on with your car. May be because they all try to cover their lies and mistakes which by the way were too many for my liking. If your insurance is telling you to go there for repairs do yourself a favor. Run the other way unless you want to be stuck without a car and them giving you the run around about when your car will be ready. Progressive was not helpful either. You pay high premiums and you are a so call gold member status which translates into nothing. You pay and expect to be taken care of and instead you have to practically beg to get your car back and get done the right way. May be these are all reasons of why Honda Coral Springs dropped them from being exclusive in their repairs to their customers. Bottom line they are terrible with their service and they do not provide the quality that you deserve.

We gave them our car to repair fender and door damage. It took nearly a week longer than they promised. But, their customer communication was excellent and they voluntarily covered the cost of a rental car. Their representative, Matt Moss, was professional and made certain we were satisfied customers.

They dont answer the telephone

These guys are not the best. Dont expect the paint that they use on your vehicle to be the same high quality as your cars original (they use a low quality paint to save money). Also, when they replace a part on your car such as a bumper, it will not fit on the car exactly as before. If you try telling them to close the gaps between the new and existing parts of the vehicle, they will find a million excuses as to why the gaps cant be closed. Their workmanship is very poor. I would never recommend this place.

Went in there for an estimate and clearly my business is way too small for this business! I have small 4 door car and wanted to get it painted. it was as if I was wasting their time. He actually told me that the estimate to paint my car was $4000. R U KIDDING ME? The car has not been in an accident and has a few dings. Its a freaking tic tac size car. Disgusted with this business. If I need to come in with a man to have your respect than you DONT deserve my business!

They failed to fix my car properly. The manager whom has an office at Coral Springs Honda, doesn’t return phone calls or follow up with customers.My car had been ready since 8am last week after being in the shop almost 2 weeks. Tim was at work all day (he left at 4pm when they don’t close until 4:30 which seems to be a regular occurrence) and never bothered to make sure my car was actually there, fixed property, and ready to go prior to leaving and my getting there. Not only was I there for hours but my car wasn’t even there!Tim’s solution was for me to walk home and he’d make sure the car was at Coral Springs Honda by 8am the next morning. 🤦🏽‍♀️😡 This was because he was already home and didn’t feel like coming back to address the issue.After I received my car, it wasn’t even properly fixed or cleaned! My 5 year old found 3 pieces of glass in the backseat where she sits! 😡 NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Tim, the Broward Collision rep at Coral Springs Kia handled getting my Sportage from the tow yard to their shop very quickly and kept me in the loop as far as the progress on my car. I also spoke to both Michelle and Matt and they were always available to answer any question I had during the repair process. The car took a little longer than expected but in the end the car looked like new. Thanks to all at Broward Collision and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I took my red Kia Soul there for a small scratch, they did a good job. They also are courteous and helpful.

They are good at fixing cars but not very trust worthy of their word. They took over a month to fix my car, after my third attempt to talking to the manager failed I decided to reach the general manager, couple hours later the manager of the west location call back and express how sorry he was for not getting in contact with me earlier. He offer to pay for the extention of the car rental until my car was ready. Now 2 months later Im being contact by Enterprise car rental, they are saying that I owed the $181 dollars of the extension of the rental, because Broward Collision refused to pay. Even tho the car rental had talk to the manager in the west location and she even gave him the P.O number. Not very honest of them to do that to one of the customers.

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with Broward Collision Body Shop in Sunrise! They held onto my car for TWO months and kept giving me wrong completion dates, knowing that my vehicle would not be ready by their expected time. The date was changed over 10 times! You can imagine my frustration when I get my hopes up only to be continually let down. They showed no concern for the amount of time they were taking to fix my vehicle nor did they care that my insurance stopped paying for my rental after the first month so I had to go out of pocket for the second month. They continually blamed everything on my insurance company when my adjuster was out there 2-3 times a week working with them. This company is just a big mess! Honestly. For the amount of time they took, you would expect my vehicle to be in “pre-accident” condition right? WRONG!!! MY BUMPER WAS POORLY SLAPPED ON TO THE FRONT OF MY VEHICLE AND THERE IS GAP BETWEEN THE LEFT HEADLIGHT AND THE BUMPER. I went back so that they could fix it and I waited over an hour just for them to hand me my car back the same way I brought it in that day. I WAS PISSED! Not to mention, that ladies at the front desk are also unprofessional. They appear to be nice and give you fake smiles when you walk in. But behind the counter they exchange vulgar language and talk about how certain customers are calling in and “bitching” at them…. Go figure. People, go spend your money somewhere else for quality work.

Avoid coming here! really bad customer service, My car got delayed 9 times and they didnt even call me to update me, I had to call them and when it was supposedly finish, a lot of things in the car werent working properly including a warning sign on the dashboard, they wanted me to take it that day with an unfinished job, luckily I left my car there and it took one more week to completely fix it...so if you appreciate your time, dont come here.

