I don’t care what the business is in the Tallahassee area, or what they do, it’s just a fact that you are not going to find a business that provides better, more honest, quality service than that offered by Scott Hollon and Capital City Collision. My friends and family have used them for years, and there is just no better. My latest encounter was just last month, and I have never seen a guy go to more ends to make sure that I was getting my money’s worth. I recommend these folks without hesitation.

Absolutely without a doubt the very best collision shop in Tallahassee. I worked next to them and have seen the quality of work time after time coming out of thier shop. I was also contracted to do some mechanical work for them and when my employees would make a mistake It was always brought to my attention by the owner/shop Foreman Scott in a firm respectable way he demanded the very best and treated every car as his own. The office Manger/ owner Dan has alot of knowledge in the field and can guide you through the insurance issues and sympathizes with the customer

Great people that gave me the best price I could find. They answered all of my questions and concerns patiently and they didn’t talk down to me as a young woman which I appreciated. My car looks just as it did before and they got it done when they said they would. I’ve recommended them to everyone that I’ve met that’s been involved in accidents and fender benders around Tallahassee since they fixed my car at the beginning of September.

Called for an appointment for an estimate for my daughters car. Woman who answered said just come on by. I asked for an appointment, but she said we didnt need one. Daughter arrived and was told oh, he already left for the day (2:00 pm), come back another day in the morning. She want back at 11:00 am on another day, and was told he is not here! Poor business, I dont recommend them!

Scott Hollon really came to my rescue when my battery was no good! He was timely and super courteous, and when eve after replacing my battery the car didnt start he then took the time to carefully examine what all could be wrong and turns out my starter needed a good kick. I am impressed with his services! Its been awhile since I have been around a nice trust worthy mechanic to help.

This place is amazing! I was in a car accident and the whole front was falling off. They came to pick up my car and everything went smoothly with the place and my insurance and two weeks later I have my car back looking brand new like before. This a great place and you bring it here for a fix up if needed.

Capital City Collision has worked on several different cars for us. We send all of our friends and family to Dan and Scott knowing they will be taken care of and the car or truck fixed right. A great example is my wifes brand new Mustang got 2 huge scratches on each side of the car. They were able to match the paint perfectly to the point I could not tell where the work was done. I truly lucked up. I was in a horrible accident in July and my car (at least I thought) was damaged beyond repair. It was towed to the shop next door to CCCC and I asked them to take a look at my vehicle in order to provide an estimate to the insurance company. They happily obliged. After deciding that the car was repairable, Dan and Scott communicated with me often and assured me that they would do the best work possible. I had LOTS of questions and Dan responded promptly via email at any time - even if he was not in the office. I got my car back in perfect condition and am so happy with the work that was done. Went in there last week because a cement wheel stop in a parking spot had pulled out my front bumper cover panel. I showed up with no appointment and desperate to get it fixed because I had a long drive home the next day. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and the auto body tech did an amazing job putting the panel back on. Very nice and kind in there. I wish I had gotten the name of the estimator and the auto body tech. I had nothing but an amazing experience.

They blended the paint perfectly on my car. It was a metallic silver which is pretty hard to blend as I understand it. They replaced the front bumper and hood for an excellent price.

Capital City Collision was awesome to work with. They worked with me using some aftermarket parts in the repair instead of stock. Then when there were some shipping issues and I had to go out of town causing some delays in the parts and they were still very cordial and did their best to get the truck finished quickly once all the parts were in and paint was done. Overall great people here!

I have referred many person to Dan there, with uniformly great results.There customer service and knowledge is superior to other garages. I like the fact that they are not tied to this or that insurance company but are independent. They will always have your interest at heart, not the insurance companys!!

I had needed a splash guard replaced on my Nissan 350z. I would have done it myself if I did not need a jack but they guy at Capital City did it for me in less then 30 min. I really appreciate it these guys because I called around including kraft Nissan and they wanted to charge me 120 dollars just to put on a new splash guard but these guys did it for 40. Couldn’t be happier with their service

Echoing all previous praises, and letting future customers know Capital City Collision Center has maintained their quality. Just had repair done and they stay true to the estimate. Dan also helped me saving money by finding used parts instead of using new OEM parts that cost twice as much. Highly recommended.

Bare in mind when youre reading this that Im intricate about every bit of my car and treat her like a baby every day. After my accident I did A LOT of research and after almost a week and a half of sleepless nights, I decided to go with Capital City. Dan was always happy to answer questions (I had a ton) and so was Scott, they assured me of a quality repair and I decided to trust them. Through the repair, Rita (customer service) was always available when I called and kept me updated, I insisted on OEM parts and they delivered. When they finished, she looked brand new, the paint is so perfect you cant tell its been resprayed. All in all they had great customer service and did a great job with the repairs, Im extremely happy I chose them and would definitely recommend them if anyone needs collision repair!

The guys here are wonderful! The plastic part of my front bumper was dragging after I hit a curb and they fixed it for no charge. I was there for about 15 minutes before they had my car fixed and ready to drive. I definitely recommend them if yourre looking for a good body shop.

Excellent experience, Great work! My son got into an accident on the way to school (Not his fault). After getting frustrated with the whole insurance process, I finally got my car in to Capital City Collision. They handled all of the hassle with the insurance, got the parts needed and did GREAT work in making the repairs. We got the car back today and couldnt be happier with the work and experience. Ms Rita (office manager) was always pleasant and helpful despite my tons of phone calls throughout the process.

I took my car into Capital City Collision with little to no expectations. They quickly gave me a computerized estimate which was honest and accurate. My 2013 Toyota Prius was side swiped by a tractor-trailer causing damage to the rear quarter panel, both doors and the front mask; almost totaled. The damage was so severe that I didnt think it would ever look good. I was wrong! Everything was turned back to factory level and works as it should. Chris installed the new quarter panel which needed to be fully welded back on. He made such an outstanding repair that you cannot tell my car was ever damaged. Go speak to Dan should you need work done to your vehicle, he was very easy to work with and took extreme care with all the details. I couldnt be happier with my experience with them. -David V.-

Imagine my surprise - on Monday they gave me a quote and a date for repair so when I called for my appointment they couldnt help me until the following week. Dont be fooled by the reviews- I was - this is not a nice guy. Only use him if you have more time and money than you need!
