Tremendous service! Despite buying my car from a different dealership, Werner Hyundai is my local dealership while I’m here for school. I needed to get my 21 Hyundai Sonata new washer fluid and blades. My car service rep, Nick, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful - literally answered all of my questions and then some. Also, while I was waiting for my car to get some new washer fluid and blades, a sales rep, Tyler, helped me as well. He Helped me with seeing if I can trade my car, and gave me a great conversation that literally helped pass the time while I wait. Again: tremendous service!
The Mather family is pretty well battle tested at Werner Hyundai! This is our second new vehicle purchase within the year. In my previous 30 years of new car purchases, I had always gravitated to the Ford /Lincoln brand and was always satisfied, for the most part, with my vehicles. When we moved to Talahassee, FL, we became somewhat disenchanted with the local Ford dealership, when it came to service. We had always purchased an extended warranty to cover repair costs, but it seemed to take forever to have repairs completed. The Hyundai warranty program is incredible vs Ford. Feature for feature, Hyundai represents an incredible value. Style, functional design and features are truly an eyeopener! Our Hyundai vehicles are comprised of a Palisade and a Santa Cruz, both world class vehicles that are THOUSANDS LESS than the Expedition / Explorer and the Bronco. The sales staff at Werner, are knowledgeable and caring. In addition, we have been very impressed with the service department, including the service writers. We are very happy so far with the Werner experience!
Bought my Hyundai Santa Fe from them, and I got a pretty decent price for it. They were willing to negotiate, unlike other SUV sellers in the area. They fixed what needed to be fixed, and documented it. Just brought it in the first of 6 warranty maintenance checks. It took 1.5 hours, but he told me that up front, so I got lunch next door. Everything got done, and the service agent Nick was very professional and courteous.
As someone who works in Customer Service, Its always nice to be on the receiving end. We received a recall notice on one of our work vehicles. Nicholas in service was able to help us get worked in quickly, with minimal loss of use of the vehicle. Service tech was great, actually service department does a good job. Although sales team needs improvement especially after the sale. No one calls you back. You leave message after message. Soon few days turns into few months. And still no word.

So I brought my tucson in for my first oil change it was very quick and nice my advisor was very helpful and nice and well mannered I highly recommend hyundai and mr nick Emerson.
I have a 2011 hyundai tuscon and I got an oil change last Monday. The oil that the dealership chose was conventional oil, which I did not know at the time. My car gets a synthetic oil or a synthetic blend. As I’m driving around town throughout the week I notice a slight humming/buzzing sound coming from my engine. I wasn’t sure if I should be concerned or not and besides that, my car was riding smoothly. Saturday comes around and I make a trip to Orlando, FL for the weekend, which was my sole purpose of getting the oil change in the first place. Just as I’m about to get on the highway to come back to Tallahasse, my low oil pressure light comes on. This was a surprise to me as my car was fine just a week ago. I looked up the effects of using the incorrect oil during an oil change and to my disappointment, the top two answers were an oil leak and weird noises coming from my engine. While I was in Orlando, I went to another Hyundai dealership where they inspected my car and told me a few interesting things.1. Hyundais don’t work well with conventional oil. They work best with synthetic oil or a synthetic blend and I should have never received conventional oil. My service advisor said that conventional oil is cheaper but it is not more effective long term than synthetic or a synthetic blend.2. I have an open recall on my engine that Werner Hyundai failed to inform me about during my visit just last Monday.3. I did not receive a breakdown of the nine point inspection that they claim they completed. My service advisor told me that it was unusual for me to not get that breakdown, as well as my friends who go to their car dealerships for service work.4. I have a new found oil leak. I find it very hard to believe that my car had an oil leak before my oil change and that Werner Hyundai just failed to inform me. If that was the case, the person who worked on my car should be held accountable to the damages to my car due to their own neglect. If my oil leak occurred after the oil change, then I can’t help but to believe that it is due to the incompatible oil that was mistakenly used during my oil change.Regardless of when the oil leak took place, there was clear negligence in this case and someone needs to be held accountable. My car is still in Orlando, FL being worked on because I was advised not to get on the road with my low oil pressure light on due to the chance of my engine seizing up on me. I am a college student and I went to great lengths to get a rental car just to come back to Tallahassee for my classes. This is nothing less than unacceptable and I will be getting answers.
My husband and I recently purchased a new car from Werner Hyundai. We were initially impressed with how modern and clean the building is but the staff, especially our salesperson Dave, were what ultimately won our business. The car we were looking at is in high demand but Dave and the sales manager worked with us so we were able to purchase the exact model we wanted for a great price. Couldnt recommended Werner Hyundai or Dave more!

