Stellar customer service! Simon was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. Went in to replace 2 devices and walked out with 2 new-to-me devices in excellent condition that same day. You have a minimum amount to put down and have to pay any extra that goes over your approved amount. The credit agency they go through also helps build your credit when you pay off your loan. This is an awesome way to boost your credit score for those of us who need it! This is my second time buying devices from this location and I will go back for as long as I need them. Why not? Go in, pick an affordable device, pay off in 3 months, boost credit, repeat. I know there’s other ways to boost credit but it’s only $$50 for the loan fee regardless of how many devices you purchase. Just be sure to pay it off in 3 months. Needless to say, I’m a satisfied customer.

I found these guys on offer up. They advertise a lot of phones claiming they are brand new. But when you get to the store they have no new phones. They are all refurbished. Also they will not sell you a new phone that they advertise on offer up. False advertising. . If you want to finance They use a credit agency that charges you high interest and they will not tell you the payments are bi weekly. Also the payment amount they tell you are different from what is actually coming out of your account with untold hidden fees on top of your payment. Do not come here if you are looking for a straight forward customer service. You are better off with the big carriers. False advertising. And when you call them they are not willing to resolve the problem.

Simon is hands sown amazing! He helped my girlfriend and I both get laptops we love. She is Apple products and me well not so much lol but he made us both happy. I am able to have my gaming and crypto and she well everything she could ever want. But he gave us advice and made sure we didnt get what we didnt need and something that would fit both our needs at a great price. I was about to spend way too much on a laptop because like many I am use to my phone right now but he made sure to explain everything and I am more happy with what he suggested then what I researched myself. Hands down was so good like I said I brought my girl back and she is happy with her new MacBook and making sure to show me constantly all its nice features. I was very impressed with the price of the phone and the excellent customer service which Maria provided for me as she went through the process of setting up my new phone. The store was in a safe, nicely maintained shopping center in Tacoma. I highly recommend The Phone Guys.

Went to pre-order a PS5. They were charging $950. For less than that I could have bought one from a scalper.

Do not buy a phone here especially with a lease. I bought a phone that was $179 and put $80 down. I saw the agreement for $900 worth of payments and they told me I could change that to a 90 day and only pay$50 more than retail but when I called to do that, tht phone was still $500 owed even after the $88 I paid.So I called them the next day and asked if I could just come in and pay cash. And the response was, we will have to charge you 20% for a restocking fee which on the price of the loan is almost $200! So I would have paid $288 and then another $179 for a $179 phone.Horrible place

Redo!!!! I have called the location 5 times, no answer sent a text to support as suggested they said they would have the store call me. Warranty issue with screen protector that had a lifetime warranty. Very disappointed!!!Original:So I decided to go in and get myself a Fathers Day gift and the form of a new phone. I had communicated on and off with someone at the store threw offer up for a couple days and had made my decision. I went in And purchased my phone from Anna, she was helpful knowledgeable and made sure that everything worked before I left. Theyve got just an okay selection of phones. Got a decent variety when it comes to different phone models, but the quality of the phones arent in the best conditions since some are pre-owned. Youd be lucky to find a phone thats completely like new. Service was good. Be sure to ask tons of questions if youre leasing a phone there since it potentially could be a lot of money!!

I came to this store 2 years ago for my Note 9 and bought Note 20 Ultra today. They have the best deals as usual. The condition is very good, high quality. And honestly, 90 days warranty for a used phone, thats legitimate. I have no complaints. They attach a warranty paper with your receipt and explains everything before you walk out. Very honest. Im also in customer service and what they are doing is beyond amazing. If I can give them more than 5 star, then I will. Im happy that I found this place two years ago. THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST WARRANTY.90 Days for certified pre-owned phones. Hell yeah. I spent a lot of my money here for my employees cellphones. The girls here are always my favorites . So far Ive had a great experience with these guys granted the leasing can be frustrating because I could buy 2 xboxes at that point but the payments are low and manageable. But my first xbox had a disc drive issue and they had no problem taking it to get it fixed then when it was established it take time they had no problem giving me another one that works great. Having high hopes for a new PS4. I drove all the way down to the location. And they denied me because my chime bank account wasnt good enough for them. So then my manager came there and tried helping me but they said her info wasnt good enough either. They conduct shady business and need to stop with the bait and switch. If you see and ad on offer up from them. Ignore it...its just a big waste of time.

Great service and prices. Got a 256GB iPhone XS from these guys about a month ago, the phone decided to stop turning on. Took the phone back to them and they repaired it free of charge. I saw a Pixel 3a that they advertised online for $239. I asked them online if it was still available and they said it was. I drove up from Olympia to buy it and at first they wanted to sell the same phone for $279. I showed her the conversation I just had with them an hour before, and she still wanted to charge me $249 and not the $239 that was advertised. Everything about this place is shady af. I regret bringing my 4-year old with me to such a sketchy place.

I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from.. I guess if you a buy a phone from them (?). My experience was good from the customer service but the actual service was bad. We needed our screen replaced and we got a cheaper alternative distinguishably screen for 180$. We didn’t know we were going to get this cheap screen until we received the phone, we didn’t complain since they have a no refund policy sadly. After two weeks, the screen shattered WITH a screen protector. I messaged them and they said they would give me a 10$ off a purchase like what a joke.

Not the best place to go for a used phone, I bought an iphone there recently, upon a few days of use I realized the speaker was not working properly, took it back to them to have it Inspected/fixed/cleaned, had it returned after a day claiming the speaker was replaced by the technician, NOT only was it not replaced, it wasnt even CLEANED! Horrible service, 90 days warranty is useless..

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO GO THROUGH EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE IN 3 DAYS. THEY GIVE CUSTOMERS 3 DAYS TO RETURN PHONE. The other downside is they took the phone back some features are not compatible with my service company. So they down graded my ultra to a plus for the same price. So then I was stuck with a phone I did not want, a case for a phone I dont have and a loss in money. This place is horrible.

This place is 100% a rip off!!! We purchased a phone 6/2, called the next day not even 24 hours later and told them all the issues the phone is having. They refuse to help out at all and instead say to wait and go in Friday when the employee that sold the phone is there. That employee offered zero help did not offer any other phones they had available gave zero information whatsoever!! We live 45 minutes away and not one person from there has done a single thing or tried to do anything to resolve the issue. The customer service is complete garbage and there only concern is to sell useless phones. We have been calling non stop and constantly told they will call us back and after a few hours passing no one calls and we call again. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PHONE FROM THIS PLACE OR TELL ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO GO TO THIS PLACE. So at first I felt like I was getting a great deal on a phone for my daughter on her Birthday. The girl was very polite and even included a charger. But I was sold a phone that I was told could be connected and after spending multiple hours for 3 days at the sprint store I was told that phone just wont work for them. So now my daughter has no phone and I am out of $100+ because they will not refund me. I understand that you buy the phone as is but if I was told I would have no problem connecting it I feel like I was robbed. Not a happy experience to have a expensive paperweight.
