Very nice Bath and Body Works location, and a very large one at that. Products are good quality and service is very friendly, although the marketing / deals are a little wonky and clearly designed to just get you to buy way more product than youll ever use, so be careful. Prices are also kind of high in my opinion.

One of my girlfriends favorite spots goodbye candles hand sanitizer and Foaming Hand Soap definitely a great place is you are always greeted by the workers which makes the experience that much better

I hate how they are constantly discontinuing scents and adding all sorts of new ones that just smell weird or overpowering. Very disappointing.

Employees are awesome and I greatly appreciate them putting aside a pineapple holder for me after I ordered one online that leaked. I was able to come in today and pick it up. I had a few online exchanges from last week that they helped me with as well and some broken candles I swapped out. I mainly order online but this is definitely the best bbw in this area to go to.

The staff there was very friendly and helped me find some delicious smelling body oil. Im a fan of their aromatherapy line! Although the overwhelming mix of smells is a but much when you first get in, thats inevitable. Leaving the store with something yummy-smelling in hand is always nice, especially when you know someone just as sweet helped you pick it out. If my wallet was bigger, Id visit more often.

I love the bright and open concept. Its always refreshing to shop in the store and not online is my preference for this store. I love all the new scents, candles ect. Its great to also find little mini deals from time to time. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful!

Weve become accustom to a scented hand soap and air scent defuser in each room of the house... great coupons and they even carry a Mens line.Makes great gifts.

Every time I go in this store they follow me aroundSeriously get it together. I will never spend a cent of my hard earned money in an place that consistently stalks me through the store. Not on one occasion but multiple. At least make it no so obvious.

But seriously yall gotta try the 3wick candles if nothing else they have some of the most amazing sents its in the white barn store both bath and body works is one store they both owned by limited brands. And I will only say this let the customers business speak for it self we just cant keep stock in the store we get a delivery and its damn near all heading to the floor instead of the stocknroom

Visited this past week. Wanted to purchase some of the new honey body washes. The employees were friendly greeting me. There were three of them on the floor talking to each other. I went over to the candle area and asked about the sales. The older sales woman had a sour face and told me there were no sales. I dont understand what the nasty face was for. But when I was ready to pay for my items I went back to the body works area. I asked one of the three women who were standing around if they could help check me out. They told me with a smile to go to the candle area for assistance (I wasnt even buying candles). I then stood in line while the sour faced sales woman assisted another customer. Within five minutes I left my stuff on one of the tables. I didnt understand why at 10AM in the morning there were sales people just standing around talking and not interested in actually helping the customers. In the past months I have notice this locations customer service degrade. I cant begin to tell you how often I overhear employees snark each other. Please clean out this store. I will be visiting the Fayetteville location for now.
