I really like this place! They have lots of cool games cheap!

I’ve been a longtime customer at GameStop Tahlequah, when I walked through the door today I was greeted by less than enthusiastic workers, when I asked them a simple question they burst out simultaneously, that they can not reveal details like I had asked an omen. Remember folks it’s not about what you say it’s about how you say it, this is why I’m sticking to purchasing online as I would recommend for you if you are headed to this location. The manager here is awesome otherwise I would walk straight out the door.

The staff is so friendly, and they always have the games Im looking for! Not to mention the game nights and involvement with the community.

The mask mandate in the store is trash!!

Associates are rude. There were two girls working and they was to busy talking to each other. They both seemed upset when bothered. Im done shopping at game stop. I have had several bad experiences at this location. Just buy online from someone else.

Not liking the new setup! There’s basically not a store now. You go in and basically everything is done online in the store. Very limited merchandise in the store. Where the registers are now makes you feel you’re not allowed to go any further. The person who designed this layout should be fired. Staff is friendly and I feel sorry for them. Bring back the old Gamestop! It’s not to late 😃

The remodel makes it impossible to move around inside now. The associates are always very helpful and will answer any questions that I have.

The personal here are great. They help with finding what I need and are very quick with trade ins. They also give you info on any new games that are releasing soon.

The customer service, alone, has been the reason Ive been shopping here for years. Im sure I could order anything I needed online, but its just nice to interact with everyone here and a breath of fresh air. Its the reason I will keep going back. For once in my life, I feel like I matter here.

Clean, easy to find. Workers are polite, and when not super busy - genuinely happy to talk shop (ie games to play, upcoming pop culture stuff). Its a little crowded as most Gamestops are, but it is neatly stacked and easy to ask for help if you cant find something you are looking for. +1 For having a great preorder experience and midnight releases, +1 While they might not have the best door busters on Black Friday - going there on either Thanksgiving or Black Friday was organized and well stocked of the good stuff.

As a gamer for over 32 years, this place never fails to deliver what I need for todays current gaming meta and merchandise/apparel for my personal, esoteric taste. Dawn and her current staff never fail to deliver A+customer service and a friendly smile.

Workers are too pushy with wanting to help me find stuff, renewing my membership, pre-ordering something, getting the used copy in lieu of the new copy. Its never a very pleasant visit. I get my games on Amazon now because of it.

Wouldnt step foot back in that place,if they paid me.Employee was rude,very unhelpful,and wouldnt even listen to my teenagers complaint about the overpriced game she had bought less then 2r hrs ago.

I bought the video game, Skyrim, and I like it a lot. This is a very beautiful world. It is very easy to understand and very fun to play when I have a very difficult day and I want to rest. This many things to do in the game. You can play it again as a different and fun person with the many times. Wish Bethesda is going to make another quick game!
