Drove 100 miles from Panama City Fl to have the initial check out for my 2014 Mercedes GL350 from Texas. I chose R&S because Russ is a Mercedes trained mechanic. He went over every option on the car for me and my wife which took about 30 minutes before putting the car on the rack. He noted two items to be fixed. ONLY CHARGED $34.00!!!! I will be going back for the repairs which were estimated at a cost NOT OUT OF LINE. I myself am a mechanic for 50 years....Russ is someone you can TRUST. An intuitive and experienced mechanic.

These guys cost me over 17,000 . Had to have new motor installed in my sprinter van after there inability to perform a simple turbo replacement. I would never recommed this shop for anything . Incompatant uncaring couple guys. Steer as far away from these guys as possible.

Very happy with R&S, I trust them. Having failed to resolve a problem at the dealership, I took my Mercedes to Russ and he found and fixed the issue in no-time flat. Very reasonable on fees and top-notch work. What else could you ask for?

PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING R&S!!I took my CLK to R&S and went in there telling them that my ME (an ECU) was faulty and I needed it replaced and programmed. They took my car and told me my first cylinder was firing at a low psi and that I needed to replace my ENTIRE ENGINE for over $10,000. I took it elsewhere and got my ME replaced a sensor and a couple hoses replaced for just over a $1,000 and my cars been running perfect ever since.R&S tried to rip me off even after I went in there letting them know the issue they still had the audacity to give me a false diagnoses and try and charge me $100 for them to plug in a computer to my car just cause I’m a college student and they thought they could be rats and rip me off. not to mention they are rude and unfriendly.I know foreign car mechanics are hard to come by in Tallahassee but I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I wish y’all luck

Beware. May be good mechanics for other cars, but wouldnt recommend for BMW. Came in because the car was shutting down while I was driving it, and was told a gas leak was causing the problem. It was a hard decision being that all of my money from working goes to school tuition but I decided to go ahead and fork over 800+ dollars to make the car drivable again... but once I picked up the car I quickly realized the problem was still there, actually there was no improvement in how the car ran at all. Brought it back to them and they attempt to charge another 450 dollars to fix a crankshaft sensor, which their computer showed as faulty from the beginning! Overall, I felt I was taken advantage of and they fixed the most expensive issue present regardless of if it was causing the shutting down problem at all. Spoke to other mechanics who really know BMW and they all agreed it would have been quite obvious to suggest fixing the crankshaft sensor immediately and addressing the gas leak later down the road when I had more money saved up. Overall I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I trusted these mechanics based on reviews online.I would not recommend this shop at all for mercedesbenz performance work.They overtorqued the new plugs, damaged 4 coils and caused skipping in an engine that was fine when I brought it in.I only asked for new spark plugs.Ugh!!I had the car shipped to a well known reputable mercedes shop and the problems have been solved.I spent $425 for the plugs and it was a total waste of money.They did not test the car after the installation of plugs.If they had ; they would have known it was not running properly.Sorry for the bad review but the truth sometimes hurts!!