Made an 8am appointment weeks ago for a recall notice I received. Was informed that it would take 15-20min. I know that things do not go as scheduled and planned for 90 mins. However, after 2 hours I was told my car had not even began to be inspected. Very frustrating as most people are taking off work to facilitate getting things done.

By Thursday afternoon (last week) he had delivered my new car to me in Georgia. Michael was fantastic and so easy to deal with. Called their chat. They refused to answer a question, instead repeatedly asking for my contact information. I bought a car from them years ago. The y concealed the fact that the car had been totaled and had a “salvage” title. Dishonest, rude, pushy, and overpriced. Stay away.
We just had out oil change at the dealership for our Hyundai Elantra. Even though my wife told them not to put too much air in the tires they went and inflated ALL 4 TIRES to 40 psi. These tires are rated for 33 psi. They should be much more careful for these things.
The Werner Way seems to be a typical run of the mill car sales addition. No follow up, no communication for a couple small issues after the sale. Not what was expected buying a luxury auto.Edit: Please tell my why Tyler our salesman is not getting back to us on the issues we are having? I understand he was out with an injury, but this needed to be delegated and handled. We have reached out to him numerous times and he has yet to give us a solution to any of our concerns. He promises to get back and never does.
Michael was amazing and fast to help me get a great new 2021 sonata. I have never found it easier to get an upgrade to a better car than now. If your looking for great deals and an awesome dealership with a good selection ask for Michael and you wont be disappointed!

We were SO pleased with our experience at Werner Hyundai. Our sales associate, Tay, was AMAZING. She was no-pressure, knowledgeable, supportive, and a great listener. We knew she would help us navigate the process. Her manager, Mike P, was also awesome. We loved working with Tay and Mike and are thankful for their dedication to making sure we got the car we wanted under clear terms that we were comfortable with. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was Marian, the finance person. She was pushy and told lengthy stories about her family members, at the end of a VERY LONG DAY (we were there for 5 hours). We really wanted to get home and finish the process and she drug it out in a way that made us both uncomfortable and frustrated. She was also pushy with the additional coverages. We declined many of them and she was extremely judgmental about it. When youre putting $40,000 on the line, you would hope that everyone involved would be NICE and thankful for your business. I would recommend Werner Hyundai to my friends, but it would come with a BIG caution about working with Marian at the end of the process.

Great location. I was in and out. I think Christine helped me in services and she was very nice and accommodating even though I did not have an appointment. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly. They greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything even while I was heading to sit down to wait for my service. This is how services should be especially the fact that I was already stressed out about my car.

My experience at Hyundai was with a friend (helping her find a new car after the last one was totaled), when salesman J, approached us.The dealership was shutting down, J saw us checking out the used cars, came over real polite, introduced himself, answered questions, very knowledgeable and patient.J took us on a test drive in a SEL trim Sonata with the convenience pack and explained all the features and even demonstrated a couple nice ones that had us laughing at the end.If you go to this dealership, ask for J, young brother with braids, knowledgeable and friendly with no hard sale tactics!

