Visited this store recently for camera battery issues, and Emory was very helpful and very knowledgeable about his inventory, and we ended up buying a battery charger. He was working by himself, and was very efficient at helping each customer. Large inventory of any type of battery. Will always shop at this battery store

THIS IS A HEARTFELT THANK YOU REVIEW TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE NE CAPITAL CIRCLE LOCATION!LAST FRIDAY AT 8:00AM, I TRIED TO USE THE LOCATION CLOSEST TO MY HOUSE, BUT THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED AND WOULDNT BE ABLE TO HELP ME FOR ANOTHER HOUR, I COULDNT TURN MY CAR OFF..AND I NEEDED TO BE AT WORK ASAP.I CALLED THE NE CAP CIRCLE LOCATION AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND THAT I COULDNT SHUT MY CAR OFF BECAUSE MY BATTERY WAS JUST THAT BAD. THEY TOLD ME TO COME ON OVER AND THEY WOULD GET TO AS SOON AS I GOT THERE.WHEN I GOT THERE, THEY REMBERED MY NAME AND IMMEDIATELY WENT TO WORK GETTING ME A NEW BATTERY INSTALLED. I WAS THERE A TOTAL OF 15 MINUTES, WITH A NEW BATTERY, PAID AND OUT THE DOOR.I AM USUALLY NERVOUS ABOUT CAR STUFF BUT THESE GUYS MADE ME FEEL SO WELCOME, IMPORTANT, AND NO PUSH TO BUY MORE OR UPGRADE THE BATTERY I CHOOSE. Needed to replace the batteries in my car key fobs. Went in, handed then the fobs, they find the right batteries, changed the batteries and away I went. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for less than $20. Service was nice, polite and fast.

Great experience here again with my daughters Subaru. Battery was shot. Even though it was nearing closing time, they quickly checked and changed out the battery. The battery was still under the purchase warranty so it was not full price for the new replacement.

Battery Source sold us batteries (4) for one of our semi trucks. Within a year of the date at least 2 of the batteries started leaking. Over the phone (while the driver was thousands of miles away), the salesman seemed accommodating. However, when the driver gets to Tallahassee with a tractor trailer that wont fit in their parking lot... their customer service failed. I personally take the truck to the other location where Im told a price 30% higher for the prorated replacement.Key point here... if you sell and install batteries in a commercial vehicle such as a tractor trailer. Common sense tells you, your parking lot should accommodate such a vehicle or you be willing to install said batteries at the closes truck stop. In this case was less then 10 miles.What they dont realize is they definitely just lost at minimum $10,000 in future sales. Bad move!

I always have great service with these guys. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Battery pricing is pretty comparable to auto stores. My only concern is that my batteries (on multiple vehicles) usually only last about 1-2 years. They always offer a warranty replacement or pro-rated pricing on a new battery. Had my negative wires go bad one time (corroded) and they fixed it up with a new connector for free. It’s not difficult to switch out a battery but for how quick and hassle-free their replacement process is, it’s worth it for me.

This place has it all great kind considerate personal customer service.they look at each individuals needs not like its all about the money.its ran by two women you see that I say has got it all...the knowledge to do the job and the compassionate hearts for big and small.i first went there because my fantastic cousin was there and he is a great man(Wade D) although I was saddened he wasmt there I saw that he opened the door for a great team to sour .Im so proud of him and then its great to see parts play out in Gods plan.

Why cant you give NO stars?!Thats what this place deserves!BATTERY is in their name but they dont actually have the battery after you drive all the way there to buy a battery!Unbelievable. You gotta be kidding. All they do is batteries, but they dont have the friggin battery?!Ill never go to any battery source again.Bought an even better battery but lower-priced a few miles down the road at a parts store.

Worst customer service ever! A store employee told me over the phone they could build me custom batteries for some brand new hobby toys. Also it would take a day or two on turn around depending on how busy they were when I brought them in.So I load up everything and take it into the store only to find out that they cant help me. You see they dont sell connectors of any kind! Im told they can only rebuild batteries, not build custom new ones.Yes you read that right: a battery store that deals only in batteries does not sell any product that will connect a battery to its intended device. That is like a tire store not stocking lug nuts, crazy right.But the fact they dont sell connectors is not the issue no matter how insanely stupid that is. That someone who gets paid money for working at the store told me one thing on the phone that wasnt true at all in any way, and then I was basically told in the store hey its not our problem because its not what we do. That is the issue.At the end of the day my experience is the case study for why the internet is putting companies like Battery Source out of business. Youre better off buying what you need from Amazon or getting your car battery from the parts store than dealing with these clowns!

Mark is the Man for installing a new battery in my notoriously difficult Samsung 6s. I cannot recommend him and Battery Source enough.

Took a cart in for batteries. Had an issue with them, but Karl Glass stands behind his company and makes it right! Really good people. I wish more businesses operated like Karl runs his.

Do Not buy batteries from this place! The quality of their merchandise is garbage. I have never had so many problems out of a car battery in my life. The staff cant answer a simple question either. If I have the option to leave 0 stars, I would.

Have bought several batteries from the Battery Source over the past few years. All but one worked great and the service (installation, etc.) was excellent. When I brought the one battery in that was going dead in my truck too easily, they replaced it with no hassle. Great place to do business.

They have a battery for your car fob!! While I was waiting for car battery to be replaced, I had my car fob battery changed. I thought I had to do that at the dealership. 😂. Im happy one stop car battery stop!

I came in just pricing batteries and a guy by the name of Alan helped me out. Without pushing a bunch of things I didnt need, he told me the price out the door for what I would be needing. He then proceeded to tell me info about my current battery/terminals/etc. He never knocked other battery brands, other stores, or lied about the batteries that they had, he was honest with me and I respect that. I did not buy a battery that day ( I was pricing them), but I returned the next day with the idea of if that is how i was treated without buying one, then that is where I want to go. When I did come in, i told them everything Alan recommended to me, and I was in and out within 30 min with nothing but laughs all around. Good store. I will return here with all my battery needs.

Customer service A+. They met me at door and immediately took my heavy battery pack for my scooter. He quickly disassemble the pack, did a bit of cleaning in the pack, replaced the old batteries, reassembled it, and carried it to my car. I would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent customer service experience at this Battery Source. I actually brought in a battery for a kid’s scooter that was purchased somewhere else and I was having trouble with the wires. The gentleman from this store fixed it, added some clips, moved some stuff around and charged me NOTHING! When was the last time something like that happened to me…never. I offered to pay for the clips and his time and he just smiled and said it was his pleasure. I will future forward, do all my battery business here. Also note, they rebuild cordless drill batteries. I didn’t even know that could be done. Regardless, they made my day.

When the battery you buy leaks and destroys the floor boards to you car they only offer to refill the battery again. No apology for a battery that was leaking acid.

This store sold me an undated motorcycle battery an unknown amount of time ago within the last year. Their solution was I have to pay full price ($100 +) for a new battery. I have to pay full price because their employee didnt do his job? Really??? BEWARE!!!
