The staff were knowledgeable and professional. They were honest about the products and services. They also gave recommendations about the limitations of their products.
DO NOT BRING VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE. I brought my 2007 Honda Ridgeline in on 1/31/2021 for a simple tire balance. As shown in the photos, they did not lift the vehicle by the reinforced jack points near the wheels, but by the pinch weld under the body of the truck. I did not want to make a big deal out of cosmetic damage to the truck, so I nicely mentioned it to the staff on duty and requested that they use the correct lift points in the future. The lady that did the work on my truck became belligerent, and insisted that she lifted the vehicle “according to Walmart policy.” Since it appears that Walmart policy includes damaging my vehicle, I will not be returning, even though I paid for a lifetime rotate and balance.
Horrible service, took 15 min just to be acknowledged then laughed at when i couldnt afford the only tire they said they had in stock for my vehicle. Will never use this service again.
Took a few just to get checked in. But got my car done pretty quickly. They didnt reset my oil life. They use too.
1st time using WalMart Auto.Very impressed. Takes great care. Will be first on my auto repair provider.100 percent.
Come here if you want to google what type of oil change your car needs. Come here if you want to be asked “we’ll do you want the oil change” for asking what is the difference between a regular oil change and a synthetic oil change. Come here if your ok with rudeness, unprofessional and un-knowledgeable employees working on your car. I have come to find it is better to leave your car at a dealership then to deal with uneducated Walmart employees. I wish I could give Zero stars
If I could give zero stars I would. Though some of the associates were slightly helpful the entire locking my keys in my truck situation was a deal breaker for me ever going back there again.
Blowout on the highway; got me rolling again in thirty minutes. Hands down awesome folks
You would think if the auto department is open at 9 o’clock there would be people there by 9:15. Just like all the other reviews for the auto Center this one is on par
I drove 30 minutes as our town doesnt have a Walmart. Website said automotive was open and when I called they said best time was around 10am. So now I sitting in my car until noon when they actually open. Yet, they have 5 employees standing around laughing or on their phones. The service better by out of this world at noon.
The auto service was totally unprofessional. When I came I asked for mobile1 oil, then when I was going to pay the bill, I figured they put Pennzoil brand. I asked the manager to drain the oil and put mobile1 and it took them more than two hours.
I waited on hold for 30 min just to see if they had my tire size in stock! I will find Someone who actually wants by business.
A little slow today but still didnt take but a little time to get it done at cheapest price...
Friendly staff and fairly quick service
Great service
Fast Friendly Associates, quick service
I found my tire pressure warning light on, I just pump up the tire several days ago, so I thought there maybe a nail or something stick in my tire, but the staff of Walmart Auto care centers used an equipment to check my tire and she said your tire pressure sensors are in a low battery, you need to change two new sensors. OK then I changed two of my front tires, it spent me more than 50 dollars. But the tire pressure warning light is still on!I found another Auto repairing company, they checked my tires and took out a nail from my right back tire and fixed it! Walmart just changed two good tire pressure sensors from my car and didn’t fix any problem!!!!
I would post 5 stars due to quick excellent service but they messed it all up when they broke my studs off my car and pinned it on me stating it was broken upon arrival when the receipt clearly states it was the mechanic that broke it. Then they say I was informed when I wasn’t. I had to confront them about it. Manager couldn’t let me finish but at least the mechanic admitted to it but no results/actions were taken. Definitely not coming here anymore
The customer service is awesome. But they really need to hire more people in the auto center. It shouldnt take three and a half hours for an oil change and to plug a tire. Theres no waiting area to speak of for someone who has to wait that long. The four seats that are there were already taken so I had to sit on the ground outside because theres nowhere to sit. Thank goodness it wasnt raining or very cold because theres no owning to stand under outside either. (Excuse me Walmart, you have a garden center. Why dont you system use a couple benches and a outside canopy, to make it comfortable for your customers that have to wait outside when the inside is full.?) They let you pay for things in the auto center which is fine, but when you take your buggies outside theres nowhere to return them so people just leave them laying in the parking lot next to their cars. Sometimes its hard to get out of the parking spaces without scratching your car on a buggy. For being so short staffed all of the employees were very kind and friendly. But you can tell its a little stressful when they have a waiting area full of people that are irritated because theyre waiting so long. If they dont have enough people to get them out quickly why dont they hire more staff? Or at least make the waiting a pleasant experience. Not everybody likes to wander around Walmart for 3 hours waiting for their car to get their oil change. Some people may not have someone to come pick them up and bring them back when their car is finished . so we have no choice but to wait until its finished.
Was denied service because my front tires were not the same size as my back tires. That’s how the car is set up. Do better Walmart. Y’all need to close down
Everyone is very helpful and kind and went out of their way. Such a friendly staff and will definitely be coming back for future needs!
Rude clerks who really had no idea of what services they offered.
I have been to these guys for tires and oil changes since I have lived in Tally. Ive got to say they really are a polite and helpful staff, from being greeted at my car, to the counter. I have even dealt with some situations where the manager was able to take care of a problem that arose from a prior visit with a separate Wal-Mart ( which will remain unnamed, but I only went there because I was out of state and had to go somewhere close at the time). I continue to come back because they take care of my car in a timely manner and do the job right every time Im here. Just have some patients when you come in because they are a busy crew.