They held on to my car for TWO MONTHS to replace two panels and a bumper and I was given about ten different completion dates! Every time I called they kept pushing the date back and the damages (which were 4000 dollars, by the way, a complete ripoff!!!) werent even fixed properly. My repair was perfect at Broward Collision. My accident was horrible and dealing with insurance was not fun, but the team that assisted me and that put my car back together made me happy. I recently had my vehicle repaired at Broward Collision and I must say I was expecting a bad situation as I had only gone to dealerships in the past. The service was great, they got me a rental on time and the repair was perfect. I was so worried about the repair from past dealership experiences that I had my insurance companygo over the repair with me. They met me at Broward Collision and said the car was repaired to their standard and the adjuster shared with me that they have had nothing but positive feedback about this shop.

I must say that the crew at Broward Collision were not only patient and professional, they were extra courteous to me. My world felt like it was going to end when my car got hit, but when I got my car back from the shop I was so thrilled that my baby looked better than before it was wrecked. Travelers insurance company recommended my mom to Broward Collision Inc. We had our rear bumper resprayed and repaired due to someone rear ending us. When we received our car back, the workmanship was terrible with fisheyes in paint and orange peel in multiple areas. We complained and they resprayed the bumper again. This time the bumper was not much better, still with a couple of fisheyes. Now, we have a loose screw or something in her trunk that rattles every time we open and close our trunk and its a brand new 2016 Kia Optima we bought less than a year ago. To top all that off, we had to contact Broward Sheriffs Office and BBB (Better Business Bureau) due to someone stealing a pair of my fathers Ray Ban sunglasses he has had for over 25 years (he literally bought before I was born and never removed from our families cars since then). We gave the management multiple opportunities to resolve the situation. They even stopped returning our phone calls when requesting higher management.My father stops in today on 5/02/2016 to speak with the manager and he literally told my father, on our door it states remove all personal belongings before leaving, what a response right!Never once was my mom told this and why would she have to remove everything from her own car?My fathers Ray Bans were stolen from the top center holster on the cars ceiling and not exposed but only to the workers here at Broward Collision Inc.This is NOT a recommended shop!Also, we cannot forget the second rental car, a Lincoln SUV that she paid extra for was filled with cigarette smoke from the previous driver (smelled all weekend) and never vacuumed. Is this really how you treat my mom?

Beware! Don’t use this company. I’m a lawyer and they did this to me. They will do it to you. In April 2018, my 2018 VW Atlas was towed here after a front end accident. My insurance company, USAA, advised me to use a different shop. After talking to the Broward manager, I allowed Broward Collision to fix my car. Big mistake.In writing, they said it would take 14 days to fix the car. After 14 days, it wasn’t ready. Months passed and they kept lying and making excuses, saying the car would be ready the next week. This went on for months. June passed. July and August passed and the car was still being repaired. Every time I called they had a different excuse/lie. In the meantime, I had to keep paying my car payments. They finally returned the car the last week of August 2018, iver 5 MONTHS LATER! When I got the car, many of the lights lit up. There were lots of electrical and mechanical problems that they didn’t fix. They charged my insurance over $17,000 in repairs. I immediately took the car to Rick Case VW and they ran a diagnostic test to determine why the malfunction lights were on. Rick Case said Broward collision didn’t properly fix the bumper, they didn’t replace the AIRBAG module, the front crash sensor wasn’t fixed, and other repairs that they were paid to make. When I told them of the problems, they blamed Volkswagen and refused to fix the problems. They claim to have a warranty. After they were paid by my insurance, they refused to honor the warranty. They blamed everything on VW and told me to deal with VW. ITS NOW October and they have not fixed the car. I have to pay out of pocket to fix what they were paid to fix, or sue them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.THEY CLAIM To be “the official body shop of the Broward Sheriff’s Department,” maybe that’s true but who cares if they rip off civilians? Beware and seek a second opinion.

It lasted about a year, I returned once again and found out that they nolonger warranted the paint job, because they were kick off State Farm Select ServiceShop. So their warranty, and work were atrocious. A company with no integrity.

Very inconvenient place to work with. My car took an extra week, they then call me telling me that my car would be done an hour before closing on a Friday night and that my rental expires that day. Low and behold they are closed on the weekends so I would have had to pay for a rental for two days out of pocket if I couldnt make it there on time.

Awful greedy group of vultures. All they care about is the money. They are very unprofessional.

My experience with this place has been very bad, but I couldnt see it, saying that it took 2 months and then they gave me the car still damaged which I had to return it, also when finally after 3 months I pick up my car and I realize that my new battery was changed since my car only has one year of purchase (I bought it new) and they put a battery that I left the car almost without being able to start and buy a new one, that is not done. There I leave the info so they do not fall into their bad hands Broward collision !!! Too bad but its the whole truth ...
