Hes amazing, he listens to and works his best at finding out what your vehicle needs are, and wont steer you wrong.I did have trouble navigating the steep ramp with my walker. Its a bit too steep to be safe.If Will wouldve been working when I went in, I wouldve bought another car because I trust him.He was not there, so I did not make a purchase.3 stars for the dealership, but 5 for Will.

Carl Waissi went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle that was just perfect for me without pressure. It was a stress-free process from beginning to end. All the questions I had, Carl could answer or was able to find someone who could very quickly. I love my new ride and the Werner Kia team is super helpful, accommodating and worked overtime to get me the best deal!

I went on to have my door handle repaired and an oil change. There was much confusion and the repair was not made.I was told that a part would be ordered and I would be contacted.3 weeks later, I have not heard back.I left a voicemail last week and did not receive a callback.This is not good customer service.I gave them two stars because the team was pleasant while I was onsite.

Came to Kia because I wanted to trade in my previous car. From the moment we arrived Mikel and Carl were prepared to greet us, umbrellas ready in the middle of the rain! Although this was quite the process both of them ensured that I was well taken care of. They made the everything feel like a breeze and even fun to be honest, that’s how great the hospitality was. I was shown and informed of all of my options, walked through all of the great features that came with my new car, my lease agreement and more. Everyone was well versed in what they knew and made sure I was comfortable with every decision I made instead rushing and pushing a sale on me like my experience with other car dealerships. They were far from that, I highly recommend this particular Kia dealership. I appreciate the whole staff and a special thanks again to Mikel and Carl.

Jeff was an amazing salesman! He was professional but also personable. He was knowledgable about the vehicles I was most interested in and helped me choose the one that suited me best. Carl helped provide me with numbers that worked for my budget, the finance department was informative about my options and Terrell, although with another customer at my arrival, made sure everything was set with my appointment and stuck around after closing to congratulate me on my purchase. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Werner Kia and I can definitely say I will be back!

They were more than helpful. I came from Georgia the other day and came to Werner Kia and they fulfilled my needs. I was being lied to in Georgia so I took a leap of faith and drove over 1.5 hours to see a car from Werner Kia and when I got here I was welcomed with open arms! My customer service person I dealt with, Mikel Ervin, was the Bomb.com. He was very personable and he knew how to talk to a customer. Mikel was very understanding of my situation and made it a point to help me and he did that exactly. He got me in a Chevy Cruz in no time and it was in my price range. I told them my price range and they didn’t try to go over it like the Dealerships in Valdosta did to me. Mikel was about his word and I definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family because I loved the experience. The atmosphere was amazing and I thank Mikel for being just a cool person in general, when we were on the test drive we talked and talked and I honestly forgot that it was a test drive. My husband, baby, brother in a I loaded up at 4:30 in the afternoon to go look at bigger vehicles. We we’re approached by Mikel, he asked us how we were doing and what brought us in. We told him we were looking for a bigger vehicle and him and his sales team made it happen!! 👏🏻 I had hands down some of the very best experience purchasing this vehicle from Mikel. They were absolutely amazing! I am the proud new owner of a 2019 Kia serento and couldn’t be any happier with it!

I’m sure if you’re buying a car from them, they treat you wonderfully. I know, I’ve heard their pitch. It’s great. But when it comes to service on a Kia car, not so great. I called after trying a couple of local shops to get my car worked on, to figure out at a very distinct rattling coming from the engine that happens when accelerating.They couldn’t get me in until a month out, fine, no problem.So I dropped my car off the night of September 1st. September 2nd, they have all day to inspect & diagnose. I receive a phone call that afternoon telling me the sound when driving is a Lysol can & scissors that I keep in the side console of my door. So my car can be picked up & it’s good to go!But don’t you think I would know my car after owning for over 6 years? I know when it’s driving differently, I recognize the MPG that has gone down, and I hear that sound DAILY.Even if it ends up not truly damaging, it’s concerning to hear. But no one can give me an answer. Not even the Kia dealership themselves. But their explanation is something on the inside, side of door?… I’m not sure if they thought I was that clueless to not check EVERYTHING before taking it somewhere to spend money to diagnose & fix it. This is the THIRD place I have taken it to find cause of the issue.So I ask them to try again and see if they can find something.Hours later, I call them back, hadn’t heard from them yet, only to hear, “technicians drove it & never heard anything concerning”Fine, I figured I would pick up and bring my car somewhere else, to someone who would take the time to figure out the issue.So not only did they not figure out the issue, I picked my car up with AN ADDITIONAL 48 MILES ON IT, as well as that lovely rattle still there when accelerating, and no answers.Attached are photos to even show the mileage difference. But yet, they weren’t able to hear anything..So, thank you Werner Kia. It’s been a pleasure.

