Disappointing….Went Thursday Oct 7 to select tires..was told to call Friday morning to schedule an appointment…made appointment for 12:00….arrived at 11:55 …intake required me to get in line with other clients without appointment and selection/layaway ticket…waited 15 min for associate to talk to me….then was another 30 min …now 12:45… before car was taken into the service bay….tires were installed by 1:28…finally checked out at 1:37…in summary the appointment did not guarantee service at time of appointment and was taken at same time as if had walked in without appointment….disappointing and very poor service

Had to replace a tire while on vacation in a location with no local Discount Tire store. Caught a pothole edge on our sidewall at a truck stop. Called customer service and they said to get tire replaced and that Discount would reimburse for the cost (what DT orginally charged me). I had to pay a premium, pretty much retail for the replacement since they did not stock and had to order. Didnt really matter cuz they were the only game in town and they got us back on the road.

I ordered my tires on line, paid online, scheduled my installation for next day. I was even given a military discount. Installation went flawlessly. Everyone was professional and friendly. My first time buying from Discount Tire but i will be a longtime customer now.

I know labor is in short supply ... but this is when management should step up.... not happening here. Lots of opportunity for efficiency in operations.

Had to ask an employee (Logan) to get 2 of these 4 boys to wear their face masks. He told me if that would make me feel more comfortable. No. If there is a mask mandate then ALL should be wearing them inside (as their posted signs said). No one is special and exempt. If the customers dont want to wear their masks then they can step outside. Stopping the spread of COVID-19 should be the main priority and it applies to everyone. The third boy (in black tank) walked in multiple times with no face mask on and they never said anything to him. The fourth boy (in black shirt) walked in and was spoken to by 2 employees, one being Logan and they never asked for him to put on a face mask. Absolutely ridiculous.

Story time... read belowMy wife and 10 month old son were on a road trip from Palm Beach to Pensacola. about 15 miles East of Tallahassee on I-10 my wife started having tire issues from a tire that was just replaced 3 days ago. Her car was shaking profusely on the highway and was very worried. It must have been the new tire. She began to drive as slow and carefully as possible to make it to an exit with a tire shop.I frantically started searching the internet for a tire shop in Tally that was off of I-10, because I am 8 hours away, and I found Discount Tire. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. An awesome gentleman named Sam answered the phone. I told him the situation and how I was worried for the safety of my family on the road headed to Pensacola and I needed to get her car in there an have a tire put on as quickly as possible. Sam informed me that they had only 2 tires in stock that would fit my wifes car, but they were slated to go on another vehicle the next day.Sam brainstormed diligently and tried to find a solution. Upon exhausting all options and not being able to find an easy solution, I told him I would need to start calling other tire shops to find the right tire. Sam asks me if I can hold for a minute because he has 1 more idea. Shortly after he comes back on the phone and says he spoke with the lady who was getting those tires installed the next day and she said she would have no problem waiting for new tires to arrive and we could have her tires so my family could get back on the road. I was overwhelmed with gratefulness to this generous woman and to Sam for making that difficult call.I was on the phone with Sam as my wife pulled into the parking lot minutes later. Sam walked out, met my wife and child made sure they were comfortable while they waited and they got right to work on her vehicle. Not only did he replace the defective tire, but also made sure the alignment was perfect and inspected the rest of the tires to make sure this problem would not happen again. My wife and child were in and out very quickly which I am sure was not an easy task as they were quite busy. Since our service at Discount Tire her car is driving perfectly!As a business owner myself, I cant say enough on how refreshing it is to deal with people and companies that truly care about helping people and treating them with as much care as possible. Sam and the entire team at Discount Tire went far above the call of duty! I wish I lived in Tallahassee, because I would only use them from now on.Thank you to Sam and all of you at Discount Tire. Thank you to the lovely lady that let us take the tires she had ordered and waited for new ones to come. They also suggested the right new tire for my vehicle which I can tell is a much better ride and validates their expertise. This is for our new found friend, Mr Bridges, at Discount Tires at 1507 Killearn Center Blvd. At the time it was my fiancé and I. I flew into Tampa and rented a uHaul to bring my future wife back to New Mexico. We were driving through Tallahassee when we experienced a tire blow out on our trailer hauling our vehicle and turned into the closest area which happened to be Discount Tires. As we were pulling in he told us where to park.Although Discount Tire does not have a contract with uHaul and couldn’t service us, he made us feel very comfortable and was patient in waiting for the uHaul emergency roadside assistance which took about three hours. During those three hours, Mr. Bridges went above and beyond in his duty as a customer service rep. And although we weren’t his client he checked up on us, showed great hospitality and even checked up on the work the uHaul repairman made to our tire. He even checked the pressure on all the tires. Now THAT is some seriously great customer service. He is an example to his peers and a great addition to Discount Tires! Thank you Mr. Bridges for all your help. May God bless you for being who you are!!

