Was ordering floor mats online. When checking out noticed price increased from what I expected... Removed item from cart and went back to item and noticed increase in price. Since it was still cheaper than other sites, decided to go ahead and purchase anyway..A few days later get an email that cost was incorrect on website and they have to increase my invoice again.How can they increase my cost without my approval/ authorization? And after I already checked out. Not paying more than what I already agreed on. What the heck??? cancelled my order. Not going to deal with crooks trying to get more money.

They advertise parts that are no longer for available! They dont update their inventory so you order something get no updates and then you have to contact them only figure out that they dont have the part. If I could give 0 stars I would. How hard is it to keep your website up to date these days.

I ordered a door latch for a 2010 endeavor (pretty sure I ordered front and the website said front) I received a rear door latch and I opened the package when I noticed I got the wrong one I started a return sent it back paid shipping I receive an email after 2 weeks saying they won’t refund my money because the part is not in it’s original packaging (which it was) if I could give zero stars I would this place ain’t nothin but some crooks. Can’t wait for them to get laid off because they have no more business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!I placed an order for 2 head gaskets and transfer case seal kit for my 3000gt vr4. Their site indicate both in stock. I received an email the next day that the seal kit was no longer available. I then decided to cancel the whole order within that hour I received the email because I did not want to order just the seal kit from another site and pay another shipping cost. These crooks charged me an 15% restocking fee even the order hasnt been shipped.BUSINESS RUN BY CROOKS WILL NOT LAST!!!

I highly recommend!! I ordered a roof rack for my wifes outlander as a birthday present, and Larry called me to tell me I had ordered the wrong part for my model outlander. He corrected the order at no additional charge to me. I was highly impressed at the professionalism I received from Larry. My wife is so happy.

Bought a part that was CONFIRMED by their site to fit my vehicle model and year. Received a WRONG part in a week. Called sales and spoke to the manager, they told me theres a mistake on their site and I have to ship the part they sent to them AT MY EXPENSE.Preparing a complaint for attorney general for the misleading adds, false advertising, malpractices and scam.

Could not get a straight answer from other vendors during this Co-vid19 Crises. My part arrived a day early. Package was larger, shipping very reasonable and great price. They are on there game.

DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I bought a roof rack and they sent me the wrong one. Then I had to find a new box, box up the incorrect parts, and mail it back to them. Instead of a full refund they only refunded the cost of the parts, not the $28 shipping. Larry seemed nice on the phone but would never respond to my emails or calls about the refund, and then having the $28 shipping refunded. It was completely their mistake and I wasted an hour or so repackaging and mailing the incorrect parts back!!!!!

I was impressed at how fast I received my parts during the COVID-19 shut down. I will be buying more parts.

I agree with the other review. Checked the website for fitment by entering year, make, model, and even Vin number! Pretty failproof, right? Wrong!The part didnt fit and they wouldnt cover any shipping costs. Only refunded the before-tax amount for the part. So due to their fitment tool failure, Im out $50 of shipping costs. Dont risk ordering from this place online!
