So long story I called this dude he told me when he was able to come by I waited patiently. He never showed up so I text him with no response either and finally a couple of days later he got back to me after I called him again to see about service for my car. He came and did the service I thought everything was good. But this was just a short term solution and the same problem I was having with my car came back. Lesson learned going to an actual dealership to fix my issue.

Earnest is a very good mechanic he is a very busy man but he will call you back and come see about you he did some work on my nephew Audi Q7 and we was very pleased. I will recommend him to anyone.

The man asked me to send him a text explaining my problem and he would get to me the next day sometime. This was almost a week ago and I got not even a call or text back. Glad I found out this way so I dont recommend them to anybody else

Had my car break down for the first time ever and had to get it towed into my driveway, called these guys off a recommendation from my roommate and they came down the next day and worked on it until it was fixed AND gave me the change and the receipt back from the parts they had to buy which they easily couldve kept. Great mechanics and people who knew what they were doing and gave a great price to get both the AC back up running and the car ready to drive again within 2 days of it breaking down on me. Recommending them to any one I can with car problems in Tallahassee from here on out.

My car broke down on I-10 so I agreed to have it towed to my house so that way this repair company could help me. the man rushed me off the phone and told me to text him my address and the time to come by. I did so. the next morning I called thirty minutes early to get a confirmation that he would be coming as agreed. no answer. I waited until our agreed time to meet and called again. no answer. I texted. no answer. you get the idea. I do not recommend this company. they leave you hanging without any explanation or regard for you. terrible. go to Miller’s Mobile Repair instead.

If you need work done in your car NEVER GO TO EARNEST MOBILE MECHANIC!! I called them for an oil change and they charged me $530 to fix an oil leak. As they were finishing they tell me the throttle position is messed up and I need a new one. I couldnt even drive my car without hazards on after they fixed it. My car was NOT acting up before they worked on it. I didnt drive it for a while because my boyfriend was in town and I finally take it to get looked at and these worthless, incompetent jerks took a bolt out & disconnected pieces next to the throttle to make me think I needed a new one. They INSISTED I had to get a brand new part from the manufacture probably so they can resell it while pretending to fix what they undid. The worst part is my car stopped on the interstate a couple times and I could have been really hurt or worse, hurt someone else. Fast forward to yesterday- I had ZERO oil on the dipstick so they never even fixed the oil leak. Im pretty sure they were just messing with my car for hours so they can later charge me a bunch of money for problems they caused. NEVER CALL THEM EVER.

My starter went out and I called Earnest late in the evening to see when he could come look at my car. He was out the next morning before noon to diagnose the problem and had the car back to me all fixed up before 3. He was very polite and accommodating, coming to my work to get the keys, bringing the car back to me at work when they were done, and even allowing me to pay him part now and the rest when I get my next paycheck. He replaced my starter for a super reasonable price and gave me a lifetime guarantee on it. Honest dependable professional service!!My daughters car would not start and to boot located in a parking garage at FSU. We called and they went out the same day to look at the car and determined it was a battery issue. They replaced the part with no complications. The prices were reasonable and the gentalmen who took care of the issue were friendly and professional. As a mother 3 hours away it is comforting to know that there are honest businesses that will not take advantage of a young college student. Definitely recommend this business.

When my car would not start, I found Earnest on the internet and called him to see if he would come and look at it. This was a Thursday. He said to text him my address and phone number and he would call me when he was on his way. No call. I called again on Friday and he told me that he would come that day or Saturday morning and he would call me when he was on his way. No call. It is now Monday and I am on the internet trying to find someone else. I dont know what kind of mechanic he is, use at your own risk.

Completely unreliable! Ive waited for him three times. No show. No call. If you ignore this, you will have to learn the hard way.

Im a college student, so I dont have tons of expendable income. When I car wouldnt start I was devastated. Thought it was the battery at first, so I got a new one.. still not starting. I found Earnest because I needed someone who could come to me, since I couldnt transport the car without getting a tow. We found out the starter was bad, so I bought one and Earnest and his crew actually came out on a Sunday to put it in for me. It still wasnt turning on and he guessed it was probably the alternator as well. After contacting the company that put the alternator on less than two years ago, I found out they only have a one year warranty, so I was S.O.L. Called Earnest and he came out again the next day to get me a new one for more than half of what the other place wanted.Long story short: Nice people that wont try to rip you off, and are super obliging. Ive got their number stored in my phone now in case I run into any more problems!
