It was A horrific ordeal Dealing with my salesman. Wanted me to pay more than sticker value originally, Always seem to have excuses, did NOT LISTEN to customer. Went the following day to complete the purchase of the car. And when I got into my car after purchase was complete my vehicle was extremely dirty mud on it corn in the backseat mud and dirt all over the interior of car and Drink spilled on leather and was sticky. However the financial associate Was absolutely wonderful, helpful. And if he could not help or know the answer he did not give excuses and he was honest about not knowing and attempted to guide in the right direction. I have to give this place 5 stars for very good reasons. For just a little bit of background, i drove a 2015 dodge dart since 2019 and it had well over 100,000 miles on it. They don’t just want to sell you a vehicle, they want to earn your trust. My wife and I worked with Todd and let me tell you Todd is a cool guy whom my wife and I respect immensely. Hey worked with us and made us feel comfortable and listened to what we were looking for in the vehicle we wanted. They go above and beyond to gain tryout trust and to get you what you are looking for. I honestly can’t see myself buying another truck from any other dealer. I don’t think any other dealer comes close. We have been to other dealers and they just want to sell you a vehicle and make a sell and aren’t interested in even looking for what you want. Went in to Tallahassee Dodge to get my Chrysler 300 service, didn’t know my husband was taking me to get a new car. I said man i love these chargers, He know i love a black car, i felt in love with the black challenger. He say if you like it get it, me…yell right. Did paper work took me 3hrs to decide….traded my 300 in plus down payment. When we moved my car to switch everything out, I told my husband i want my car back. He told me to get it & keep both. With no problem after doing paperwork they redid contract & gave me my car & titles back. I love them & recommend anyone that’s looking for a car,truck etc…. Check them out. Hands down today was the best car buying experience that I have ever had and I’ve own several cars in the past 30 yrs. This was the quickest and absolutely most professional experience I’ve had. From start to finish it literally took about 2 hours and I never even set foot on the car lot and then the salesman Mr Jimmy Jefferson delivered my car to me and I live about 2 hours away from Tallahassee. I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander. Dowling, Matt, and Robin we all wonderful. They were able to get me in a vehicle I have been wanting for a long time at a payment that was comfortable for myself with no questions ask. I was there for a very short period of time unlike other places you are there all day doing paper work. They had me in and out in less than an hour!!

George made the purchase of my car absolutely horrible. This was the worst experience with purchasing a car. George had excuses for everything. George did not even offer a bottle of water. Would have walked out of dealership if not for THE AWESOME MANGEMENT : Victor, Matt and Anita and Financial manager (sorry cant remember name, From Indiana). Financial manager was absolutely wonderful and the greatest resource. George made every part of this purchase very difficult. Was unable to complete purchase the original day . The following day went back next day, completed deal. George was instructed to fill gas tank prior to giving me car. Upon giving me keys George made excuse as to why he was not able to fill up tank. I then walked to car noticed it was unwashed and bugs stuck all over it, Mud slug all over the back. Trash had been thrown in the back. Opened up the car door and the inside of car was filthily. Dirt on floor board, drink had been spilt, finger prints everywhere LARGE BAG OF CORN IN THE BACK SEAT, ect.... THANK YOU Victor for stepping in. :) Did get a great deal on car and great employee do work there. Just avoid George at all cost please if you go there.

They play pass-the-buck between managers when there is a problem. It took us from May, 2021 until August and September when we FINALLY got a replacement tire and then an OWNERS MANUAL. There are new things on this 2019 truck that we PAID CASH FOR, yet couldnt get an Owners Manual to find out WHAT they were and WHY things were happening and HOW to correct them.We will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. AND... WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYBODY USE THEM! >:(

Awesome customer service! We were driving through Tallahassee, when we had some car problems. Tallahassee Dodge helped us get into a new vehicle! Laith, was our sales guy. He did an amazing job getting us into a vehicle to drive back home to Texas. He made an already hard situation work out smoothly and gave us peace of mind. Always poor customer service! Could not get anyone to call back for 2 WEEKS when we needed servicing done! Their prices are higher than anywhere else around and they don’t haggle much! To include advertising vehicles at a low price (prior to modifications they added) then when you go in, the cost of the vehicle is higher by about $10K. My husband and I then ordered a limited edition vehicle and were told by corporate that the dealer would contact us and they never have!!! The manager who apparently came from Texas was the worst! Between bad language and belittling us because he bought an $80K wrangler with the V8, even brought out the sales order. I will even now be getting service down out of town to avoid dealing with this dealership.UPDATE: it has been a week and no one has contacted me as their reply states would.

