I went in because I wanted more info about their plans. They were very nice and answered all of my questions.

I am giving the 4 stars based upon the companys customer service. I came over from Cricket because there was no easy way to upgrade our phones without spending a lot of money, so I transferred to MetroPCS and was able to get new phones for free. There were some fees, but still cheaper in the long run. Additionally, I love the extra Hotspot data that was given during the beginning of the Pandemic. I ended up watching the news a lot, so it was very much appreciated!!!I have now added tablets to our plan for schooling. So far, so good. The price was right!The 5th star wasnt given because the store states that customers and employees must wear masks. A customer was in front of me, without a mask. The employees werent wearing, or werent wearing properly. I was and it was bothersome that they werent.Feel free to say that I referred you if youre reading this and decide to try MetroPCS out.

Absolutely the worst phone service Ive ever had. Ive called technical support in 6 weeks (which they dont really have) five times. On the 4th call the guy told me they were working on the towers and there was a service outage, he put in a ticket number 5311-2950. THEN he tried to sell me a warranty on a service that doesnt work. I called back today because of no internet service once again and was told the ticket came back and it checked out fine. I expected more from T Mobile.

The people are nice. The phone service sucks and continues to get worse. The internet hardly works. The wifi is mostly useless.

This is rediculous!! I called earlier and was put on hold because he was with another customer which I completely understand, however what I do not understand is he left me on the line for almost 20 minutes then a woman answered and thought I had called for someone else when all I wanted to do was get my hotspot working which still isnt by the way!! She tells me to complete all the steps I already did before even calling which I never would have called if it worked in the first place! I tried calling back 3 times just to get voicemail every time!! I then go online to try to get help that way and still can not get help!!

Very poor service, from the guy working, there, my father in law went to get another phone with his number, the guy told him it was in use and gave him new number. I took my father in law to Muskogee and the lady had his old number on his phone and we were out of there.Personally I think the guy should be fired, since my father-in-law is 91 years old and he did not try to help!

Friendly staff and good customer service and a good place to get excellent phone service

We we not impressed with the small, aggressive Cajun representative and decided to take our business elsewhere. The representative would not address my spouse who was checking on changing to their carrier and acted like I was the only one who could understand him.

Waiting on phone to replace mine from Japan hopefully it will get better signal then the one I have Ben useing from your company

One of the ladies working there gave me the Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a metro!!! The worker declined service to me. Wouldn’t sale me a SIM card or do a esn change on my phone, told me to call customer service. Had a very rude tone with us. The store itself was very well kept. The other workers was very nice. It just terrible dealing with her. I will go back to the store but will not be serviced by her!!3 out of 5 stars.

I knew what I wanted before I went in to our local store. I was able to tell the CSR what I wanted and what I needed it to do. I was also adding a new line and phone. They had us set and ready to go. Answered our questions, took our payment and we out of there in less than 25 mins. Great coverage and a our two lines both unlimited cost less than one of the larger big phone companies bill for one month. Id say that I am a VERY happy customer! 😀

I gave up on this company after only one week of service. I dont get service in my house and rely on fiber optic wifi calling. Four iphones 6s were bought and none of them work with wifi calling. Many Many Many phones calls have been made to try to resolve this issue. Nothing! It gets escalated to the next person. Of course each person doesnt know what is going on with the phones. I finally downloaded an app (Talkatone)and can make calls using my wifi. The phones are locked, so were stuck with this company for 6 months or trade them in and go to Verizon which I had for years and years without problems. Just wanted a cheaper service and I get all this stress. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Well technically my problem hasnt been resolved yet but you guys have always since Ive been with you guys so I appreciate you all very much
