Of all the days managers would go home early, it shouldnt have been the iPhone 13 launch day.I had a trainee that did his best. He had to make several calls to the manager that wasnt there.I felt sorry for my salesperson. I could have asked for an experienced salesperson, but everyone needs a chance and u wasnt in a hurry.I give my salesperson 5 ☆, and the store 2 ☆, for such a bad decision for a manager to leave early...

They were not honest about billing knowing how I felt about being lied to by another company. Varison rep flat out lied about bill. All these big companies should really come down hard on there workers that take advantage of new customers that just want good service. And not have a bad blemish put on there credit report because they cannot afford bill and this is even with the data NOT being out of control. Big companies like this just care about there own financial gain. Sells reps must really get a real good bonus for each sell they make!!!! These reps give the big companies a bad reflection for the company they work for.

The third party at Walmart her name is Melissa told me that the bill will be $178 a month I paid for both phones up front and the first bill was $700. Sales reps like that make a good company look very bad. They must get a bonus for new customers because she lied about the bill. The customer is just money to them.

Great service. I had bought new phones and needed to get new sim cards. Went in on a Saturday morning, of course they were busy, so I left and came back in the afternoon. When I walked in, the girl working remembered me and told me she could fix me right up. Took about 5 minutes and I was done. Thanks.
