Jose was very helpful and very patient .I had boost for 5 years and switched to Verizon .That lasted about a year and was not happy with Verizon policies . And monthly bills .So I remember how I was more happy with boost .And ask myself why did I leave just to pay more with Verizon . Ive spent many hours on the phone with Verizon to replace my cell and it was hell .Just happy that Ive come back to boost and had jose to help me because my patients was thin with dealing with Verizon . Great service took me 20 mins to get a new phone

First one I went to was supposed to be open, I looked around and drove all the way to Tacoma from Spanaway for second boost store, like 54th or around there was cool, the one by 512 hid in her car cause I asked about open stores, she was on video ignoring me. The second worker was very polite

I needed a charger immediately and with low on cash more than I didnt anticipated but the cleric was wonderful I wanted to replace my phone with insurance he gave me the pamphlet to do so and gave me a deal on the equipment since I couldnt have it done in store really great representative short Latino gentleman he should be getting a raise very professional and courteous

I usually dont give 5 star reviews but this place earn it. They made it so easy for me to buy my new Iphone and my wifes. It was easy to find and they were very cool.I completely recommend this place. Its good when people actually knows what they are doing.

Rude. And was told i would be saving by doing boost upgrade and making payments. Turns out you pay more for the phone that way even though i was told otherwise. Boost is shady and all their phone experts care about is the commission and not actually helping you.

Both Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile are owned by and run on the Sprint network which I love. I have Virgin Mobile and have never had a problem with the service. It is reasonable and you can get great discounts on the phones. Why pay more when your on the Sprint network which many pay way more for. Highly recommend Virgin.

Not too happy with Boost Mobile they always have a long line and if they dont have a long line send me just tell you anything just to get you out the store I was told that I could get an iPhone on my next payment within 30 days and I went in to upgrade to an iPhone then I was told I had to wait a year so Im kicking Boost Mobile to the curb

These guys are always so helpful when it comes to all my transactions. They know what they’re doing, and as long as people are patient they’ll help you out right. It’s usually better to show up more than 2 minutes before closing (extreme shade).

Jose is the best manager I have come in contact with since I changed phone carriers. I was with the Boost store on 38th and M street, but when I needed service or had questions they were closed for lunch. Whenever I have a question or concern I can go to Jose on 54th and Pacific and he has always accommodated me and fixed my concern was. He is the BEST and I love him and appreciate him.
