From 4 to 5 stars as of my last two visits. Changed a battery in a Porsche Cayenne for $120. Dealer wanted $250. Exotic car repairs ... No problem.

In a dire emergency I called Seminole Auto Repair thinking they may possibly have a wrecker/towing service. Although they do not offer towing, the person answering the phone was extremely helpful and polite. After hearing my story of woe, they made recommendations as who to call and invited me to the shop the next time I was in need of automobile mechanical help. You can be sure I will call them again.

Got the truck in and out quickly. Price seemed fair for the work. The repair was done well.

They returned my call the same day. An appointment was made the following day. The technician arrived during the time slot and fixed the crack on my windshield within 10 mins. The tech was extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Small shop usually just the owner-Igor and the mechanic but they are great! Honest about what actually needs to be fixed now, what is beginning to show its age and will be needed in the future, and they have always diagnosed my problems right the first time. Not always the fastest turn around because they are a small business but I would rather have it fixed right the first time than just having it fixed as fast as possible.

I have used Seminole Auto Repair for the past 10 years and not only have they saved me money, but they are trustworthy which is so hard to find in mechanics.

Another happy customer here. Got an oil change by appointment. They started on time and it was done in 30 minutes. The best part was they didnt try to sell me anything extra, which is what I hate about all those other oil change places. The price was fantastic too. I am definitely making this my new auto repair shop.

We love this place! We have taken our cars here for both maintenance and repairs for a few years now, and have always left feeling good about this shop. My wife usually has to bring our young children with her, and they are always very understanding and try to get her out the door as soon as possible. This is a locally owned shop and the owner puts a strong focus on customer service.

Great service and very friendly folks. My only issue was that I found cheaper service after the fact. Youll pay a little extra for the quality service they give you. I was getting 90k mile service and my understanding of what all was involved may or may not have had an impression of the cost. Either way, I cant say anything negative about these folks.

I couldnt recommend Seminole Auto more. Every time I bring my vehicle here the guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. Being a woman its sometimes daunting to take your car to a mechanic but here I know Ill always be treated fairly. Wow! I love these guys! I had a problem with my ever-faithful Toyota Tacoma. I took it to fives places looking for some sort of consistency in diagnosing a problem. When I finally found two repair places to diagnose the problem with a single cause I went with their suggested repair - not at Seminole. However, the problem still persisted (after a $750 useless repair). I finally made my way to Seminole Auto Repair and within 3 minutes they hit on what no one else could diagnose. They did the repair in one day and the estimate was exactly what I paid. Again, I love these pros! They now have my business for every maintenance and repair. Double thumbs up!

Definitely an awful experience I have ever had. I took my car there to fix the coolant leaking for the upper radiator hose. They suggested to replace both lower and upper as a pair even though the lower one has no problem at all! I didnt think too much and consent this. This not only double the pay but also bring me the endless troubles. As everyone knows its not very tough job to replace the hoses, but the technician couldnt even handle this! After this fix I have to go back there for three times to solve the leaking. The first time, I was told its a bubble in the coolant tank which made the coolant drop down. And they just simply refilled the coolant. After a few days, I had to go back again for the same issue! Then they told me it is not their fault, there must be leaking elsewhere, and I was quoted to pay 80+ bucks to do a further inspection. I asked the technician to check it by vision since I already saw where the leaking is! Then he found it was because he didnt tighten the clamps well! And he found an excuse that this is common and happened sometimes! Really? I doubt. But this is still not enough to call his awareness, he said his schedule was full and I have to wait if I want the do an inspection! Who bring me this problem! I sacrificed so many time because their carelessness and I was told they had no time to deal with this!Whats worse! The problem got never fixed! It keeps leaking. The problem was never treated carefully. I call the manager or the boss, anyway they are the same person. (There are only two guys here) I asked a refund and decide to fix my car in another auto shop. The manager said if I get an second opinion from another auto shop that showing the problem is related to them. They will refund me. Ok! Now I have to pay the extra fee to get an evaluation. But when I brought him the report he didnt even want to see it and refuse to refund me! The poor experience really makes me exhausted and I dont want to argue with him anymore! Im writing this here to avoid anyone else like me to be fooled.

I really like coming to Seminole Auto. Even just the second time I came in, he remembered what we had chatted about the first time I was in. I have full trust in their recommendations about my car. They never try to force higher priced products (like, for example, some oil change places do). Their schedule can be a little flexible, depending how busy they are - call and make an appointment if you need something done at a specific time, particularly in the mornings.

I have used them to service my Chevy Avalanche with 150k miles. Always pleasant, fair pricing and quality work! They actually appreciate their customers.

One of the reasons I took my Land Rover here was due to their proximity to my neighborhood, Southwood. I had what I thought was a radiator leak and was limited in how far I could drive. When I read the reviews, I was like amazing is a pretty high standard for auto repair. After dealing with Seminole Auto...I totally agree...AMAZING! Honesty, affordability, friendly...they talk to you not only about your cars problem but about your needs as well.Just had them also work on my Ford Excursion. They found the root of an issue i had been having for a couple of months and had it fixed in a day (when i really needed it back). Plan on me being back! Cant sau enough good things about these guys.

I cant say enough good things about this shop. Everyone in Southwood (and anywhere else in Tally), THESE are the mechanics youve been looking for! I brought them my Subaru WRX because it wasnt handling right, even after several trips to other shops. These folks diagnosed and corrected the problem immediately. Lacks professionalism. Showed up at 8am (when I scheduled my appointment) although the door signage says they open at 7:30am. The building was locked, lights were off, no staff. When youre having car problems and happy that your vehicle even made it to the repair shop, and then for the business to be closed when you show up for your scheduled appointment is very, very frustrating. Terrible sign of a business if the claim to open at 7:30am and no one shows up until 9am. Not worth having my business. Went to pep boys.

Yes, lacks professionalism again!!!The other day I dropped off my Honda Pilot at the shop because the CEL and VSA lights came up. And the guy told me to replace the Camshaft Soleniod Adjust and the timing belt (which costs $1,300+). I told them not to do that because I know I have replaced the timing belt a year ago at Honda dealer. So I paid the diagnostic fee - $88 plus tax, and drove my car back home with the CEL flashing.When I got home and popped up the engine cover, and found out they forgot to put one of spark plugs back, which is totally unacceptable, I cant believe how this auto repair professional can forget such important procedure to put everything back to the original positions. I even drove nearly 10 miles with that spark plug unplugged.BTW, after doing some research, I spent only $12 to replace the oil pressure switch and my car is now running as normal. Please do not send your cars to the shop, you will be charged ridiculously huge amount of money for some small problems.
