This salon is incredible! The whole team is well-versed in the cosmetics industry, including skincare, lipstick, hair dye, brows, and eyelashes, among other things. They are very generous with facts or tips that are specially suited to your appearance. They really cared for their clients, which is fantastic. It comes highly recommended!

I had a 100% positive experience. The employees were friendly and helpful. They didnt have what I went to buy but, I found something better. I am happy with my purchase.

I went to Hair Lounge yesterday. Great products and accessories at an affordable price. They also have fashionable hats and gloves. I purchased a wig. Looks and feels so realistic. I will definitely come back.

Went there with a friend who is going through Chemo, to get a wig. Told us that we couldn’t try the wigs on AND they were non-returnable due to covid. BUT we could touch them and handle them. Ok, so we can handle them, play with them but not try them on? This doesn’t make sense. Under the circumstances, I think they could of been more accommodating. I mean all they had to do was spray afterwards with some disinfectant, and it wasn’t like she was trying on all of them . My friend was very upset, as she really wanted a wig. So she wound up buying 3 of them, and only one worked out, so now she’s stuck with 2 that she can’t use.

The workers were very polite & information, but the hair selection was very limited. Id rather take the trip to the BSW

Here Lounge is one of the best beauty supply in Syracuse, New York. Its very clean, organize, great quality of hair products and accessories. Theres also a hair salon in the back of the store.

I would give zero stars if I could they are so rude and they follow everybody around like they are stealing they don’t even have a good selection to be following anyone around

I normally go to BSW but I’m about to be their favorite customer here ! GREAT hair selection, really nice interior with a boutique. Can’t recommend enough for hair / wig supplies in the Syracuse area.

I frequent this establishment alot..One thing I cant stand is THEY WILL FOLLOW U AROUND make u feel uncomfortable and after all that I dont want to purchase anything!! I was with my 2 children and they asked y do they keep following us such a damn shame I used to love this place..I have spent tons of money here...NOT GOOD

Sung is my hair dresser and she’s amazing. She does all new, modern hair color/style for young adults. The salon is very clean and relaxing.

This place is a nice place to go too. The workers arent really judgemental of who you are. They have decent brands of hair too. Just a little pricey for the quality through.

Nice salon just over priced I just paid 35 bucks for a trim on my hair it was only 35 because of a discount I got normally its 40 my hair looks great but I dont know if it was 35 dollars for a trim good

When you walk in theres pictures on the walls of all the people they have caught stealing... funny and petty I would say. But not as funny as to how they will go to the extent to follow your every move in their store not only do they watch you like hawk I had a man come up to me everytime I picked a item to say Ill take to the register for you then as I proceed to the sunglasses stand by the door I created an audience of three employees staring me... it was the most uncomfortable feeling... never will I buy there again. If you are African American you will have hawk on your back.. I would suggest going to the bsw downtown. They have most products and better prices anyway.

The workers are all racist there they gave me weird looks because of my gender and skin color. The had cut my ear during the hair cut and i could hear the owner kids in the basement. the chairs r not comfortable and they dont know how to put lines and deezines in ure hair. They kept asking me if i had a dog for some reason. Even though i could already here dogs barking in the basement. The workers are all very hard to understand as well. Worst hair cut experience ever.
