The service here is hit and miss, but the service on my most recent visit was rediculous. I know for a fact that you can flash a boost mobile service to a Sprint phone because they are on the same network. I work on phones for a side business so I know this, I mean I HAVE to know this to do what I do. So anyway I go in here right, asking him to do what I know for a FACT can be done, and he tells me no without hesitation. So I ask him if boost and sprint are on the same network (a question I had already known to be true). He says no again. At this point Im annoyed but I didnt want to cause a scene. As I was leaving I hear this man chuckle..and then I realize what he was doing. Its not that he didnt know how to do it, he just flat out didnt want to flash the phone for me, denying service! I wasnt rude or anything but youre going to treat me like that..in front of other customers? Come on now. Anyway, I take the phone to another phone store and they flash the phone without an issue? Cant be flashed huh? 🤔

I feel like i was conned into a bad deal for a profit. No resolution with problems. I do not recommend.
