By far the best collision center in Tallahassee. The customer service is top-notch, efficient, and professional. They pre-ordered the parts and did a thorough repair and paint-job in less than a week. Car looks brand-new and couldnt be happier with the result. I talk to my insurance company. They told me how to take care of my claim. The “only”person Hendrick capable of handing my claim told me I was doing it wrong. The best appointment just to get a quote was for two weeks from now. I don’t need a company that doesn’t know their a$$ from their elbow or has a two week wait for a quote working on my truck!!!!!

Ive certainly had body work done before on some of my automobiles. But Id never gotten such excellent and fast body repairs as I did through Hendrick Collision. Im sure a lot of that had to do with Dawn, whos been there for 25 years.

I was quite impressed with the work of Hendricks Collision Center. Their customer service is top notched, they were very communicative throughout the entire process, and completed the work within the timeframe they specified. Also, they assisted me with regard to the claim process involving the driver who rear ended me. I definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to utilize their services, if need be, in the future!

While no one is ever excited to have to visit a Collision shop, if you choose any shop, this is one you can count on. The manager, Rusty and his team are great at what they do. Rustys motto is: You pay a lot of money for your vehicle, you want it to look right and we are going to make sure we do the job right. I never felt as though I was asking for too much, annoying them or being too picky. The employees move as a unit and seem happy, which in turn gives some relief to customers in an already stressful situation, that they can trust their vehicle will be handled with care. They offer lifetime warranties for the work done to your vehicle as well as, courtesy vehicles (when available), rental car pickups and drop offs or (in certain instances) they will come to you, if you cant make it to them, to complete the work. Just overall a great place, with good energy and excellent work.

The crew at Dale Jr Collision was the best. My car was stolen and they went above and beyond to ease the struggle of my ordeal. Dawn was my adviser and she was amazing. Very professional and hardworking. Johnny, the manager, went above and beyond to make this process easy and as stress free as possible. The technician did an awesome job and the clean up was amazing. Anna at the front desk was very kind and sweet and helped me tremendously. I dont think any other shop could have done better. I have to return for a seat cover that was on back order and am looking forward to returning to see these people. I will be happy to have any future work done at this location.

The initial estimate was that it would take 10 days for my truck to get fixed, it only took 3. They colored matched my truck doors perfectly, which is saying a lot since my truck is orange. My truck looked better when it left the shop than before my car accident. Great job! Hopefully I wont have to come back, but if I do, I know where Im coming.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. Collision is amazing. They took care of getting the estimate sent to the insurance company. Putting me in an on site rental. And getting my repairs to my Honda done correctly . They have a manager, Johnny, whom by the way is very nice looking, knows all the latest processes to get my car back to factory safety standards. He said that every vehicle gets a before and after safety scan. I hope I dont get in another accident, but I know where to go if I do. Five stars!!!!

I wish I could say I had a better experience, however towards the end of my visit to pick up my truck, the customer service turned south. After paying my $500 deductible, I was told numerous times that someone would bring my truck around front. Needless to say, no one ever did. So, I walked around back to find my truck still parked where it was left after the repairs. One of the personnel told that the guy that worked on my vehicle would be right back to clear off some smears from over-paint. I waited for quite sometime before becoming upset that I was waiting for so long, especially after being called on Wednesday, two days earlier, to say that the truck was ready for pick up. Finally getting the attention of someone who I thought was waiting for, said he would have someone in the office come out. A woman came out to explain that all I needed to do was wipe the inside of the windshield and that they were finished with the truck and there was nothing else that needed to be done, as she walked away to go back inside the office. Kind of unprofessional I thought so finding a piece of tissue paper I wiped the windshield when I realized that there was another problem with something that appeared to be paint splattered on the rear tail light globe. So I go back inside to ask that someone come out and address that issue. The same woman came out and got a rag to wipe it off. I actually was expecting to have a superb experience, but came up just a little bit short.

Plenty of parking, immediate courteous service. I received a printed quote, and an emailed copy with photos of the car damage within minutes. I brought the vehicle in a few days later and they completed the work in one week, exactly as they said they would, and it was perfect! They even washed, waxed and detailed it! Super good experience, I recommend them to anyone.

Got my right passenger door repaired after an accident, drop off was quick and they were thorough about the steps they would take in having it repaired for me. Was finished before the day they said it would be! My car is so much cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Minor issue after repair with the door not locking electronically only manually, that was quickly fixed! They told me to bring it by anytime at my earliest convenience and theyd get it fixed for me. After only an hour or two after dropping off again I got the call saying it was repaired. Very friendly, helpful staff. Appreciate it guys! Would recommend them to anyone 😊

After being rear ended, I brought my truck here for the repairs. A few days later my truck looked brand new. But a lot of places can do that. A few days later I discovered a problem with a broken part under the hood. I dreaded going back and asking them to repair it. I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness and prompt attention to the issue. If I could give six stars I would.

The work was done very quickly. Communication was great and they did a great job on my car!

These guys were beyond amazing. Every little bit of the damage was taken care of, and the car came out looking good as new. I couldnt have had a better experience, or gotten more satisfaction anywhere else! If anyone out there needs a repair done, Hendrick Collision is the place to go. Also, I am a normal guy not some paid writer making this comment. Took a week for the fix, since they had to order parts but the result was way worth the wait. Thanks again guys.

Great customer service, Quality Repairs

The back right bumper of my Honda Civic was hit by someone in a parking lot who then drove away without saying anything. I went to the collision center and Johnny popped it back in place for me free of charge!Their staff was really friendly and easy to speak with plus the waiting room was air conditioned and had water/coffee.

