We have been using Marks auto repair services for about 30 years, and have been consistently satisfied with the quality of the shops work and the parts used for the repairs. His son, Robert, has joined him in the management of the shop and, like Mark, also works on the vehicles, producing the same quality you come to trust and expect. All people involved are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. The waiting room, bathrooms, and shop are all clean and neat. It is handicapped accessible, and has limitless coffee available.

I really appreciate all of the honest and fair priced work tire town as done on my vehicle. I have been visiting them for the past 2 years to have any work done on my vehicle. The mechanics and staff are friendly and informative and go over what is wrong and what they have to do to fix it and preventative maintenance that is needed to keep problems at bay. I would reccomend Tire town to anyone who is having car issues. Robert and crew have been a total blessing, 5 stars.

I dont even know where to begin to describe the wonderful service they provided. My vehicle was having a brake delay problem. After having taken it two other shops and have one mechanic tell me it could be this or that problem, that mechanics uncertainty gave an overwhelmingly high amount of stress. I had called 3 repair shops all telling me to set up an appointment for the following week or theyd call me back later that day for a possible availability (They never called me back). So this was my last call and spec of hope. The relief i felt on my shoulders when Mark told me i could bring the car in the same day to get a diagnostic was part of the best news i got in the morning. Later that day i got better news from Robert when they were able to resolve the problem with the brakes and it wasnt even what other previous mechanics had thought. They were super helpful, honest, friendly, affordable and flexible. I really appreciated more than anything them being able to check my car out that same day with no appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you guys so much!!

Robert at Tire Town Automotive Center is simply the most helpful, most dedicated mechanic Ive ever had work on one of my vehicles. He worked unceasingly on my car attempting to diagnose and correct the mystery problems, going to great lengths to research the issue. He spent countless hours downloading the manufacturers software to update the cars computers. He not only fixed the problem, he did so while keeping me apprised of what was being done and why. This is a modern, clean, comfortable shop run by kind, considerate, and highly competent folks. You cant go wrong with Robert and company at Tire Town!

We have been using Tire Town for over 10 years. They are honest, reliable, and do great work. They have a clean center to wait in and give great customer service. We have always been happy with their work.

I took my car there a couple of months ago to get a sensor put on my car. After about a month later my check engine light came back on so I call to see if I could bring my car back in. The older guy that sits in the front refuse to let me bring my car back in saying that I call and threaten his son he told a complete lie on me. I have never seen such a rude person in my life and I would not recommend no one there especially if you have to deal with him.I hope he go back for training to learn how to treat customers especially once hes been paid for the job and is refusing to fix my car

Tire Town Automotive offer us their help and great service on a Jasper transmission with 100K warranty. They went above and beyond to assist us and repair our truck. Mark and Will (son), owners were compassionate and thoroughly explained all our repair options. Suspected racist, that helms the front desk. Awful business model that does not reflect or demonstrate relationship to the needs of the customer. Can not, either, will not supply honest answers about expected time of service or wait time. Cannot, either, will not deal honestly with customers.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Tire Town since we moved to Tallahassee in 2010. Kris and Mark are some of the most honest, straight-up mechanics youll meet. They have never pressured us into doing any more repairs than necessary. On some of the bigger issues, they helped us prioritize what needed to be done first so we could budget things out over a few weeks/months.Heres an example of the quality experience you can expect from Tire Town. I was having some front axle issues, and Tire Town installed the replacements, then warrantied them out with new replacements after the problems persisted. They told me it was a transmission problem and I needed another transmission. Thats never something you want to hear from a mechanic, and since its one of the costliest repairs a car owner can make, I took the car to a transmission specialist for a second opinion and then to a Honda dealer just to confirm. Both told me my problem was bad aftermarket axles, not the transmission. I was relieved and went back and spoke to Kris at Tire Town, who told me they were 100% sure it was the transmission...but he agreed to warranty out the axles one last time with OEM parts. A few days after I got the car back, I started having issues again, and on the way to take it to Tire Town...the transmission completely failed. They were very gracious and helped me sort out the best options for a transmission replacement. It did take a few weeks to get my car back, but no sign of the problems I had before. This just proved to me that Kris and Mark know what they are doing, and their patience with me during the process was incredible. I cant recommend them highly enough to folks in Tallahassee. And hey, they are a local business, so support local businesses like Tire Town, especially top notch mechanics.

I stopped by the store to have a radial tire patched. I figured, based on the good ratings, that the shop would follow safety standards for repairing tires. I asked about the procedure and was told that they only patched from the inside. I said that it wasnt properly repaired unless also plugged. The dismissive employee behind the counter, essentially, told me where the door was. Apparently, this store is not aware of the Rubber Manufacturers Association, as well as the actual Tire Industry Association safety standards. So... I went .2 miles farther down the road and had it repaired correctly.

The actual mechanical service is good. The customer service at Tire Town is unfortunately rather poor. The owner speaks to grown women as if they are young children.

This shop was able to install a replacement tpms (huff intelisense) and sync it to my 2015 ford f150 (with wheel spacers). Something no other Tire shop in tallahassee was able to help me with. Either the other shops would not work on my truck because I had wheel spacers installed. Or the other shops wanted to use/sell me their own tpms to use in my Tire instead of using the replacement tpms I got from the manufacturer.
