I made an appointment for my COVID booster. I showed up and they were running 45 minutes late but there were no other customers at the pharmacy. However they wanted me to wait around for 45 min before administering the vaccine. Provide all my info and start my wait period and then informed I am not eligible. Boulder County notified me of my eligibility which I had documented and on me. I entered accurate info to Walgreens online which also told me I was eligible. The Pharmacist refused to administer the vaccine because I am not over 65 and have no pre-existing conditions. Yet from the Walgreens website I am eligible and according to Boulder County. Had to leave work for over an hour to deal with these inconsiderate, rude people. Walgreens needs to honor appointments made that are pre-screened by them. Having one thing online and in store policy that differs is infuriating and terrible customer service. Thanks for wasting my time

Update: I went into the store and the pharmacy clerk was very nice and the store is really nice. Doesnt really make up for the incompetency of the other staff who messed up my prescription, but I decided I would update my review and give them 3 stars for being friendly and helpful in general.The pharmacists are totally oblivious. Had a prescription called in on a Friday which was out of stock. So they told me it was ordered and would be there on Monday. I go in Monday evening and they know nothing about it and say they have to order it for the next day and would be notified. Next day rolls around and I dont hear anything so call at noon. Again, there is no transfer of information to the working pharmacist so he has to look it up and tells me they have some in stock and have to fill it. Does that mean they always had it or did it just arrive?? Cant believe there is no accountability to the patients, no follow up or concern for a prescription which I needed last week!! Horrible. I have never had such a bad experience with Walgreens and this store is pathetic. I dont trust them at all.

I scheduled a COVID test at this location through my account on my Walgreens app. I received a confirmation email and a reminder email for the appt. I got to my 2:45p.m. appointment 5 minutes early, waited in the pharmacy drive-thru line for 25 minutes, got up there and the pharmacist says I dont have an appt. I show her my confirmation email which clearly shows this address, this specific date & time, my info, and she tells me that I dont have an appt so she cant give me a test. She was extremely rude and offered no help or suggestions whatsoever. Worst experience Ive had at a pharmacy. Do NOT go to this location.

Was coming here to do some passports started to talk tothe clerk behind the counter Valerie, she has absolutely zero customer service skills. She asked what we needed I very politely told her we had a question about passports she immediately let me know they were swamped. She was not friendly at all took our pictures and let me know they would call when they were ready. Once I get this service done I will not return to this store thanks to this employee.

Scheduled a flu shot two days ago and they called me to cancel it and told me I could make another one and they have availability the next day, I make an appointment for the next day, leave work early to get there, wait in line for 10 minutes just for them to tell me that they’re not doing flu shots and that they just won’t be offering them anymore. Terrible customer service, terrible planning, not helpful at all. Just go to a CVS.

Don’t go here for passport photos- their instructions don’t align with the guidance on the US website. UPS takes accurate photos and is cheaper and faster too!

If you have picky children that refuse to take their antibiotics, this is the place to go. They can do flavors which really helps. They have an excellent candy and snack section. They usually hire younger HS students to run the register, but they seem pretty careful about who they bring in. They are always polite and quick to hop on the register. The pharmacy also has a larger selection of everything than the Safeway across the street.

Clean, friendly, fast service. Employees seem pretty bubbly and happy to help, the smaller location might not have everything Im looking for, but its such a short walk, thats the convince of it.

Switched to this pharmacy after having issues at CVS. I should have made this change years ago. CVS always gave me the run around, would never answer the phone, and I would have to stop in there times before getting a prescription refill. However, Walgreens has easy prescription refills and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Couldnt ask for better service!

Went for a flu shot today - pharmacist was quite rude and too busy behind on filling prescriptions. Three pharmacists behind the counter. Sign outside should be taken down if they cant fulfill one of their core services.

Avoid this location if you need prescriptions filled. They scanned my Adderall prescription, lost it and then acted like I was a drug seeker when I got upset. I was hesitant but WATCHED it be scanned, so where is it? Three employees told me it would be there and the pharmacy manager tried to tell me her employees wouldnt do that. I guess Im a liar then. This location needs a MASSIVE reevaluation of their training. I will never give this Walgreens a cent again. Their monopoly gives them no incentive for accountability.

I cant say enough about the staff at the pharmacy. They are the most competent, kind, personable and efficient pharmacists Ive ever encountered. Theyve helped me with questions about my medication and my insurance and anything else that I need to know. They remember us when we go in. If you want amazing and personalized customer service, theres nowhere else to go.

My favorite Walgreens! Over 6 years I have been going to this Walgreens/Pharmacy and the service I received has always been superb, and consistent, especially the pharmacy/pharmacists. Always patient, going the extra mile and never hesitate to ask/explain any question referencing a medication concern I may have. Leanne your the best!!

They hardly ever have my brand of cigarettes in the carton. Over the past several years with this experience, despite having brought it to the Manager, Marias, attention, I have learned to be flexible and will take most any combination of my brand to make a carton. They would subsequently charge me the carton price. I always thought that to be a win/win.That is, until I visited the store today. Just prior to ringing me out, one clerk advised the other clerk to charge me by the pack. No, she did NOT advise ME. I just overheard.After I stated that that was not how it was done in the past, she stated that they were told to do it that way. She then called the (shift?) manager and he reiterated that that was how it had to be done because any other way would impact their inventory. Um, the inventory has other problems if they REPEATEDLY cannot keep the right inventory in stock, no?In any event, I told them that I would not nor should not need to pay the pack price when I am buying a carton quantity and left the store.One bit of advise: As a business owner myself, I have managers. My managers are not managers to manage CUSTOMERS. They are managers to manage EMPLOYEES. They are not there to enforce policies to the customers. They are there to PLEASE the customers. The only thing your (shift?) manager essentially managed was to make me a non-customer.A store as slow as this store cant afford to conduct business in that manner.

In an attempt to pick up a single prescription, I was told 10-15 minutes. I returned 3 hours later, waited to be acknowledged at the counter for 10 minutes, to be told a second time, that it would be 10-15 minutes by the manager, I asked if she was serious as it had been 3 hours already, I returned an hour and a half later to wait to be helped another 10 minutes. Also the floors inside were filthy. Very unexplained, unhelpful behavior.

We went in to pick up prescriptions, because we only have 2 days of meds. The cost for one prescription was $450, when we asked why we were told that they no longer contracted with our insurance company, Obamacare/Cofinity/CoHealthOp/Connect for Colorado. That was disheartening as Walgreens is one of the largest pharmacy chains and is not lacking in revenue.If they were going to drop our health insurance, they could have at least let customers know.The medication is needed daily. Luckily we have 2 days to find a pharmacy that accepts our health insurance. After this I will not shop Walgreens for anything. Safeway, Walmart and Costco are all close and willing to work with our insurance CO.

There is never anyone at the counter to ring up your purchase so Ive waited 10 minutes (I timed it) for someone to come up. Then they act all put out to have to ring you up. The worst service Ive ever seen.