Had the opportunity of working with Cerrone Rollins in the tire center to replace my tire. My tire had a nail in and was extremely hard to get off. With much patience, after several tries, he was able to get it off. The customer service he provided throughout my transaction will guarantee I will go to Walmart for all of my auto needs. Thanks Walmart for employing such a great employee!
I will say that the gentleman named Phillip(?) was very helpful jumping my car and I got into line to have my oil changed and the battery checked. When I was never called to tell my my car was ready, I finally called and was told it was done an hour prior. I asked if the battery had been checked and was told it wasn’t written down to but that they would. When I arrived this exact thing happened again. I saw the man leave with some things to check the battery but I know now that he NEVER checked it. When my car died the next day- I had to have someone get the car- at their shop they discovered that in a Mini Cooper the battery is in the trunk (they had to move a lot of items bcz I didn’t know) and the battery was sitting in two inches of water. CLEARLY IT WAS NEVER CHECKED AT WALMART as I was told TWICE that it was. Thanks for the lies and the headache Walmart.
Brought my car for an oil change and change one of tires, and it took them 45 minutes just to get my information. After 1 hour told me its done just to find out they didnt change the tire. I guess someone forgot to do it and I had to wait for another 30 minutes.
Had to call 3 times until somebody answered. When they finally did I asked for a quote on a tire including installation and tax, and was told $68. When I came up there the lady who took the tire gave me a new quote of $70. I was a little irritated but they already had me in the door so I said okay its only $2. Keep in mind I explicitly asked her if that price included installation and tax. She said it did, but I was never given a written estimate only a UPC which I was told they would scan when it was done. When the tire was ready I had to wait at the counter inside for several minutes waiting for a cashier. When they scanned the UPC it rang up as $76 . I went outside and found the woman who had quoted me 70 and asked her why it was now 76 and she told me that was the price after tax. I told them I refused to pay anything more then what I was quoted originally, and they told me I had to pay. What they did not realize is I am a contract law student, I never signed anything saying I agree to pay 76 dollars for these goods and services, and I do not have to pay a different price than I was quoted. I demanded they take the tire off the rim right there or I would call the police and have them explain politely why they had to do that. They took it off after a little fuss, and I took it to a local tire store and got a new tire installed for 72 instead. And I highly suspect they will try to resell that tire to somebody else as a new tire despite having already installed and removed it from another customers rim
They worked as fast as they could trying to make sure they did everything perfect for the customer..
The tires are cheaper. They gave us a bad tire and then we came back 4 times to try to get it fixed. They told us it was the alignment and kept sending us away. We had it re-balanced with them and FINALLY got someone to change the friggin tire! We spent 8 hours there trying to get it sorted and then they tried to charge us tax for the tire they had to replace!
Tried unsuccessfully to get a set of 4 tires for two weeks! They either had three, one or none. The computer would say they had them in stock but when the employees would check it wouldnt be in stock definitely not four tires! I will never return to Wal-Mart for tires again❗😠 If I could give them a negative star -🌟 rating I would❗😉
Waited 3 hours for an oil change, the workers are slow and not considerate of customers. So much I want to say but I’m just gonna leave it at that . Literally will pull your car in as if they are going to work on it but DON’T, just have you waiting long periods of time .
Sign says they open at 7 ive been here 2 days in a row waiting to at least 10 to 15 mins after 7. and no one comes out or nothing. Might as well go to 730 if thats how they goin to operate...
They move like molasses are stuck in their butt!! My car was sitting for an entire hour before it was even being lifted in air! The managers all were walking around laughing and goofing off! I was forgot about that Im beyond frustrated with this place! It wasnt so bad the last time I was here!
They have been changing my oil for three years now. I believe they are much better than the poor review handed to them by A person from a year ago.
There are more than 6 cars waiting to receive services but there are only two employees. It seems Walmart is trying to save money and dont care about customers time at all! So disappointing
Walmart service centers and employees are totaly useless. It takes forever to even get them to answer the phone. Nobody is that busy. It also takes them forever to do the job and then they screw it up.
Multiple cars waiting for oil service and 3 service tech standing on wall surfing phone instead of helping out. 5 cars for oil service over 1.5 hrs. No wonder people hate walmart
They are unorganized and have a bad work ethic, it took them 15 mins to check to see if they had my tires in stock which they hung up on me before they told me, I tried calling back and the call wouldnt go through, I drove up there and they said they didnt have the tires, so I drove on the interstate to thomasville Wal-Mart where they had the tires and they asked me at thomasville Wal-Mart how I made it there with broken belts on my tires? I told them that the other Wal-Mart said it was safe to ride on the get there, which it wasnt the employees at tennessee Wal-Mart have horrible work ethic and they look hungover and cant pronounce words properly, the manager is a joke as well. Thanks manager for not resolving an solution to the issue, you may have a court date coming up for negligence.
I ordered tires they said they had in stock... after they took my money out of my account they sent me an email saying that my order was delayed 2 weeks..... POS
I was in need of a tie really bad so I went to Walmart Auto Center which was good they put a tie on for me the right size and everything else was ago
Way cheaper for new tires.
Good but long wait
They worked hard even after not having power because of hurricane Michael.
Low price but they wont call u when the tires are done
They had gotten oil and grease on my seats in my SUV never go here!!!!!!
Three hours of waiting for tires Ballance
Slowwwww
