I usually never give reviews, but the experience we had at the Tacoma Mall T-Mobile store needs to be said. We had a nightmare experience at the Apple Store, getting us connected with phone service with our new phones. They sent us to T-Mobile. Kerry was awesome along with the other staff. Very knowledgeable and patience and he truly took care of us. We left with happy campers with functioning phones.

I wish there was a zero stars option. Not only did I wait almost 45 min to have my screen protector replaced, but the so called manager refused to do it. I have 5 lines that all have insurance with all iPhones that were purchased through T-Mobile specifically this location. I’ve been told my screen protectors have a warranty and come with free replacement . I’ve done this 2 times already. Both times this was done with little resistance. This time not only did they have my number associated with a galaxy phone but they had no record of q protective being purchased through them. Im sorry but my business is customer service and if I have been there 2 times before and had the screen replaced, why would they then try and argue that because its not in the system they cant help me.. And basically say the two employees who did replace it previously were wrong in doing so. Either way this manager doesnt see how losing my business on the 5 lines to save the money on the screen protectir is just bad business. Also admitting your employees didnt do the right thing ultimately only shines a light on your abilities to properly train them. Get a clue on how insurance works. Shes concerned about giving replacements out to the wrong accounts cause of the cost but fails to realize insurance doesnt ever lose them money. For every person who claims to have insurance replace a warranty item, ten other insurance payers dont ever need to use it.: she also attud to tell me the screen protecter costs come out of her pocket.. Dont go here... Im switching to at&t

Very nice workers. I went to a different one and the lady wanted to charge me 50$ for a restocking fee for a defective phone I bought 7 days earlier. But the fantastic people here only charged me 99 cents. And that was only a tax thing. And I was in and out in no time. And they had the phone I wanted and no other store did.

So this is for the store that used to be sprint in the mall. This is for Leanna and Cassie. My husband and I are forever grateful. I am so sorry it took so long to get our new phones and watches. I know it was pretty late when we left and both of you were so patient. I know you guys had a long day, and we appreciate your guys advice and the time it took to help us. If the district manager reads this. I hope you know you did a great job hiring Cassie there. And Cassie, you did wonderful hiring Leanna. Giving you guys a 100 stars out of 5. Great job, and proud of what you guys accomplish here. Also please thank the other store for having the other ultra note. :)

Absolutely amazing customer service! Thank you so much Michael for all of your help! I will recommend you and this store to any and everyone! Not only was he knowledgeable of the promotions and products but he also had an amazing attitude especially with me coming in close to closing. I would give him and this store 10 stars if i could, i can honestly not thank him enough! It truly was the best experience ive had at any tmobile store!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was told when I went in to switch carriers that I didnt need to worry about my last carrier anymore that they would take care of everything. Ive never switched carriers before so I believed them. Couple of months later Im being sent to collections by Sprint, because apparently thats not how things work. SO I call T-mobile and then they finally explain the whole process to me. Like why was I not explained the whole process before. Because of them not explaining it to me Ive been sent to collections. TERRIBLE costumer service, and they need to make sure they actually explain things to costumers completely.

The entire experience was positively memorable. I called the store prior to my arrival and was directed to ask for Dejah. Upon my arrival, she warmly yet calmly greeted me. Dejah guided me through the process and dissolved any anxiety I had switching cell phone service providers. The conversation seemed very natural. I told her what I wanted and she provided that, then made recommendations based on what I presented. She took care of me while helping other guests. My questions were answered directly and with clarity. Job well done!

I want to take the time to thank Dejah, Katelyn, and Lisa for taking the time to assist me in the situation I have had to deal with for 3 days. I had gotten a replacement phone from the apple store that had problems straight from the bat and I went to 3 different places to get the phone looked at, which was no help at all. So I decided to just go to my carrier and see what I can do about it. And I ended up just getting an upgrade at no cost!So, thank you all so much for taking the time to ensure that I would be taken care of and to make sure everything went smooth! I had went to the stand located near Macys, since we were passing by, to ask for a general question.It was approximately around 1800-1900, 13 November 2018.I was assisted by a female staff. She clearly looked like she didnt want to be bothered, rollin her eyes for no apparent reason. As if I did not know what I was talking about, which is the reason why I came over seeking for help.While I was trying to communicate, their speaker was near where we were speaking and she couldve at least tone it down when speaking to a customer, instead of me having to raise my voice more than normal.Definitely will take my service elsewhere, no time for that kind of negativity.

I have had nothing but great experiences over the past four years at this store. I switched from another carrier to this one but its not so much the company as the employees who helped me that made the experience great. I have asked one stupid question after another time and time again, yet Ive only been treated with the utmost respect from everyone Ive encountered at this store. They have helped me find the best plan for my family and the best devices for our needs. I could not recommend them more.

Worst customer service Amber was the Tmobile worker. She has quite the little attitude. Came in for a screen protector, step back took her over 5 minutes to get to the screen she needed to get to. But anyway was out of S9 screen protector. Asked if she could call the Tmobile store down the street. Her response was you what you cant call yourself! My response was no Im asking you to call before I drive that way. I never had problems with other Tmobile stores calling each other to see what others store have in stock. Blonde hair and wearing glasses. Thinks shes all that. Kinda attitude. Plus I had free screen protectors for a year. Been going to this store for over 12 yrs never a single problem. 😡😡😡😡

Friendly staff but disappointed in the answer I received in regards to my slow phone. I was informed that my processor was going out and would need to buy a new phone (making the $150 insurance claim would not suffice, I should buy a new one). Took my phone to a different Tmobile store 3 days later where they put it on the diagnostic machine and told me I just needed to do a factory data reset (you literally make 2 clicks) and now my phone is perfect...

Went into the store to upgrade my phone and buy a speaker. Service was fast and friendly, didnt notice right away that I was charged too much. The next morning I was looking at the receipt and there were charges that did not make sense so I called T-Mobile. Apparently the rep added 2 tablets to our account without our authorisation. He even gave us the Sims, but obviously no tablets. Luckily the money was refunded and the lines were canceled. Make sure you ask what you are signing before you sign it at this location. The manager basically told me it was a misunderstanding which leads me to believe it is a common practice there.

T-mobile may not offer the best network but the t-mobile tuesday app giving away free stuff every week makes this an unbeatable deal if you are tech savvy enough to deal on a spotty network. Plus the prices are practically unbeatable if you want unlimited data.

Im usually skeptical about one-star reviews, but this spot deserves it. The two employees I dealt with last month were rude, condescending, and brash. They joked about not having to charge me for a replacement sim card but that they were going to do it anyway (which they did). This was after I was assured by the T-Mobile 1-800 customer rep that I would not be charged for a sim card. These two employees were thuggish morons. Wont go back ever.
