Unfortunately, repairs took 5 days longer than it was estimated to be in the shop for. 8 days total in the shop. I was called 3 days after I put it in Gerber and was told my Cherokee emblem was on back order so my car would be ready my noon on a Monday. Yet, when I arrived that Monday (day 7) at closing time my car wasn’t ready and was told it’ll be ready the next morning. It wasn’t ready the next morning, (Day 8) but that evening they called me and told me it’s ready. I go in to get the vehicle and the gentleman is still washing my car. Once I got home with the car, I notice the emblem is still not on the vehicle. I’m in disbelief. The way my vehicle was disrespectfully put back together with bolts and clips missing is another issue. Would not use them again.

Last week, we picked our car up from Gerber Collision (Tennessee Street) with complete customer satisfaction! I am a parent, with a college student in Tallahassee, which 6 hours away from our home. I had to entrust someone to handle this transaction without my presence. I called the local car dealership that we deal with, and they agreed that Gerber was our best choice. So we trusted this recommendation, (even after reading a couple bad reviews.....). My son dropped his car off - and due to the damage we knew it would be a couple of weeks until he was able to get it back. The staff called me the next day, telling me they are handling all of the insurance papers, and will keep me informed with the progress of our vehicle. 2 days later, I received a text, letting me know that the parts for the car have been ordered. 2 day after that, I received a courtesy call letting me know the progress....from that point on, I either received a call or a text keeping us in the loop with the progress. Once the car was close to completion, we received a text letting us know the date to expect the car to be ready for pick up! Then we received a call the day prior to pick up - letting us know it would be ready, asking if my son needed a ride to the Hertz rental car location (for he could just drop it off with them, for convenience reasons.) When my son went to pick up the car, they thoroughly went over the car with him and sent me pictures of the car.The owners and the staff are so professional and work is guaranteed for the life of you owning the car! So far, so good. My truck looks GOOD!!! A tree fell on the front during the hurricane (Michael). WISH I couldve fixed the rest.Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous.I will take my truck back when I can be afford to do so!
Fantastic, unbelievable, and high responsible repair shop Ive ever seen.I got a car crash, and it had to be repaired shortly. I called few places in Tallahassee, but all of them told me to wait a few weeks. However, this shop started the estimate as soon as I stopped by and fixed my car in 3 days. I was really impressed for their customer service. The manager is really nice too! Even though the shop usually closes at 5:30pm, he waited until 7pm for me to pick up the car. It was perfectly renewed, and they also cleaned other minor scratches which is not related to the accident. I highly recommend this shop as the best in Tallahassee.
I was extremely impressed by the service I received at Walker Collision. The staff was friendly and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. They were also very timely and even finished a little early. In addition, when I got my car back I noticed that they completely washed the outside as well as detailed the inside at no extra cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I took my car here because I was rear-ended. I had a subwoofer and amp professionally installed in a box in my trunk. I was told they had to move the box in order to work on the car. Ok, no problem. Well I go to pick the car up (after nearly 2 weeks) and it turns out they hadnt unhooked the amp, they just ripped the wires right out. This left pieces of wire inside the amp, causing me to have to have it replaced. I brought it to their attention and it took them another 2 weeks for their manager to sign the check for me to have it replaced.Oh and they left all the emblems off of my bumper. And then tried to argue with me when I told them about it. I literally had to pull up old pictures of the car to get them to order emblems for my car and put them on. I didnt have an aftermarket bumper, the car was completely stock. They just didnt do a good job.
Horrible, Horrible place to have to deal with. They did repairs on my car months ago. Ive been dealing with my attorney due to managers (JOSH & RICK ) lying to me. They stated that my insurance had approved OEM parts to be put back on my car. While they tried to make me believe they did, which they DID NOT. Ive have my CAR check by 3 other shops and this company definitely lied because it has aftermarket parts not OEM. My fathers attorney stated to us. She has heard nothing but bad things about GERBER. Also you cant even call to talk with anyone (JOSH OR RICK) because this rude girl (NIKKI) answers the phone she says ill take a message. She seems to be jealous of JOSH or something weird. Unprofessional. I have been in there and my friends have too. She is rude in person to. She & JOSH seem to have some kind of attraction to each other at a work place. So unprofessional. Especially when i needed to speak to him in regards to my damn CAR.SHE SEEMS TO BE HIS B.Corporate needs to so something about this place and people. Nikki josh and rick if he is running this wack place. What a joke.BE WARE PEOPLE THEY EVEN HAVE BAD REVIEWS ON BBB.
Did a great job
They MIGHT fix whatever problem you brought your vehicle in for, but they are so careless in how they handle your vehicle, the condition will be worse than when you brought it in. Expect at least half of the things they touch to be damaged in some way. Hard to recommend that kind of service.
The gentleman I spoke to was a little gruff and seemed inconvenienced by my visit, but the other staff were very friendly and they maintained great communication through the process of totalling out my car for insurance.