Once you purchase your vehicle, the friendly, helpful facade melts away and you will be lucky to talk to anyone who wants to help you. The vehicle service dept. is an absolute nightmare to work with, if you are lucky to schedule an appointment which, by the way, you need to do two months in advance. Even if you are lucky enough to schedule an appointment, prepare to be there ALL DAY with the staff literally ignoring you if you have questions. Unbelievably rude, short tempered, impatient staff that looks like they are just tired of being short handed. Such a sad and awkward environment with bad vibes. I feel bad for the employees, honestly. Never bothering to call or attempt a visit here again. By the way, Ive been working with this location since 2015 (they had different, better owners back then) and it just keeps getting worse. 6 years I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stayed loyal but im done with these unprofessional interactions. Bye.

After viewing a vehicle on their website & on carfax advertised at $21,900 (including taxes +fees) we get to the table to negotiate and they say the cars price is $34,000! Finally got the price down to $23k which still was not the advertised price!They false advertise and tell you to read the very FINE PRINT on their website. Don’t waste your time.

Classic bait and switch. I showed up for a car that was listed for sale (cheap with no issues, full inspection), but when I get there they say its in the shop. Rotating managers seemed to come by and get us to look out at more expensive cars, dodging any other questions I had about the original car...Why would a vehicle listed as fully inspected and serviced be getting maintenance? They had no answers and no timeline. We eventually left when we kept getting offered vehicles 2x to 3x our price range. When telling them that wed rather put most of the money down and not finance for $400 a month, we were essentially called cheap. Maybe dont insult your customers intelligence and frugality if you want to keep their business.

Have bought many vehicles in my time but this was one of the most enjoyable experiences yet. Went to look at an advertisement for one vehicle and I was ask a few questions on my needs and how much I wanted in monthly payments. They actually put me in a newer and less mileage car than I was looking at. No typical sales games just down to earth honest car salesman.

I loved my time spent at Warner Kia. The environment was warm and friendly. Most of all, I enjoyed their client waiting area that have massage recliners chairs, nice comfortable seating, and free snacks and drinks. The staff are very friendly and the waiting period didnt take long. I enjoyed every moment. Loved it.

At first I gave them 5 stars. My experience was great with them in the beginning… however now to say the least I’m not to pleased. I’ve had a few issues with them. Sales department is great. Service department on the other hand needs some work. They have told me my tires were rotated. They weren’t. They gave me a “full car detail” to fix it. Car was still dirty. They did no more than the usual. Then at 60,000 miles you have a big service due. Go ahead and know it’s $1,000. They didn’t tell me before hand. Just called me to pay. They serviced transmission then. Which wasn’t due until 90,000 miles. So I was supposed to have a $120 credit on my account for that… to “split the difference “. Called this morning and no credit was on my account. Just know they will say what ever to make you happy and not follow through. I love my car from there but there’s other Kia dealers 😁 take note to make sure everything is DONE like it should be and don’t let this happen to you

I DO NOT recommend Werner Kia. My experience with them has been HORRIBLE. Customer service not good at all. April 2020 I brought a 2017 Kia Sorento from them. Barely made it to a year and turbocharge went out on the truck in June 2021. I done called so many times I done lose track they NEVER called me to give me update on my suv. They keep giving me different dates. They don’t want to give me loaner or rental. I’m still making my payments faithfully. I’m still calling to check on my vehicle because they are not calling me to update me. My SUV been there going on 4/5 months.

I want be going there no more : the sales advisor kept my car for a week, ordered wrong parts : then promise to make it right by a discount or oil change. I arrived to pick up my car and he didnt do any of the two plus had to wait and 2hours after he called to tell me it was ready for pick up!!! I think he his name is Michael(African American Male.) Kias are great cars. However, Werner Kia in recent times makes it very difficult to get service. There website says 100 percent customer satisfaction, this is an untruth. If you buy a car here, you may have to get needed service somewhere else. Waiting 3 weeks is too long. Before this management, Kia used to contact me for routine maintenance.