They definitely try to upsale you on higher quality tires and various services/warranties, but the process was simple and efficient and the service and prices were excellent.

Made appointment 2 days before needing free tire rotation, estimated to take 75 minutes, but done in 30! Thank you for speedy service!

Sam B and the rest of the team here literally went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. After initially having them put 4 Falken tires on my Kia Sportage the ride was just rigid, and even after them checking and rebalancing, the ride was still always a little off and the seat shook. I called and expressed my concerns again, and Sam recommended I go up to a little higher premium tire. This made ALL the difference. Sam B was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional during the entire process. I would, and will continue to highly recommend this shop, and their team! Thanks again Sam. Youre the best!

Polite. Professional. We came in at 11-1130 and they had our tire replaced and back on the road by 1230. Price wasnt too bad either considering the situation.

The service is friendly and the job done well. However, there is no point in scheduling an appointment. Had one scheduled for 9am to repair two tires, arrived on time, and was told it wouldn’t be started until 11 and would probably be finished by 11:30.Maybe it’s just me but if an appointment is at 9, you’d think they’d start working on your vehicle at that time.

Great service. Easy to get a price quote, which was the best price in town. Ordered in my Michelin tires. Called a couple days later to schedule appointment for install. Two techs worked on my Corvette at the same time. They worked very smoothly & carefully. Good job. Thanks guys. I do recommend.

Useless as usually they wont give u the tires u want and then tell u the tirrs u want are not good tires regardless of the amazing performance Ive had on the last 3 sets of the same tire Ive had on the same vehicles they always try to sell u a better tire that just so happens to cost twice as much yall just keep doing yall and see how far u get also minutes after i left your poor excuse of a tire shop I googled and ordered the tires i wanted directly to my door where i will then take them to a real tire shop and have them installed. Also it would not allow me to not give any stars so think of my star as a negative star so I got minus 1 star lolol

The best tire shop in the business. All they do is tires, no brakes, no alignments, no oil changes, etc. They don’t try to upsell you on services you don’t need. The store manager, Evan, has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

My experience with this discount tire was amazing. I ordered my tires online and was given a call when they arrived to schedule a visit to have them installed. I ended up dropping by days before my appointment and they were able to get me in and taken care of in less than an hour. The staff was incredibly nice and personal and they were quick putting the tires on my car. The best part of buying tires with discount tire is the warranty they give on their tires. They make sure you are happy with your purchase and that your tires keep performing as they should. It was a pleasure doing business there.

Visit to Discount Tire on Tville Rd.Very pleasant experience for simple rotate and balance foc...1st since my purchase 2 years ago. My 20 yo center cap could was mangled in the rotation but the crew-on-hand replaced them free of charge. Mine were old...scraped and bent up...they replaced them with shiny chrome AR caps...more than necessary. Thanks again guys!

I had an issue with a tire on my newly purchased truck and set up an appointment with Discount Tire for service. I was not only in and out within the hour, but was able to get a warranty on my tires along with my sensors being reset! The service was exceptional, and painless.

