Amazing staff! Everyone was so sweet and really cared about my car! My car had a lot of cosmetic damage. They fixed it the same day I dropped it off and it looks brand new! They even washed and vacuumed my car free of charge! So pleased with my experience and I will definitely be bringing my car back for any future services I may need. Jason and Garret are two of the hardest working mechanics Ive ever let work on my car.when things are not quite right they recheck their work and put things in order; at no extra charge. I made an appointment to have my car serviced and was met with opposition to wearing my mask and criticized for my political and religious beliefs while waiting 20+ mins to be attended to for me appointment. I told the manager/owner my complaints and respectfully I left.

Another dealership could not figure out a noise with my car. When I took my car to All Care Auto they helped me get to work, then spent the day figuring out what was wrong with my car, and made the needed repairs. I was back in my car by the end of the work day. I was more than pleased. I’m definitely telling everyone about them.

Jason was great! I got great work done on my luxury vehicle which is hard to find for affordable pricing. Highly highly recommended. Every one was very nice and only did what they felt was best instead of trying to take advantage!

Jason, Garrett and the other mechanics at All Auto Care are absolutely PHENOMENAL. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is repaired in a timely manner and RIGHT the first time! I know when I leave the shop, my vehicle is SAFE for me and my child. I highly suggest if you have tried other auto shops and seem to keep having problems with your vehicle, that you visit them IMMEDIATELY. These gentlemen are honest, kind-hearted, always explain the problems in a language you can understand, and will never fix something without your consent. Their values and morals are bar non. I have seen them work on a range of vehicles from Classics to mutli-axels. They have even added tires to the service line-up. When you think All Auto Care, they literally got it covered. They provide a detailed inspection, itemized results and an itemized receipt electronically. They keep track of all the work they have previously done on your vehicle to minimize guesswork. I recommend this shop to all my friends! And I will never take my vehicle to anyone else!

Frustrating experience and loss of respect.All Auto Care is a company I recently learned about through a friend. I was pleased with how each employee was professionally dressed and how they spoke in a clear and kind manner. The first time I took my car to them, they took the time to find out what was making an ambiguous noise. This is why I thought taking them my car again when the fog lights would not turn on would be a good option. However, when I picked my car up from them, they said my car was having a computer issue, which is why the fog lights would not turn on. (Much like with the first visit, there were other issues they found with the car. The first time it was an expensive part in the steering column that needed to be replaced, and the second time my serpentine belt needed to be replaced.) As I got in my car, I observed the check engine light was on, and the doors would not unlock with the remote, nor did the interior locking buttons work when the car was off. I went into the office and addressed these new concerns, and I was told the computer was dying, and this is why different things were not working. I was assured they only checked the fuse and it was a computer issue. When I asked about the other additional repairs suggested on my first and second visits, I was told they “had enough cars on the racks” they did not need to create car issues to drum up business. I took them at their word and started up my car, which is when I noticed the radio, Bluetooth, and interior lights also did not work. I called their office and was again assured this was a computer issue. They took the time to call my car dealer and was informed the computer issue was a common problem. They even looked up the part and found out the part was $1,700.00 “with a discount.” I was recommended to buy a new car. Later on, I started to notice the clock went to 1:00 each time I started my car and the trip-odometer went to zero miles when I started up the car. Again, I informed the agency of the problems with the car and asked if perhaps something was not done correctly when I took the car to them. Their response was they did not need to take any responsibility for the problems of the car because they did nothing wrong. Finally, I noticed the trunk would not pop or the gas door open unless the car was turned on. I decided to take my car to another shop for a second opinion. It was here they fixed the car in less than one minute! They completed the miracle so quickly because the fuse was unplugged! By simply plugging it in everything worked again. When I called All Auto Care and informed them of the fuse being unplugged, the response I received was, “Oh.” I do not think anything was done purposefully, but a careless mistake was not even something they could fathom doing, and I was left without the “luxuries” of the car, as they were all caused by All Auto Care for a week. I think this company is filled with polite people who are well-intentioned, but you need to be willing to fight for your car when you take it to them. I wish this new business all the best as they experience growing pains.

Garrett has been servicing my cars since the late 90s and is one of, if not the best, mechanic in Tallahassee. Always fair and reasonable with pricing and takes customer satisfaction seriously.

We had a complete failure of electrical systems in our car while 100s of miles from home on Spring Break. Donny and Garret listened to my issues, provided suggested repairs and necessary repairs, understood my situation and timeframe and got everything done in a day. We did not miss a beat on our vacation and I left feeling like I was taken care of, even as an out of towner. I would totally recommend this shop, they are honest and caring and I could not be happier with the service.

As someone who have worked in the automotive industry before I highly recommend this business for all your automotive needs Jason the staff there are awesome, honest, & fair priced. This will be the only place in town I take my car!

I been waiting on a title for 6 Months. I paid in full for a car, and not even a refund. Garrett Young the owner. Never buy a car from there, unless you see a title. I was mislead by the owner.

I would not use this shop again... i took my charger to get the fuel pump fixed for $1400. Why did my wife get to the gas station and all the gas ran out on the ground as soon as she left... we took it back they fixes it but now the fuel gauge doesnt read right... a few days later went to install my wifes music back in the car and we found out our battery and all wires were taken by the shop out of my car. They wouldnt even replace the items after i had pictures of what was sent to me from the shop showing items were missing... this company is not honest. Send ya money elsewhere.

This entire staff is fantastic from the man behind the desk to the technicians they thoroughly explain what the problem is with your vehicle and are upfront about the costs with no surprises.

If I can give zero stars I would never bring your vehicle on this shop. They charge you $65.00 for diagnosis whether you gonna let them fix your vehicle or not they still charge you $65.00 which suppose to be free. After the diagnosis has done the amount they charge you to fix the vehicle is over the roof you cannot afford it. And the sad thing is when you go to another place they check the vehicle for free whether you want to fix it or not, on top of that the amount All Auto Care charge you its 3 times what the other place charge me to fix the car. I will never bring my car there again, and I am not going to recommend this place to anybody that I know.
