Ed Baker of Kraft Infiniti is the best car salesman Ive ever met. His customer service skills are amazing. I was looking to buy a new family SUV and was pretty much sold on a Chevy and just by chance, I visited Kraft Infiniti in Tallahassee becuase they had so many vehicles on the lot. Chevy had none. Ed was so helpful and patient when I was looking. I met with him in person and over the phone for a few weeks before I decided to move forward. The Infiniti brand pretty much sells itself but my experience in car buying has always had more to do with the dealership becuase that is who takes care of the car for future needs. The new Kraft dealership is state of the art and they really know how to serve people. Its obvious they get special training to always put the custmer first, very much appreciated! Anyway, Ed went above and beyond for negotiations, the sale was super easy, and he has continued to check up on me to make sure I am satisfied with my QX80. Service buyer beware! Service Department is a rip off. Charged my wife $300 for a transmission fluid change, everywhere else in town is at $50 to $100. Just had my car done for $70. Car was brought in because the fan belt was making a noise and they diagnosed as a bad belt and charged $203 to put in a new belt. Noise never went away, we took it down the street and another mechanic said it was the fan, not the belt so we had to replace the fan, the $203 for the belt and service was a waste. $50 to change two bulbs. $835 Total bill and original problem was never solved, at least by Kraft Infiniti because we will never step foot to purchase or service another vehicle there again!

Sales manager, David Hunt went above and beyond for our son Dylan who was stranded in Tallahassee trying to get home from FSU ( a 5 hour trip). David made sure that his car was in driving condition on two separate occasions, despite the fact that it needed a major repair. David is a kind man and for that we called him our angel. I strongly recommend this dealership. They are honest and helpful. Unfortunately, you cant say that about most dealerships now a days, which is why we ended up with a faulty vehicle in the first place.

We bought a brand new 2019 Infiniti QX80. Within a couple of months the battery died. We replaced. Within a month that battery died. We had them service. Two months later, same result. Service. Same result. Three times. We threatened the lemon law. Finally traded it in at a HUGE loss for a new Yukon (45% decline in 15 months with 23k miles). After the trade, the dealership tried to move the vehicle and... it didn’t start. Fair warning for anyone wanting to buy a new Infiniti or deal with this dealership!

UPDATE: The following day I was contacted by David Hunt and he worked all day to get me the deal and the monthly payment I wanted. Ed Baker continued to be a great help and the service was great from then on. If you go there please only deal with David Hunt or Ed Baker! Thank for changing the experience to a good one!The sales associate Ed Baker was a pleasure to work with, however his manager Doug was rude and did not care if he sold a car or not, nor did he care how he treated his customers. When Doug was shown that the price of the car we were looking at was higher than many that were available ( the ones that were available were out of town, newer and a lot fewer miles) he decided he would not budge on the price. He said he could not come down even $30?!? We were trying to buy local to help our local economy but we will take our business elsewhere. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know and the sad part is Tallahassee is a small town, so if Doug continues treating customers this way it will eventually hurt the business. Please look around before you look here, they like to raise their prices!

I would like to take time to mention what excellent service we received from Will Drake. He returned my initial call promptly within 5 minutes, and took time to explain and answer all of my questions. We had a few calls that day. Because Will was so informative, and very gracious, not at all pushy or overbearing, we decided to make the drive to Tallahassee. We had not planned on making that trip, but because of Will we did and I am very glad we did. Sales Rep, Paul, was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, the infinity. He understood the different trim models and what was in each package of up grades. This was really helpful in the decision making process of getting the most of what I wanted for the money. The location manager, Janice, communicates well which is important when my hubby and I negotiated price. We were not easy on her or Paul. She readily provided information on other cars we were looking at and helped us see the value in our purchase with her offer versus other options at other dealerships. When all was said and done we left with the car and felt like we had brokered a deal that left us happy about the whole process.I did feel put off by the credit managers exchange as he offered an extended maintenance contract. He offered, I said I dont need that product and he said bluntly, Why would you not want it? His response to me was demeaning, like I did not know what I was doing. Overlooking this 20 sec exchange, our purchase was with fair and respectful. I would go back again and would recommend it to my friends.

Jim and his team ALWAYS exceed my expectations of them each time I visit the service department. The staff takes the time to make you feel welcomed, accommodate your needs in the lobby to make the wait more enjoyable. The staff is very respectful, the lobby area is kept clean at all the times, and their coffee is GREAT. Jim and his team work hard to make sure they fix any and all issues you may be experiencing with your car or even just maintenance work. The used vehicle I wanted to buy developed a sensor problem the Saturday morning I was going to pick it up. Manager Janice sent someone to Jacksonville to get the part and got it changed out the next business day. Sucked having to change plans and wait but sales rep Paul was great through out the ordeal. I had his cell number and unknowingly called him on his vacation. He didnt hesitate to make some calls of his own and called me back to set everything up.