Horrible workmanship (on multiple occasions with 2 different vehicles).On just one vehicle I spent almost $1000 on tires and useless warranties. Two of the four new tires were installed incorrectly and both had leaks so bad I had to take the tires off at home and get someone to drive me and my two tires back to get them fixed. The new tires had 15 miles on them and went flat. They also stripped/cross threaded 3 lugnuts.Not to mention when I arrived to get the tires installed they almost caused thousands of dollars in damage because they were trying to jack my vehicle up incorrectly. The store manager is incompetent and his employees, well apples dont fall far from the tree. But at least the employees are kindhearted and caring, the manager is a misogynistic piece of poo poo.All that was on the second vehicle I took there. I should have learned my lesson the first time.In August my mother got a flat and while riding on her spare went in to get the flat repaired. I was there with her for almost 2 hours. First the guys could not figure out how to release the flat tire from the spare tire mount. It took 4 guys and 20 minutes to do that. Then they came back saying the tire was fine and they could not find a leak. They installed the tire back on her vehicle and even though my mom and I insisted they find what was wrong, they told us it was a fluke and the tire was fine. We were heading out on a road trip and by the time we got to Crawfordville the tire was flat AGAIN! We stopped at a mom and pop shop in Crawfordville that found the leak in 10 minutes and fixed it right away. We were back on the road in about 30 minutes. This again proves thier ignorance at this store.I have more example of incompetence at the Killearn center store, but I will stop there. Never have i experienced customer service like this.Also, I witnessed the store manager in the waiting area dealing with another woman who obviously was swindled and upset about it. She had brought her husband back to the store because she felt mistreated and taken advantage of. I heard the store manager say to her I didnt treat you differently because you are a woman. Sheesh, I would bet that statement was not the truth.Honey, I dont know who you are, but know how you feel!Me, my family and friends will never go there again, and I suggest you think twice.Ive gone to Discount Tire stores all over the country and have had wonderful experiences everywhere. This store is a glaring exception. Awful. Stay far away unless you enjoy wasting time and money

I have bought five sets of tires in the last four years from this Discount Tire location (different vehicles each time). Always great prices and service and I’ve never had a single issue until recently. Details of the problem aren’t relevant, but their response certainly is. The manager, Evan, went way above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough good things about this shop.

While on I10 my low tire warning came on during a heavy down poor. They calmed me down and put air in all my tires for me. So nice

I learned a valuable lesson today! I have been a Discount Tire customer for several years. I own several modified vehicles. My vehicles have aftermarket rims and tires. Discount Tire has done an amazing job helping me mod my vehicles.Store Manager Evan Gardner had told me in the past, if you are going to upgrade your vehicle rims, buy them through us. If there are any problems during installation with rims or tires. Those problems/issues become mine. If you bring me rims and tires to install, I will help you as much as I can but, if there are any issues. Those issues will be yours. I have followed this advice in the past and everything went smooth.However, this time, I tried to save a few dollars and purchased the rims and tires myself. I brought them to this Discount Tire for my installation and it did not go very well. I had issues with my tire fitment. Luckily for me, Assistant Manager Sam Bridges was working and assisted me. Sam was extremely patient and professional with me. He gave me great advice and helped me brainstorm my options. Sam went out of his way for an issue that was really not his problem. We were able to locate a tire that would alleviate my tire issue. Sam located it, gave me a great price, and ordered it. A few days later, the tire arrived.Unfortunately, my tire issue was resolved but, now I had a rim fitment issue. Again, Assistant Manager Sam came to my rescue. He was able to educate me on where the problem was taking place. If I would have just ordered the rims through Discount Tire, the issue would be the stores problem but, since I brought them the rims and tires. The fitment issue was my problem. Again, Sam went out of his way to help me resolve the issue and even notifying the rim manufacturer of the fitment issue. Assistant Manager Sam did not have to do everything he did for me. He is a true professional with amazing customer service skills.I can assure you that I will never make this mistake again. From now on, I will just do like I had done in the past and order my rims/tires through Discount Tire. I have learned a valuable and priceless lesson!A huge thank you to Store Manager Evan Gardner, Assistant Manager Sam Bridges, and the awesome employees at this Discount Tire store for their assistance and outstanding customer service skills! It blows my mind but they don’t know how to add air to a tire that’s already inflated. Don’t let them fool you when they say they add air to your tires for free because if the guy doesn’t know how to use the inflation machine then you can’t get air. Incredible!!

I made an appointment for 8:45 am. After 45 minutes of my truck sitting in the lot, I asked why nothing was being done because I had an appointment. The staff member said an appointment means they will get started within an hour. No where in their appointment process is this mentioned. The only thing said about an appointment is to arrive 10 minutes early. Why arrive 10 minutes early if it’s going to be an hour before they even start.

I had a flat a few weeks ago and just happened to be right in front of Discount Tire...They replaced all of my tires for a price that was budget friendly! They were super sweet and listened to all of my concerns! I had to come back for flat tire repair and they got me in gave me a time estimate and were done before they promised me my car would be ready! Hubert was so sweet and professional! He greeted me so pleasantly and just made my experience much more pleasant ❤️

Fast, fast, fast! Drove in to price check lifetime rotation and balance. Bought new truck last year and it was time for rotate and balance. Gave me a quote of $60 so I told them to go ahead. 30 minutes later I was driving away. Lifetime balance and rotation. They even send email reminders.