Website post prices low and then dealer charges outrageous refurbishing fees. Although the salesman was great, the finance office was difficult to get a hold of. We ultimately purchased the vehicle, however a month later tags are about to expire and DMV states we need to contact the dealer as they have no paperwork. We have left messages while other times we got voicemail is full. I called again 2 days ago, asked not to be transferred, spoke with office and they indicated someone would call us back given person who handles tags was gone for the day and yesterday came and went and still nothing.Perhaps if you are local and can walk in, this place would be good; but, if you live any distance away dont expect great service after purchase.

I typically have a good experience at Werner Hyundai Service Center but this time it wasnt so great. I went to the service center because my trunk was broken and they charged me over $100 just to tell me that I would need to spend another $600 to fix it. I went to another mechanic just to get another quote and they told me that everything was fine with my car and was able to open my trunk with no problems. I dont know if they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a female college student with a little knowledge of cars but I found it strange that another mechanic was able to fix it for free. I am just upset that I spent over $100 for a simple diagnostic, that turned out to be false.

Since at LEAST July of 2021 (it is now but three days to October), one of my coworkers has been having an abysmal time dealing with the jamokes who run this shouldering dumpster fire of a dealership. Out of pure frustration on her behalf which morphed into morbid curiosity, I ambled over to various review pages for Werner Hyundai, just to scope out what our fellow City-of-Seven-Hillers are saying. Can you imagine my utter shock to find out that other people seem to be having the same problems shes having? Lack of communication, no response for months on end, people being left to languish without means of personal transportation.But I think the biggest insult, what REALLY chaps my backside, is the way the Werners want to make it APPEAR as if their customer response team is prompt and compassionate. Upon closer inspection, the responses from their customer care representatives are either near-identical copies of each other, just with words swapped around, or completely disinterested platitudes that dont actually address the problem. I would HOPE poor Dharmesh in Bangladesh is being handsomely compensated for all the creative writing hes being paid to do for our friends at Werner Hyundai, but given their lack of scruples, I doubt even that.I dont even NEED a car from Werner, but after hearing what my coworker is going through, I can tell you I wont be going to them in the future. Hows THAT for a Werner Guarantee?

I bought a used car from Werner Hyundai after using the service department for several years. I had actually looked into buying a car there previously, but did not have a good experience and walked away. This time I had Eric McNeil as my sales associate, and he did an amazing job. Eric was respectful, reasonable, easy to talk to, and very personable. He stayed late on a Friday night to finish my sale, and was even thoughtful enough to turn on the seat warmers when getting my new car ready for me. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy a car.

I took my wifes car in for diagnosis as it was overheating. The sonata hybrid only has 83,000 miles on it. They diagnosed the issue as a heater hose and wanted to charge 500 to replace it. I bought the part instead from the parts counter for $50 and changed it in 15 minutes. The hose I pulled of was not bad and the car is still overheating even after refilling a purging the coolant system. My car is still not fixed and the service department cannot be reached at all or even call me back when I leave a message. I find it appalling that the dealer cannot diagnose whats wrong with the car even after I paid almost 200 for them to do so. Last time I had took in the car it took them over a week and a half to fix the AC. Will not buy another hyundai with service like this.
Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. As a first time car buyer I was apprehensive of car dealerships but Werner Hyundai went above and beyond. Carl helped me from the time I walked on the lot and made my car buying experience as hassle free as possible. This is the worst car dealership Ive ever had business with. My car runs perfectly until I take it to Werner Hyundai for a schedule oil change and this is the third time after the oil change that my car has check engine light on and not running properly. Take it back minutes later they tell me it needs parts to fix it. Every person in that place will give you a different answer to your same question