Stopped in just to see what Tallahassee Dodge had for pre-owned trucks. Met John King and he began showing me what they had to offer. After speaking to him for about 15 minutes, he showed me 3-4 very nice trucks. I test drove one and when I returned, he had another waiting for me. This is the one I drove home. John asked many questions and knew exactly what I expected from the dealership. He and the full staff delivered on every expectation. The dealer was all about self and kind of rude at first, but he lightened up slightly after an hour of talking. Very abrupt with conversation and consistently talking over me. The car did not look brand new and wasn’t up to par, like promised. Unprofessional to a certain degree. Will bug you about finances but when it comes to fixing things will give you the run around. Had to come back to the dealership 6x within the past two weeks. If you’re looking for a car, it’s definitely better options around Tallahassee.

Todd Lee helped me into a new Grand Cherokee. There are plenty of places and ways to purchase a new car these days but Todd went out of his way to make the process relatively simple and pleasurable. He was very focused on earning my business now and in the future - and his actions during and after the sales transaction seemed to reflect this was more than just a cliché sales approach. After reading the reviews I had my son call the dealership, explain his situation And was told to come in. He went down and started the application process but was left waiting for five hours only to be told that they were slammed that day with many customers. That’s no problem except others who arrived at the same time he did left in their new vehicles waving goodbye to him and HIS sales person. After questioning the staff about the hold up he was asked what type of car he was looking for and what’s your budget. WHAT!!!! We’re talking FIVE HOURS LATER! This young man took off from work only to be treated like he was a nobody because clearly others were better qualified and an easier sale. Why did it take so long to be sent away without any explanation. I was unhappy with the company and how they communicated with me, it was numerous occasions when I called them to check the status on my car and I haven’t received not a call back even after I left messages, they told me that I needed a new battery for my car when I already had a new battery and claimed my car won’t crank and needed a tow because they don’t know what’s wrong with the car so when I got there I just asked for the keys and I was able to drive away with it I didn’t enjoy the experience hope to have a better one else where 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Over a two day period I met with Kielar Williams trying to find a Tundras 4x4 that was no older than 2019 with some of the manufacturer warrantee left that I could afford. He made it happen in spite of the fact I could have bought a truck for $1000 less down the street based upon his assurance that your vehicles were fully inspected and provided the car fax to show no history of problems. I even purchased an additional extended warrantee for $2600 that I hadnt intended to buy. He was very professional and pleasing to work with. I will recommend him and this company in the future based upon my experience.

Mixed review because the people are great and the customer service is awesome, but the mechanics are lazy and bad, and the they can’t seem to finalize deals very well.Tina is awesome. She deserves a raise for sure. Every time she has been consistent and it’s always good to have someone who remembers you and cares for you. Mechanics behind her are really bad. I’ve had to go behind them and do some work numerous times and they forget to do the work sometimes I asked for. Well I was looking and searching for a dealership that would help me get my wife a newer vehicle and after numerous visits to different dealerships and empty promises after empty promises of how they would all be able to help only to end up needing more down than I was able to afford and with limited credit. I finally found the one dealership that actually was able to come through for us and not just any dealership but in my opinion the best throughout all of Tallahassee Florida the one and only Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram on Tennessee street. I was hesitant at first as I read some pretty horrific reviews prior to going there and trying it giving it my last shot. But to my surprise after speaking with Anita Morgan on the phone she was able to get me to come and try them before I went with some local buy here pay here. And not only upon arriving was I greeted by a very friendly staff and they were all professional I had the privilege of working with Lauren and especially Anita Morgan both of them worked hard to make it happen for me to surprise my wife and after a few tense days sure enough I was approved and got the 2018 JEEP Compass the same day after approval. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment was taken care immediately! Exceptional service the staff was friendly and answered all of my questions about my car! I bought a 2012 jeep wrangler from this dealership. I never got a carfax report, was promised that maintenance had been done, and that it had been checked out and been given the thumbs up.After driving it home I immediately noticed that it needed.... brake pads, rotors, calipers, sway bar links, had an electronic issue that causes the dash to turn off while driving, a hole in the soft top, transmission needs to be rebuilt or swapped out, oil hadnt been changed in at least 6,000 miles. After getting it home and looking up the carfax myself, it said that my jeep had been in a severe rear end collision. After trying to contact that dealership several times over the past 2 years I have finally gotten an answer from them.Nothing can or will be done. Tallahassee Dodge is a shady, low down, only money matters type of business. I couldnt pay someone to take this off of my hands. You also couldnt pay me to ever do business with a scummy dealership like this ever again.

Was lied to about my down payment and they did not work with me at all. Even have texts saying i was approved for 0$ down and they acted like they had no clue what i was talking about. Very bad customer service and false advertising.

I have bought 2 50k vehicles from them preowned one had 13 miles on it and one had 1000 both almost new and both had problems and they keep my car for a week and still didn’t fix it and had to pay out of pocket to cover there s**t. I buy a new car every 4-6 month and won’t be back.
