Stopped in on Saturday 8/22/20 to the Erie Blvd location to pick up a few things and Ashley was amazing, not only was she helpful and knowledgeable; but you truly can tell she loves her job! You do not see that too often these days!! I really wanted to give a shout out and say thank you Ashley for being a breath of fresh air. Cosmoprof please recognize her, employees like her are hard to find!

I would give 10 stars if I could! I am visiting all the way from Seattle and the the blonde guy working there was very attentive and very knowledgeable for the products they sell. Unfortunately they were out of stock of what I was looking for, however he did go above and beyond and looked up the product to see if they were receiving it in their weekly shipment and even offered to order it specially for me. Never was I offered this kind treatment at the store back home. Fantastic customer service! I will definitely return to this store whenever I come back to Syracuse!