I bought a full set of tires from this location. When I dropped it off they told me they could check the alignment and TMP. when I picked it up they told me they did not have the equipment to check alignment. After driving on them for 2 weeks I went to another business to check the tires and they told me they were never balanced correctly. I will never go to Discount Tire ever again.

Made an appointment, but it didnt matter, I still was not provided service in a timely manner. Had to call inside the store about 5 times to let them know that I was still waiting to be served. I was finally served 55 Minutes after my scheduled appt, not what I had expected.

HIGHLY recommend this store. I was there in 2015 and had a great experience... and then again yesterday. The man at the register/computer was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He seemed like a really good guy. I was able to watch the two men take the four old tires off, and put the four new tires on (my old beater get me to work Yukon was in the bay/rack right where I happened to be sitting). These guys were kicking it. I mean fast and professional. I was in and out in no time flat.The interior of the store was very clean, and it was nice and cool inside. Nothing wrong with the AC, thats for sure. They must be doing something right, because it was a steady stream of customers. My dad and my son have also mentioned that this store/location is a great place for tires, and are loyal customers. The both of them did NOT have good experiences at the other location, however... and do not go to that store for tires/services.

They fixed our tire and put a patch in for free, and that’s great we’re so thankful however, we waited an hour longer than we needed to because they forgot to tell us when the servicing was done. So for that I’ll only give four stars. We are on a bit of a time constraint, and needed to leave as soon as possible.

I had a nail in my tire. It wasnt fixable so we ended up going with their recommendation and got 2 new tires and the good tire put on a rim. We were charged a disposable fee for a tire they put in my trunk. When I picked up my car the radio was on full volume and my car seat was adjusted all the way back. Maybe leave the car the way you found it and clean the steering wheel.

I love Discount Tires. I go in about once a month to have all my tires checked for air pressure, which is a free service. They are great people who give great service.

I came in with a budget in mind, and although they did try to up-sale me once (It is a business) but after that one time continued to work with that number the best they could. They were very patient with me, and after some time we actually were able to find a great set of tires for my car. I had an appointment today, and while I waited for my car to be tended to, I got a chance to see two types of people. There were a couple of angry customers that walked in and expected immediate service before others. They used choice words when having to wait their turn and blasting the crew and their efforts to keep them safe on the road.Then, I saw the staff- incredibly professional, kind, apologetic and working to please each of us as we sit, relaxed and waiting for them to KEEP US SAFE ON RHT ROAD.Thank you to the entire Discount Team, especially Alex, for your excellent service.

Love Discount Tire. They are very helpful and stand by their products. Very glad to get pressure checked for free, because it just isn’t always obvious if you do it right on some of the machines. My go-to place for tires and tire service.

Had the best experience at the Killearn store. I had an appointment for 8 am. Many customers waiting when they opened the doors. Staff walked up to me and confirmed my appointment. Immediate service and was done and finished by 8:30. Extremely courteous and great prices. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Bought 2 tires halfway across the US and they always provide great service no matter which location you are at. They even warned me that my 2 tires needed changing in about 10k miles so I could plan ahead. Another store would have tried to sell me new ones now!

Most places would have tried to sell me a tire. Ritchie and the crew are experts who give you honest advice and fair prices. The service is absolutely slow. Been waiting more than two hours for tires to be checked. Several people have came after us and have had there car serviced and left and were still waiting. Just got a set of BFG All Terrain KO2s on my Jeep...The tires were balanced to perfection, no scratches, the PSI was adjusted perfectly to factory specs and the lug nuts were torqued to specs.Dealt with Richy and Evan who were both very nice and did great job!!!Thank you guys for recommending this excellent tire!~David Vaughn~

Being that I am moving to Colorado in about 2 weeks.... I am crunched on time. I ordered a set of tires 2 days ago, and scheduled the appointment for today. I was told the tires would be here next day after ordered and installed the following day. Came in for the appointment just to be told they dont have the tires yet... Theyll give me a call when they come in....how about giving the customer a call for a scheduled appointment if the tires arent available. Extremely displeased with the service here....
