Great Service! Doing a kitchen remodeling during Covid has proved to be difficult with supply chain delays, employee shortages and just plain poor workmanship. I started this process in March 21 and it was one fiasco after another. The ONLY part of this remodel that went smooth and on time was finding Pacific Kitchens when my counter top order from a big box store went south. It took only ONE WEEK from getting my area measured to install and I could not be happier. They were knowledgeable and answered questions I didnt even know I had. The install team was quick & professional and I am very pleased with the results. They turned out perfect.

Herman and Sabino are doing top-notch work here. They had gorgeous granite countertops in stock, and had them measured, cut, and installed within a week. My aunt had countertops installed from somewhere else, and after hearing about her nightmare, I was a little worried. Dont worry, just talk to Herman. Pacific Kitchens will treat you right. These guys were excellent to work with! I had a undermount sink that needed to be reattached. I was able to get an estimate within minutes of my call, and they came out to complete the job the very next day. They did it perfectly and kept me informed on the progress the entire way. I recently used Pacific Kitchens for my new quartz countertops. Herman was quick to respond to my inquiry, and was comfortable corresponding via text which was so helpful for my schedule. His brother, Sabino, handled my measurements and install, and was so quick, efficient, and professional. Not to mention, when I told Herman our timeline had changed and we needed our counters ASAP so we could list our house, he was very accommodating and kept us on our timeline. We are new to the area and have just purchased our first home. At the top of our wish list for our new home was a kitchen remodel, and Herman and Sabino at Pacific Kitchens did a fantastic job! Communication was responsive, the process was easy and any questions or concerns that we had we immediately addressed. Pacific Kitchens has been fantastic to work with! They got us some great countertops at a great price. And they installed one week after they came out to measure (a week earlier than they estimated). We even had an unfortunate chip happen six months after install and they came and glued the piece back on for us for free! Will definitely be telling family and friends about this place.

Our experience with Herman and Pacific Kitchens was great. It’s a family run operation and they take pride in their work. I was blown away that we picked out our stone on Tuesday, Sabino (Herman’s brother) was out to template Thursday, and the crew installed our counters on Monday. Price was fair, not cheap but you get what you pay for. Herman did work to use as few slabs as possible, even using a remnant to save us money. I called Herman in a panic when I realized I hadn’t attached a finish panel to one of our lower cabinets worried that the stone would be too short. But Sabino had already accounted for it when he templated. They exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Herman and his crew were amazing, from start to finish. From the moment I contacted Herman with Pacific Kitchens, he was easy to communicate with, quick to respond (even in text, which, for a mom of two toddlers is nice!). He walked me through the process, and gave a fair and honest bid. When he came out for the bid he was professional while also being personable and friendly. He helped me to find exactly what I wanted without overwhelming me with options and reassured me that what I was choosing worked well with the overall look I was going for. He gave great advice about what would look right in the space and the small touches that would work best with my situation (rounded corners because of toddlers, etc). We even had some different spots that we were trying to work some things in (a standing desk/bar space) that he helped figure out and gave great advice on. I instantly felt comfortable giving him my business and excited to work with him. Of all the bids I got, he was the most affordable with the quickest turn around! The countertops were installed beautifully, quickly, and the install team was wonderful. After shopping around in our new home town of Gig Harbor, my plumber recommend I call Herman for a quote. I had called others with no return calls or contact and after I left a message for Herman, he immediately called me back! It just got better from there! He allowed me to select my own slabs from Pental, be picky about my installation and offered an amazing price well under what I thought Id have to pay. He came out to measure quickly after the cabinets were set and they were installed just a couple weeks after that. I was told by others it would be 4-6 weeks. The installers (all 5 of them) were extremely professional and charming. They involved me when needed and I just couldnt be happier. Herman and the crew at Tacoma Granite are top notch. I flip 4-5 houses a year and will not go anywhere else for my counter tops. Herman offers top notch in person customer service. He recently completed a very challenging granite installation in a large condo remodel project of mine. Most granite countertop companies would have said that it could not be done without a seem, but Herman rose to the challenge and made it happen. His prices are always fair and his crew does a flawless job on every install no matter how big or small the project is. I have worked with many contractors over the years, most of whom I would prefer to forget. Herman is not one them. They were very professional and detailed, they cut and recut a backsplash three times until it was to their specs. While i was happy the first cut, they made it their standards to be perfect. i had a hiccup with my vanity and plumbing and had to put in another cabinet. Herman sent his team out to R/R the Quartz countertops at no charge to me. i will send Herman and Pacific Kitchens to every homeowner and flipper.