Bill at Hendrick Collision fit me in and accommodated me, even though I was late for my appointment. This allowed me to meet my obligations for the rest of the week and throughout the Thanksgiving (pun intended) holiday. Then, when I saw what they had done to my car, I wondered why I hadnt asked them to do the other side as well. I asked them about it. I was not surprised when they answered that they could, if I didnt mind waiting until March of 2019. They are booked solid until then.Masterly done. I am thoroughly appreciative!

Quite possibly the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. We are pleased with the quality of the work of the body repairs, but communication was horrible. They had my car over a month and we had to call them for updates. Not once did we get an unsolicited update and when someone did return our call, we heard how busy they are and just can’t call everyone. Got my car back and the button on the hatchback no longer worked, so called and took it right back in to the shop. TWO WEEKS and THREE days later, get a call that it is a faulty switch and not related to anything they did when they took the back of my car apart to repair the window. Hmmmmm, took that long to figure it out?!? Told them we would be there in an hour to get the car and when we show up, the car is not even there...still at the dealership where they took it to be diagnosed when they could not figure it out. They advertise they stand behind their work but they do not. Had they not taken my back end apart, I might buy that the switch just went bad, but it worked when they disconnected everything and did not work when they put it back together.

I would give them more stars if I could. I was visiting Tallahassee from St. Petersburg and was involved in a car accident. My insurance company gave me a list of places I could go. Not knowing which place I should take my car I selected them based on I own a Chevy Equinox. I hit the jackpot with them. Johnny Guerrant the manager was so nice, polite and accommodating to all my needs. The staff was so helpful and courtesy every time we spoke on the phone. They updated me with texts on the process of how things were going. They had it ready ahead of schedule and everything went so smoothly. It was hard enough going through my first car accident and I can not thank them enough for everything they did. My car looks Amazing ! The do wonderful work.

Had to give them one star should be no stars. They are horrible. For my insurance to meet them and look at my car. 2 months later I call them and they forgot about me. Once they got my car they NEVER called me to update me on the cars status. I always call them and got thing like wrong parts or they was snowed in up north or we found something else wrong. This will be week 6 and they still have my car because they my fraud charges to my insurance and now they wont pay the shop and shop wont give me they car till its paid in full. WHAT THE HELL! GIVE ME BACK MY CAR!

Worst experience ever. Got in a wreck while I was in Tallahassee and it was suggested I take my car here. After 4.5 months, I finally got my car back and Im incredibly dissatisfied. The bumper they replaced doesnt match the rest of the car, the steering wheel is a completely different color than what it should be, and the new paint job has scratches and plaster all over it. If I was going to have to wait that long to get my car back (that wasnt totaled) it should have been perfect. Any time I would call to get an update, they would dodge questions or use the same excuse over and over. Like how all they needed to do now was paint it and yet, somehow, that took seven weeks! My car has a feature that allows me to see when the doors are locked/unlocked, car started, etc and it would be weeks at a time that it literally wasnt touched. If you are expecting a quick turn around or a quality job, this is not the place to go.

If there was a way to give negative stars, this establishment would get all 5s. They do not notify you about your vehicle, you have to inquire yourself. They actually put two new tires on my car, however they placed both tires on the same side which had my car careening to one side smh. My driver side mirror came back greyed out, i can barely see out of it. They never have definite time frames, and customer service is horrible.

I had a lot of problems with this place. My vehicle took double the quoted time as my car was mistaken as a total loss due to the mismanagement of paperwork. When I finally received my vehicle I found that it was not fully repaired to standard. They offered to fix the issue which resulted in additional waiting time and frustrations. I chose Dale Earnhardt based on an insurance recommendation and I could not be more disappointed with the over all service I received. They did not seem organized nor did they seem to pay attention to detail. I encourage others to take their business elsewhere.

I got an estimate to repair my car with them in the middle of September. After calling them over and over, they finally got me in to repair my car on Halloween. A 2 day job took 4 days. The paint job was terrible. They couldve replaced the whole bumper for $200, but decided it would be better to fix it for $500. Then when I complained to management, I was told that because my insurance company was not one of the big ones, my car didnt get priority and they showed no interest in making it right. Overall it is a poorly managed establishment and I urge you to steer clear.

I took my car in for an estimate and the quote was emailed to me a the insurance company that was going to pay for the repairs. The repair estimate was approved and I wait a week to find out why no one has called me to bring in my car. I call the dale Earnhardt Collison myself to find out about when to bro g my car in....to my surprise the young lady to,d me that they would not be able to get to my car until the first week of June and the date that I called was in May 18th. Never experience a company like the Dale Earnhardt...I have had two bad experiences now...the first was at their car service department for one thing and had to come out pocket for them causing my onstar lights to not work..when the light was on when I took my car in for service.They do not deserve one star from me......I would not recommend it anyone to take their car to them for anything......I am warning you now!

I was in a big rush to pick up my wife from work when I locked my keys in my car, I called a lock smith service and was about to pay almost 60 dollars when Jonny came by and unlocked it for free, it was fantastic!

They fixed up my Acura and it looks brand new. They also washed it inside and out so that was great, excellent service.

HORRIBLE customer service! the lady at the front desk doesnt take her job seriously. When you call they act like they are so busy they cant answer your questions and rush you off the phone! But once you go to the office they its only one or two people waiting in lobby. Do yourself a favor and save the headache go some place else!

Terrible! Hit a deer with my moms car. Took it here for repair. Took months to repair, had to return it for things that were done half-way and not at all. Kept it a month the second time and wouldnt deal with having the windshield repaired. Will never take anything here again.
