Went for a scheduled appointment for oil change, upset that they didnt change my oil filter. Is that common practice?

Took car there to get brakes fixed and they now sound worse than before I took it....took it back to let them re-fix it....problem came back 3 weeks later....is it so hard to do brakes?

Very honest and trustworthy. Went to the Capital Circle location for an oil change and tire rotation a couple years ago, they didnt do the tire rotation because they checked and it didnt need to be done. If I went to the dealership they wouldve rotated them no matter what. I was very grateful and impressed! Today at the Monroe location they patched my tire after getting a nail stuck in it, and it only cost $23 total. I definitely wont be taking my car anywhere else!

Literally the most affordable mechanic shop for my BMW in Tallahassee and anywhere else I’ve price checked. I’m always told when something is going to need to be fixed and it’s always one or two oil changes ahead. Never once have these guys put me on the spot and said this needs to be replaced immediately like some shops love to do. My fluids are always topped off and they always pull me out to look at my car on the lift and reassure me that everything is still performing properly. I refuse to use any other shop. These guys go above and beyond to keep you on the road and are easy on the wallet. They always send coupons to my email and honor them as well.

I love these guys! The have been taking care of my wife and I for years now, and I would not take my car anywhere else. They are fair, they never try to oversell you on things you dont need, and they always give us sound advice. Customer service is excellent, and they do great work. Cant recommend them highly enough!

These guys did a substantial amount of work on my old 1990 Ford Bronco w/ a 351 Windsor motor….more work than the value of the truck itself. And much of it was the kind of work where a particular repair necessitated the unforeseen repair or replacement of another part or system. They kept me informed and sought my approval of every phase of their work. So there were no surprise charges at the end.The result, I now have a cool old Bronco that I can drive to work everyday with confidence. Beats dropping $30K on a used F-150 in my opinion. I would recommend Auto Xperts to anyone.BTW...great work Joey!

I came in mid afternoon on a Friday with a damaged tire. Though warned there was already a line of cars ahead of mine I really needed the repair and opted to wait. I was advised rather quickly that the tire would have to be replaced and the service was completed in short order. I wont take my car service anywhere else.Separate visit: My battery failed without warning on a Monday morning. I got it to the shop and a thorough check showed the battery required replacement. Again, as I anticipated, the work was donenin short order.

The staff and mechanics are genuinely concerned about their work and the customers vehicles.. safety and quality work.They are NOT CHEAP but, neither are they on the scale of dealership prices. They are my Go To place for all my vehicle repairs and service.

They are always friendly and speaking as someone who has a fair amount of past professional auto repair experience, they have never mislead or tried to talk me into an unneeded repair. Its great to have a mechanic I can trust and that treats me fairly. They have served as my personal mechanic for about 10 years now.

They go out of the way to make it right. I am a mechanic myself and I changed my own master cylinder on my 07 impala but couldnt the brakes bled as you need a computer to bleed this model and it is a notoriously difficult to get all the air out of this model. They quoted me about $50 to begin with but didnt realize the computer was needed and would now be $100, they called me fof approval before performing work that would increase price. A few hours later they called me stating my car was ready, I drove it around a bit but returned it because the brakes though better still went right. They then spent 2 days making it right. No extra charge. No blaming another bad component on the car. No blaming my workmanship. $120 with taxes and fees for 3 days work. They lost money on the job but gained a customer for all work I cant do myself.

I just had my truck looked at and was quoted over $2000 for the repair at another shop. I brought my truck to auto experts and was surprised to find out it only took $200 to fix the problem. Not only fair and honest but reasonably priced. I would recommend to all!

Had slow leak in trailer tire and nail in truck tire. They found out I had 2 screws in trailer tire and nail and screw in truck tire. In and out in about an hour. Great service.

Very impressed with their honesty and being straight up with me. After Pep Boys tried to rip me off by charging $40 just to check out the problem and then lied straight to my face about the power steering pump being broken, and tried charging me $3000 dollars to fix it, Auto Xperts told me it was in fact only a hose and they replaced it for $518, which due to the amount of labor getting to the hose I thought was a fair price.

I have been going to this place for years. They do ok with basic things such as oil changes, tires & brakes. I would not recommend them for check engine light issues. I left my vehicle with them for 3 days and they still did not fix the check engine light issue. They charged me for some unnecessary part they replaced that was not even the cause of the issue.

These guys have been doing a great job with all the cars we own. I am going to get 250 k miles from my ‘04 Acura TSX with their help. At 190 k now.

Wish I would have read these reviews and asked around before taking my car to these people all they did I was take my money and charge me for so called repairs they fixed and my car still didnt work like it should 4 days later they did not offer to repair it the right way said it was something else that needed repair and wanted more money .then said they had talked to me about it might be something else I did not speak to the so called person that said he talked to me he was lying just to justify their cheating me out of $800.00 .do not ever use these people they will lie about what they say rip you out of your money I had to take to another mechanic to get the job done right and what they said was wrong with my car it winded up being less then $100.00 with new mechanic that said they just ripped me off. Worst experience ever will not recommend to anybody.

The only thing that these guys are xperts at is taking your money. They will take a look at your car just to find out whats wrong with it and then charge you a $50 diagnostic fee afterwards without telling you beforehand that there would be a fee. After I called the guy out on it he rudely told me dont bring it back here. Dont worry guy I wont and I would advise anyone who is reading this to not take their cars there either.

I would never ever recommend this location for Auto Experts. They blatantly lied about my issues after I returned for having work done at this location. I went n for an AC check and recharge, which they did but two days later had to go back because my AC stopped working completely. Then they explained it would need almost a $1000 to fix........because the parts were so rare. I then drove across town had it checked at an HONEST garage and they explained the schader? valve was loose, replaced it for free and only charged for Freon....less that $50.00. DO NOT GO TO AUTO EXPERTS...IF THEY ARE TALKING THEY ARE LYING TO YOU.
