What a courteous crew. They looked at my car right away, took care of me, and scheduled for my tires to be installed. The day before I went to my car dealership for service and was informed that there was a waiting list of 500 people before me and it would be a month before I got a call, not the service, but a call. Today was completely different. Evan was not only knowledgeable, but he was also sensitive to making sure I was not over sold. What a refreshing experience today.

Excellent Customer Service from the front to the back. They were so amazing and kind and tried their best to think of every detail for my quote. They showed me were exactly my brake calipers are worn and I, of course, should not be driving on that! Thank you for your help, Mavis Tallahassee, Magnolia! You were far above and beyond.

Went there in person after calling and getting decent customer service over the phone but was very disappointed at the staff member who was receiving customers at the front desk. He barely looked at me in the the face or acknowledged I was there. He even was talking to someone in the parking lot without showing any urgency to return to his post as I walked by him headed toward the lobby. I had to come back out and ask around to people in the garage where the person receiving customers is because I waited for more than 5 minutes and he was still talking to a girl in her car. Also when I questioned charges on the estimate he gave me he seemed not to know what they were about or why they were there and couldnt give reasons they were on the bill.

Honest and friendly service! I was told a new tore was needed. They were honest that a patch was all I needed. So when new tires are needed I will be back to Mavis.

I have continued to use it for tires, brakes, struts, etc. because of the excellent customer service. And Mavis has the best prices and guarantees for all their work. They quickly perform the work. I have had many wonderful experiences at this Mavis Tire location! I recently had tire pressure issues due to the weather and they were so helpful in making sure I was taken care of. When they found out I had a nail/screw in my tire they patched it right up! Would highly recommend coming to see them!

About a month ago, I needed an immediate tire change. This location got me the best price on the tire I needed!Yesterday I went in to get the other 3 changed out and Morris and his staff were more than helpful and jovial during the entire process. MORRIS IS THE BOMB! I had a couple questions about my brakes squeaking and turns out I needed them changed out. This Mavis location is the best place in Tallahassee to get whatever you need done for your car! Thank y’all so much for your hospitality and patience in answering all of our questions! Tire busted today and I have sports rims! So I assumed that they would need to order it! They had the tire in stock and got me out the door way quicker than I expected! I left think I would have to wait till close. As soon I got to my office they were done! Great service AJ!

I bought my tires here last year, but have come in recently twice for other issues. First, was a brake light problem and the second was a screw in a tire. The staff handled both issues quickly, effectively and at low cost.

Staff was nice and explained what was wrong and what needed fixed right away. Professional service and worked past closing time to get my car fixed the same day.

Outstanding tire and auto shop. They really took care of me. I came in with a dead battery and low tire. The staff was very friendly, professionally, and had me in and out with a new battery and air in the tire in less than an hour. Their customer service is too notch. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! they’ll tell you one price on the phone (i confirmed with 2 different people) and when you come in they will add $100 out of nowhere! i scheduled an appointment and when i came in, they had no clue who i was because they didn’t put it in the system. i explained that i was quoted a different price and the guy tells me to “give him a second” and leaves for 30 minutes (with no one else in the building) and i look outside and my car is being worked on when i never agreed to get the tire at that price! i left feeling so frustrated and wishing i went to tires plus!

Went in for 4 new tires, my appointment was at 3:30 didn’t get out until approximately 7:30. My car started running funny and making noises, went back to mavis and was told the young man who was working on my vehicle was in a rush and put two too many weights on the tires causing it too scrub, but I don’t understand if I was sitting there that long, why did you “Rush”? They ended up taking off the extra weights and rebalanced my tires and said ok ma’am your vehicle is fixed. But it’s not, I’m taking it somewhere else because I’m convinced they messed up something in the process of “rushing “, because it is still making a weird sound and just not running smoothly as it was prior to going there. I’m not happy at all. We live and we learn but I’m definitely not going back! $700, waited 4 hrs only to be told sorry, the guy who was working on your car was in a rush.

Had a staple in my tire and tried to patch it myself using my car’s temp patch product. Turns out that was a mistake. Was able to bring my car into Mavis first thing and they cleaned out of the temp patch and professionally patched it. Service was quick and professional and I would absolutely go back!
