Manager was rude and didnt acknowledge I was there until I spoke I was the only customer there and he was checking in inventory and it took a few minutes for anyone else to acknowledge. I worked at hurricane batteries years ago and we checked to make sure your vehicle was charging so we would have a better understanding of it needed a battery but this manager got almost rude telling me they didnt do that period.... I hope Kevin Glass Sees how unprofessional this store is being run..

I went to this location this morning. Both cashiers were very rude, no customer service what so ever. They was no welcome to the store or how can I help. No nothing. After making my purchase the guy just walked away from the register, didnt give me my receipt, just walked away. So I had to ask the other guy. Since he walked away do I reach around the register to get my own receipt. Overall just a very unprofessional rude group of guys working there. I will not shop there again and will definitely spread word to my friends and family. Wish I couldve gave no stars.

Had our entire front end replaced on our golf cart, got it home the front end completely collapsed in our front yard While taking it off the trailer. Called the next morning, took it back first thing, never even received a phone call back.Finally called late in the day and was told that it was a stripped nut that had gotten put back on the front end, but no one ever gave us the courtesy of a phone call to let us know it was done, no follow up, nor apology, for the outcome (or our inconvenience!) after an $800 + repair.The assistant manager was very nonchalant, seemed like he couldn’t care less about our experience or our inconvenience.

Best place for a battery in town with competitive prices. I got a new battery there the other day, they tested, suggested., removed, and replaced my truck battery all within less than fifteen minutes! Dont waste time with these other places that dont specialize in batteries...go here first, youll be glad you did!

Had everything I was looking for and if it wasnt in stock they ordered it in.

They didnt know how to take my battery apart to replace for my mower. After they removed every screw they were able to put in battery. Had to charge it overnight and went to put it in the mower today and they didnt assemble it correctly so now my mower doesnt work. Closed on Sunday...so I cant take it back to have them try to fix it. I dont recommend this location for anything more than car fob batteries..

Good luck if you need an AGM battery. Buy elsewhere if needing it soon. Slow warehouse and vendors. If you want local at a snails pace but kind at the counter, shop here. Theyll do it all up to the terminals, cables and onwards is up to you.

Just got a replacement battery for my girlfriends HRV. Theyre fast, friendly, and incredibly cheap compared to other locations (Firestone, Advance Auto, etc.), and they have an amazing warranty to boot. I encourage others to visit them as well for battery needs.

If you need a battery, this is the place to go. They have a wide range of batteries including the ones for your key fob.

The new manager Peter has always done me right when it comes to service and pricing. I wouldnt buy my batteries anywhere else!

Best place in Tallahassee to get batteries. They have excellent customer service and they are very fast and friendly. My best experience when I went to Battery Source is when Nicole help me get a lawn mower battery, and she was very helpful in telling me the different batteries I could choose from and the cheapest one I could get, she was very friendly polite and fast. I will most definitely be going back to The Battery Source on Apalachee Parkway.!!

Last week the battery I had installed in 2017 died mysteriously? In a panic I run over to the Apalachee Parkway Location frantically looking for my receipt in the car and could not find it? But thankfully when I went in the Young Lady looked it up and saw I had purchased it slightly over a year ago so she knew the warranty still covered it. So yes, the battery should have lasted longer? But the response and quick install, made a potential bad situation turn into a positive situation and they DID Apologize!!!! Sadly I didnt record the young ladies name that assisted me on 12/27/2018 But I promised her I would leave a good review on Google. Plus on the original install I was impressed with the price, quickness in the install and the overall friendly service I received, so I recommend this store whenever you have a battery issue! It was certainly a better price than what KIA would have charged! So send them your business!!!!

Excellent and friendly staff. They will replace almost any type of battery including keyless remotes and cordless drill. The car batteries are only so so as regards longevity but they have a good replacement policy.

Ive been coming here for years now - they have every possible battery source. 18v, 19.2v? Yep - and they rebuild your spent Li-Ion battery for much less than new ones.Came to buy an auxilliary 12V battery for my 2007 Prius. The price was about 10% higher than online, BUT installation is part of the deal. (course, I watched a couple of YouTube videos and figured I could change it myself...).Do yourself a favor - let them change it. Just jump start your car and come on over. Theyll handle it.Excellent service - friendly/attentive. Good warranty (84 months).

I payed over $200.00 per Battery and I needed (4). Less than a year later the batteries are junk. I took them to the store and they tried to charge them to no avail. The manager told me these batteries usally last 5 years. Then he tried to sell me 4 more batteries for a discout of over $100.00 per battery. Save your money do not buy from this store. Go to a store that believes in good quality products. This store will rip you off and take your money and give you junk.

I have a polaris EV with 8 12 volt batteries. I had the unit for 4 1/2 years and need new batteries. I never had any problems with the original factory one. I spent around 1800 on new batteries that have lasted about one year. I complained to guy in the shop and he told me it was my fault for not keeping them tight. I told him that was BS and that they gave me lock washers to put on them when I bought them. He explained to me that you should not do that and who told me that. I said that guy right there and point to him. They would not give me any refund. I have canned those junk battery source batteries and bought Trojan from a place in Tomasville called TNT. I heard Bellamys in Crawfordville carries them too. In my opinion they sell junk generic batteries for top dollar. You are better off going to another place or auto parts store and buying a name brand in my opinion. They charge way to much for inferior products also in my opinion.
