I walked in with quite the carrier debacle. Randi was amazing!! Some of the best customer service I have had in town. She quickly listened to the details of my problem and started helping me. I had issues with porting a number at a Tulsa store. Long ugly story shortened is I brought the phone into Tahlequah store and Lisa and Gerycah went the extra mile to help me with this whole issue. Mind you I spent 7 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get it handled over the phone due to the crisis we are in right now. These two listened to the story and offer solutions! They called CJ in porting and within 20 minutes all was right in the world again. Lisa and Gerycah....THANK YOU!!! YOUR ARE SUPERSTARS!!!!!

Ordered 5 phones last Monday was told there was a problem that they would be ready Tuesday. took off work Tuesday to go get them was told there where further problems that they would be done Wednesday, took time off work Wednesday was told they are still having problems, but they had escalated the problem to the top and it 100% would be resolved in 24 hours. Now it is Monday still have not gotten the phones. Store will not answer the phone when i call, they keep Just giving me the run around. so far my opinion is this is the worst phone company i have ever dealt with.

They are open on Saturday from 10 to 2 and no one was there!! Service sucks. Would not recommend it!!
