Good pricing but GREAT people — one stop shop and everyone cares and is honest

Ive been coming here for about a year and generally the staff is just not very professional, but thats alright I guess not everywhere has to be prim and proper. For example, dont expect your thank you or have a nice day to garner a response from the staff.However, the last time I had my oil changed here the new sticker was just tossed in the seat for me to apply myself, which hasnt ever happened to me before. Then today, I didnt even get a reminder sticker, so I guess I just need to remind myself with a note when to get my oil changed again. I also came in today with a very very slightly low tire (29PSI and the car recommends 30), so the alert light is on, but it isnt serious. I fully expected that at some point in the process of changing my oil, rotating my tires, and reseting my oil alert on my car that someone would notice the tire light and just top off that 1 psi to make the alert go away. Unfortunately, this didnt happen. I didnt alert anyone that it was low, but at least three times an employee was in the driver seat of my car and had no choice but to see the bright alert (on both the gauge display and infotainment display) that there was a low tire.Sure, they do fine work, but Id say if youre looking for that high quality local business that goes the extra mile to take care of customers, consider elsewhere.

Stopped here while visiting Tallahassee after experiencing a flat tire. Having Goodyear tires and road hazard warranty, I brought my car here with the donut on it to have my flat repaired. They did it in no time flat (no pun intended)! Apparently, I had run over the business end of a screwdriver! 😱 They had my tire patched in 20 minutes and put us back on the road again to enjoy the rest of our weekend. Thanks a bunch!

My daughter from out of state blew a tire, came in for repair. They got a tire quickly, fixed it and had her on her way in no time. Neece saw that the car was very new and got goodyear to prorate tire without us asking. Great deal, great service.

Convenient because of their location but the problem is you go there to have your new tires replaced they sell them as used tires and get really high dollar for it and will not get you a break on the cost of your tires even though they got them for free

My husband and I had issues with our motorhome tires. With a motorhome, one can not go to any tire store. Neece advertised at our motorhome campground. We are really, really thrilled that we found this place. As it turned out, our tire issue wasnt as serious as we thought. They spent more than an hour with us dealing with it and we were thrilled will the reasonable priced bill we received. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

I went to this business yesterday because its .5 miles away from my house and i had two nails in my tire. I was quoted a price of $240.00 for one tire without tax, mount, and balance. I stepped to the side to research some other local prices on my phone and called another local tire place and was quoted $214.37 that included taxes, mount, and balance for the same tire. I approached the sale associate and told him this other business are offering me the same tire for a way less price. I asked can you price match or come even close to the other discounted price i was offered, he said no. I asked to speak to a manager the sales associate left and came back in about 2 minutes and told me the manager doesnt have time for my nonsense. I wasnt looking for any type of hand out just some competitive pricing to support a local business around my house.

Not only did I get over charged to replace one spark plug and get an oil change, it didnt fix the problem. Brought the car right back. The following Monday they replaced the other five spark plugs and the ignition coil. Paid 3x what I paid on the first repair and the manager thought he was doing me a favor by taking off 30 something dollars...really. I was glad to get out of there. I brought my truck there before that for repairs and its still not right. I have receipts to prove it. Not going back.

The knowledgeable staff have always been helpful and the estimates have not left me wondering what they thought the issue was. I had thought they were only for fleet vehicles, but they work on consumer vehicles as well. Little stuff to big repairs and replacements. Jeremy Shaw 5/20/19

As to the task of ordering and replacing your vehicle tires go, Neece Tires provided great service at very reasonable prices. The sales and labor staff provided friendly and excellent customer service. I also plan to have them perform some other vehicle repair and maintenance services in the near future.