Michael was very professional andHelpful during our visit and purchase of a new car. He was friendly as well. He also was efficient and tried to get us the best possible buy. I loved the way he listened to our needs.... wrote them down .... and then saved us time by sorting through the best model for us. My car has been at the service center for over 4 months. I cant get a return call or update on when my vehicle will be repaired. Service will not return my many voicemails. Ive waited on hold for over 20mins to speak with anyone with information on my car. Customer service is non-existent. And if I do get thru, Im told Ill get a return call that never happens.So Ill write this review with a robo-reply that theyll talk with their team? (code for xxxx off)If Werner really cared about its 5star reviews theyd at least act like it. I believe most customers just want a little common decency and respect. Not to be shuffled around, lied to and ignored.Oh, and by the way Jack does not get answers as he states he does.Phil needs to at least leave a text or return his voicemails.Maybe the owners should be a little more pro-active when dealing with delayed repairs and service....just a thought. For that good customer service...
The staff was very friendly! But they are the absolute worse when it comes to business! It took almost a week to sell a car! They dragged us along that some of the salesman joked that we needed to clock in! Even after the purchase we had some trouble with the bank! And also the monthly payment was different from what we signed as well as when we start paying! And as we called to change our start date to an earlier date, the total amount was also different than what we agreed on! I was not pleased with the quality of service! And I dont plan on buying another car from them!

We purchased a 2015 Honda CRV in January the car has developed a roaring noise and shuttering in front end my wife has been there 3 attemps trying to have this looked at keeps being told nothing is wrong shes gone as far as taking it to a independent mechanic who told her front hub is going out. We purchased a warranty for this car and after last visit was told not to come back had to sign a release. I assume I paid for a no good warranty very disappointed our last service adviser name is Christopher Herrmann

So instead of waiting 3 weeks to come into appointment with my part in stock, now i have to wait 2 additional weeks because part wasnt in stock on 6.12.21. Frustrating.

To make a long story short I will say my engine siezed up on me, I had it towed to the local Hyundai Dealer they showed great hospitality, all of the staff were greeting even during busy hours. The employee (Joshua) who got me started was very helpful, he communicated with me throughout the whole process and he reassured to me that the dealership would take care of my car and get me back on the road. The rental department was very helpful and communicative also. The overall thing I loved about my whole experience was all promises were kept, all of my questions were answered and the dealership accomplished the goal of fixing my baby up and getting me back on the road.
I had some car troubles this morning and the Werner Hyundai Dealership, Service Department states that they open up allegedly 7:30 AM. I called several times and left a voicemail. Even when I was in the queue where it said 3rd in line...2nd in line...1st in line...I was getting hung up on. I called the Dealership when it opened at 9 AM and spoke to a receptionist who stated that she was also having issues reaching someone from the Service Department and would take my information and have someone call me back. I was just calling to let them know my car was getting towed to the dealership, but did nor receive any call back from 7:30-11:30 AM. When I finally got to the dealership, I was told that they dont do short term loaners, but also was not informed they do shuttles. I just happened to overhear an associate say who needed a ride. They dropped me off at my location, but failed to pick me up at the time they said they would pick me up so I had to call a friend to drop me back off at the dealership and even when I got to the dealership the lady in the service department desk did not acknowledge I was standing there. It was another woman who helped me with my bill and found my keys. I have been to the dealership before and usually they are prompt, but today seemed to lack some professionalism and courtesy.
The staff at Werner Hyundai were like a big family. I really enjoyed my experience shopping with James Davis and the team. James was very knowledgeable and willing to share unbiased knowledge on purchasing my vehicle. He wasnt trying to just sell me a car. I truly appreciate him for taking the time to make sure I made a wise purchase for myself.
Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got there and service rep tried to talk us out of waiting for the service. We have an air bag light on and were concerned, wed already waited 2 weeks for the appointment. Apparently they dont do diagnostics on Saturday. So why make an appointment on a Saturday for it then? We live in Thomasville so the trip takes time. Never been to this dealership before, but based on this experience I do not plan to return. Therr were other service reps that were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. Ours not so much. Always heard great thing about this one but that was not our experience.

Josh in the service department was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained the maintenance performed on my Elantra and facilitated warranty coverage for replacement of a part in the steering column. I appreciated his personal attention. Huge thanks also to the crew who not only washed my car but also vacuumed the floor mats.
