I called Jim Wells Tire Center and spoke with Jordan. I had many questions for her and she always found the answer. I feel confident taking my vehicle there because they offer a free tire rotation and balance. The prices were reasonable and they were able to help me find the right tire for my agile little all wheel drive, stick-shift hatchback. I will leave more feedback once I manage to get my car towed to their place. Im very pleased with how cordial and helpful Jordan was. I would highly recommend you call this place if you need tires. They will walk you through the process and keep you feeling safe every step of the way.

I have been utilizing Jim Wells Tire Company for over 30 years. This local company is superb in so many ways. I have always been pleased with the job that they have done and their prices are very reasonable. They are very professional and courteous. In fact, on numerous occasions, they’ve gone out of their way to make sure that I have a ride to and from their place of business. They conduct their business with no fanfare and I’ve been able to do so many repairs over and above buying tires. I wholeheartedly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I went in without an appointment and with only an hour before I had to leave for work and asked if they could check out one of my tires that kept losing air. In less than an hour, they were able to replace my tire (the plug came loose and the hole was too big) for an incredibly reasonable overall price. So impressed with this company! If I need a recommendation of what’s wrong or what I should do, they give me good input. No pressure to have them do the work. Went to another store with a nail in my tire and it would be hours before Id be seen, I sat waiting to be taken care of so I drove away and called Jim Wells Tires. The receptionist said come on in! From the moment I drove in until I paid it was probably 15 minutes. They had pulled my car up and I could not believe how reasonable the price was I will never go any place else!

Great service here, highly recommend. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Even though it seems to always be busy (I think because others are discovering how good they are) the staff work hard to service your car quickly to get you out and rolling again (sorry for the pun). We get our tires here and after the most recent time have had all kinds of tire problems(two nails/flat tires, tire rotation, and brake squealing). Everytime Jim Wells has provided efficient (and usually free) service to repair the tires and/on our car.

VERY prompt and efficient, as always!EDIT TO ADD: returned a couple weeks later to have the car checked bumper-to-bumper before a long road trip. Everything: check brakes, check belts and hoses and fluids, lights, rotate and balance tires, change oil, etc. We basically gave them a blank check, haha. Only real issue was alignment, so they did all 4 wheels. Alignment, oil change, etc. totaled ~$150. Jim Wells is the only repair place Ive been to in YEARS that never takes advantage of a situation like this. We really do love taking the car there. (P.S. Total visit duration was 2 hours on a Tuesday morning. Also, as of Sept. 2020, people in waiting area were all masked.)

Got a screw removed from my tire and they patched it up, $20, like 10 minutes. Very friendly and fast and great pricing! Highly recommend, would be a happy returning customer for my next repair need

The technicians provided a lot of very insightful information that I would not get from other tire centers. They actually explained what was going on and what they could do, rather than just unnecessarily recommending getting new tires like Pep Boys did. I am very happy with the speed and quality of service here as it surpasses almost all comparable places.

Took my car to Jim’s because of the excellent reviews. I turned a corner too sharply and hit the curb which resulted a small slit near the rim of the tire. I thought for sure I would have to buy a new tire! Jim was so very nice and looked at the tire and said it was only cosmetic and that I was good to go. Thank you so much!

Mark the tech found the wheel to be bent and was unable to install the new tire. He offered to drop and install the spare for my son which proved to be a task. Wheel was frozen under pickup bed. All said he got it down inflated and mounted for my son. I told my son to pay for the service and they would not allow him to pay. Folks like these are hard to find. Customer for life. These guys are wonderful! I stopped by to have a tire checked that had a slow leak. While there, I got a call that my mother had been taken by ambulance to the hospital. They quickly fixed my tire and got me on my way with no charge. I highly recommend this business. What a pleasure doing business with a caring business.

I had my car towed here when it stopped accelerating on the highway. They diagnosed the likely problem within 3 hours. I decided its not worth fixing the problem and they did not charge me for the inspection. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!

What a wonderful experience. I purchased a used car last week and we took it to Jim Wells Tire Center today because the steering wheel was vibrating at speeds of excess of 50mph. A different tire shop we went to Saturday said it needed the tires balanced but this did not correct the issue. The car had 1 Toyota rim and 3 aftermarket rims. Jim Wells Tire Center staff informed me that all of the lug nuts were Toyota and were not the right size for the aftermarket rims which was causing the issue. They replaced all of the lug nuts with aftermarket ones and also put the aftermarket rim that was on a full sized spare in the trunk back on my car so all of the rims matched. I am happy to report that the issue seems resolved as I was able to go 70mph on I10 without the steering wheel vibrating. I would highly recommend this place for all of your tire needs.

In and out in fifteen minutes. My rim had a small dent and was causing the tire to loose pressure. They banged the dent back into place (SOP for steel rims) and made sure the tire pressure stabilized. I wasnt charged for the service. 100% will go back when the time comes for me to buy new tires.