Bryan was a very great service writer! Very friendly, helpful, and got what we needed done at a reasonable amount of time, at a very reasonable price!The reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5 is not because of Bryan. It was because someone emailed us from there which was a very unprofessional email at that, from a domain extension that was not legit.With my professional training in writing, and in tech with a Web Development certificate, I could tell the email was unprofessional, and whoever wrote it knew a lot about technology.

WORST customer service EVER! They do not keep notes about your vehicle because majority of the staff is below standard in reading and writing so theyd rather talk and talk around the focus of the matter because they do not know how to write well. They cannot keep consistent staff, therefore they are always understaffed. They DO NOT communicate with customers adequately about ETA of repairs for your vehicle. My vehicle has been there for two months awaiting repair but technicians are quitting weekly. The manager sends other staff to talk with you and will not apologize or reconcile any conflicts of service. I have had the worst dealership service at Kia of Tallahassee ever since I moved here in 2017. I have previous one star google reviews about this place. I only come back because I drive a KIA! I think I will go to Ft. Walton Kia from now on versus Tallahassee. TRUST ME!!!! DO NOT COME HERE! Thank me later!

As a customer I was very disappointed in Werner Kia this morning. I called Werner Kia about a issue Im having with my vehicle yes. I was told by an associate with the issue Im having I could bring my vehicle in without as appointment. After working twelve hours (7p-7p) I headed straight there after setting up transportation from the dealership so i could leave my vehicle there. After arriving there I was told they would not be able to assess my vehicle until like a week later because they were so backed up. I tcold this associate I would not have wasted my time heading out there after working all night If I had not been told I could. Basically I was told a lie by the first associate I find that extremely unprofessional.

Im glad recordings & documenting works both ways.Even my social security number had to be corrected by finance company.With that being said guess I will be making contact with one of my good attorney friends or relatives. Had some warranty work done some months back, they didnt fix the issue. They taped my torn undercarriage shield onto my car instead of replacing it and replacing the bolt. That was nice to find at my next oil change. Ive also been calling and leaving messages to buy aftermarket roof racks, but here we are three weeks later, about ten voice-mails, no calls returned. Do yourself a favor and go through Werner Hyundai. The service there far exceeds Kia

Your service department really needs serious restructuring when it comes to time management, it takes unacceptable time to get something done at your location. I decided to give this review based on 2 experiences Ive had recently; it seems the sales department is in better shape but the service department is a whole different story. First I was advised a recall was made and I needed to bring the car in to fix it, my appointment was at 9am and the car was not done until 12noon. I would think if I you already know what is wrong and how to fix it, it would be an decent wait time depending on the issue, although I understand things may happen 3hrs was a little much and I clearly noticed the rush as it seemed you were understaffed; however, as it was my first time using your service, I patiently sat and waited but taking forever seems to be their specialty. Now its time for the first car service, I called to set up an appointment and the end of May is the next availability, which is very inconvenient for the customer; Ive had to wait 1, maybe 2 weeks to get previews cars in at others makes auto services but 2 months is absolutely unacceptable and now I am forced to take the car to be serviced somewhere else AND PAY because otherwise I MUST wait almost 2 more months to use the free service included when I bought the car; I guess you must make your service appointments for this location at least 3 months in advace...now I know for future reference. Very disappointing and unsatisfied customer at this point.

There is people every night out back of your business that blast music. It always starts around 8-8:30 and almost vibrates our walls at the apartments behind yall. Please talk to your employees.

I hate pushy sales but our experience was anything but. We made the decision to buy and weren’t pressured. Werner is a small dealership but everyone was professional and the service was exemplary. I had an amazing experience buying my first adult car. I took my 2013 Kia Soul in for an oil change and left in a brand new 2019 Kia Sorento. It is an understatement to say that I am IN LOVE with my new car. Alexander Castellanos is not only a great salesperson, but a great human in general. He made the process very comfortable and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I honestly dont think I wouldve made the jump to buying a new car if it werent for Alexs help and guidance along the way. He was able to help me find a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget! Overall, I had a great car buying experience. This was my second time buying a vehicle from Kia and my expectations were not only met, but completely surpassed with the level of amazing customer service I received. Barely wanted to speak to us because we were looking for a second hand car. The manager was extremely dismissive and rude because I thought a car was over priced due to the electrical on the entire left side not working. My family and I will never return.

Really pleased with our buying experience. 3 other Kia dealers told us we had to buy their protection plan, but not Werner. Paperwork was slow but there were people in line ahead of us.

I had a bad experience here when I made my last purchase, but this was before Werner owned this location.