Horrible customer service. They promised to have tires delivered by a certain time in the morning. When they were four hours past their deadline I called to see what was going on and when I got ahold of Bryan (the same guy that took my order), he showed absolute zero care about missing his deadline. When I told him that I ordered tires from him yesterday and was told that they would be here by a certain time, his only response was well that didnt happen. I thought it was pretty obvious that that didnt happen since I was still here without my tires four hours later. I had to ask him if he knew when he would be able to get them out and he said he will try for later today. I asked him if he would please let us know next time if he couldnt meet his deadline so we can plan accordingly, and he said Ill try. Not once did he apologize and his tone was very I dont care. Ive never dealt with someone so rude and non-apologetic before. I could deal with the missed deadline no problem, everybody messes up and runs behind once in awhile. I cannot deal with the rude, cold, lack of caring about mistakes made. I wasnt treated well at all, and Ill take my business somewhere else next time even if I have to pay extra.

Mike was a great help and exactly what I needed. I admit, I wasnt sure what was wrong with my truck. Someone had broken into it and messed under hood(turns out they disconnected my ignition coil). After a few failed attempts of jumping my truck, I decided to tow my truck to have it looked at. I called Mike and asked him if I could take my truck in. After the go ahead, and a prompt towing, I arrived at good year with my truck being looked at. No reservation, no paperwork, no upfront fee. I wasnt there more than 10 minutes before I was shaking Mikes hand because he told me that he wasnt charging me. I couldnt be happier with their service.

Prompt and professional service always

Needed 6 new tires for my RV, called ahead to setup the appointment, and brought the coach in on the appointed day, around 1030 am. I thought it would not be ready until the following day, but I was surprised to receive a call later that afternoon saying that all 6 tires had been mounted, balanced and aligned all the same day. I highly recommend them for all tire requirements on both your car and RV.

Dont bother with this store.Saturday morning I called to see if this Goodyear dealer had tires in stock. I knew the size and model p225/55/r17 and had already found it across town but wanted to give them the service. When I ask if the tire was in stock She quickly told me no.. So of course I ask do you have any thing else? She replied without any delay no we have nothing in stock.. I told her she didnt want my sale and thank you.She didnt try in any way to see if they could meet my needs and earn my business guess they have all the customers they need.

Ive been going here for ten years. Scott always finds the best price on tires and cant beat the service they provide on a daily basis. Even if its bad news - such as hey, one of your tires decided to eat itself and/or a 4 inch screw - they have never failed to catch something wrong and fix it for a reasonable price.

I took my 2012 Mercedes Sprinter to Neece Tire and Auto Service, Tallahassee, FL to have an internal tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) installed. Short story: They sent us away with 4 tires leaking!Long story: They needed to take off each tire, deflate, push down the tire, remove the valve stem, and install a new metal valve stem that holds the TPMS electronic module inside the tire. I expected this to be a routine installation, but it was taking over 5 hours and the service advisor did not tell me of problems while I waited. When I finally ventured past the “No customers beyond this point” sign to see what the mechanic was doing, I found he was very upset and frustrated saying that on every tire he installed the components as provided, then it leaked so he had to take it apart and substitute different parts. The nut would not fit on the valve stem so he was putting on a smaller nut that was very hard to tighten.Then they told us they all installed successfully so we paid and left, only to find that they had over-pressured all the tires and most were leaking. We called the company that sold the TPMS and it turns out they had supplied us with the wrong parts.In the morning I added air and headed back to Neece Tire and Auto Service and asked for the person in charge. Mr. Neece was very defensive and after a few minutes that seemed an eternity I was able to get some words in to tell him that we now realize that the parts we provided from TST were not the right ones. But why did they install them anyway when they all leaked? He said that they did not leak when we left and the pressures were so high because the gauge was defective. I had no way to prove he was wrong at the time, but later we overheard the mechanic say to a foreman that they were indeed leaking after he finished installing them. Mr. Neece said that they would put back regular rubber valve stems, give us back all our parts, and charge us $15 per tire for that work. I explained that I would report all this on the forums and he didn’t care. In the end the service manager did not charge us for removing the TPMS, but a refund of the original $160 was out of the question. Not to mention our time of about 12 hours counting the drive back. I will never return to that place.
