They are a great servicing center for BMW and Benz. Very quick. Best if you schedule your service. They offer shuttle service to drop off and pick up. Fresh brewed coffee with a real coffee machine that actually tastes really good. Service consultants are very personable and professional. They went above and beyond each time I was there.
One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had! Upon arrival Mr.Michael Tizzani had the vehicle already pulled up to the front and ready for me to see. Michael was very helpful and not pushy at all. He allowed me all the time I needed to check out the vehicle and make a decision. I wasn’t sure what kind of car I wanted when I came in. I just knew I wanted a high-end luxury vehicle. My first salesman was fairly new and didn’t know that much about the vehicle I was interested in. I came back the next day and was greeted by Jeremiah Franklin. What an awesome guy! He knew the product inside and out and was not pushy in any way. He understood when I wanted to compare other brands and was patient while I looked at them too. But he was so knowledgeable and I felt his love for the Mercedes. He helped me complete the sale quickly, and went over and above to train me on all of the new technology and options. Definitely made me feel part of my new Mercedes family.
Absolutely outstanding. I live in Atlanta, and bought a 2016 BMW without first seeing it. I was a bit nervous that the pics were just really nice....Jeremy C. really helped me out; he drove the car from Tallahassee to Atlanta for me! Hes a certified BMW Genius, which is a real thing, and knows the cars backwards and forwards. Could not be more pleasant to deal with. Patricia C. helped me with the paperwork for the transaction, and that could not have gone smoother. Finally, another man named Jeremy C. (they have 2 Jeremy Cs!) was super helpful with the BMW protection products like extended warranties and so forth. All were very professional and knowledgeable. The car arrived **without a single scratch**....even the wheels were absolutely pristine. Capital Eurocars is recommended without reservation. Ill be back when its time for a Benz, for sure!

Brought in my car for a tire change at 4pm, the sign posted said they were open until 7pm. At 7pm they had not even looked at my car even though I was waiting on my car in the waiting room...AND on vacation. I had to get a hotel room overnight. I came in the next morning at 10am...they had been open for several hours. They STILL had not looked at my car. I am loosing 2 days now of my vacation. They convinced me to buy 4 tires and was on the road by 1pm. The tires were all soapy looking. They didnt even wash the car. This is the WORST MB dealership I have EVER been to. Stay far away from this one!

Every time I come to this place, the workers always act like they don’t want to help anybody. I had to wait almost 3 weeks for an appt just to replace my rear view mirror. Once the day came, I dropped my car off at 8am sharp. and wasn’t told how long it’s going to take, wasn’t told somebody will contact me, and not even offered a loaner car, nothing! I waited almost 5 hours and my car hasn’t been looked at so I just came to pick it up. The advisor Chris was getting agitated and I got my car back very dirty. SMH! Just poorly

I recently had to have my car towed to Capital Eurocars in Tallahassee, Florida. Mr. William Gilkes was prompt in reaching out to me about getting my car looked at repaired. The process was easy with text notification and also a number to call him if I had any more questions or concerns. He really made my experience a pleasant one. I felt at ease and I’m very happy with the repairs and so thankful for his help and all the service techs that worked on my vehicle. I most definitely will be back and would recommend them to anyone needing service for a foreign vehicle.
Salesman told me to come in to get deal done, drove 1 hour each way just for him and the manager to tell me to come another day. Awful sales staff, rude disrespectful and condescending. Never had a wore experience in my life with car salesmen and have never had to leave a bad review. DO not give business to these people!

He called when it was done and we were able to leave the rental there at Mercedes. Mr. Stafford was efficient, polite and professional.
My husband and I (and two small children) had a wonderful experience with Nicholas Black at Capital Eurocars!! My previous experiences with buying a car have always been labororous and stressful. I was expecting the same experience but I was pleasantly surprised to find that our time was respected and the usual price haggling did not occur. Nicholas didnt use pressure tactics and genuinely wanted us to get a fair deal. It did not take long for us to decide on a price and start the paperwork. We drove 4 hours to Tallahassee because Capital Eurocars had the best price for the vehicle we wanted to buy. I was hesitant about the long (total of 8 hours) drive but it was definitely worth it. Capital Eurocars Mercedes did not cover, under warranty, a plastic interior piece that kept falling off. Vehicle only had a few miles on it and well within the bumper to bumper warranty.

Claude Rabbath at Capital Eurocars in Tallahassee Fl was a superb salesman and extremely helpful when we bought a Mercedes Benz without even physically seeing it! An online purchase due to the distance, Claude provided pictures and eased our mind throughout the whole process! HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!I had some of the worst experiences with the service department at this dealership!! So horrible that recently I traded my 2016 Mercedes Benz because I Absolutely hated taking it to this dealership. One incident I made a reservation for a service appointment requesting a loaner because I m in the medical field a had to be at work for a procedure with my cardiologist. I was told that I could not get a loaner car because this particular service would only only take 30 -40 mins. Unfortunately for me it took 2hrs and I was extremely late to work not to meantion the drive there took an additional 45mins since I work in Thomasville. I was almost 3 hrs late for work. I was so humiliated,angry,and embarrassed. Never in my life have I ever been this late for work. Of course I should have been written up but my office manager empathized with me regarding the situation. She too expected better from Mercedes!!! To compensate me for the inconvenience I was tolded by the service manager, Joe next time to talk directly to my representative( Joe Turzzo)! I couldnt believe it!! It was as if no one care about the inconvenience to me. Oh but they rush to get my car service done faster! The next service I had to have I decided to let my fiance take my car and drop it off for. I just had a fear that something would go wrong like last time and I didnt want to be written up at work. I made the reservation with my service rep just as I was advised and requested a loaner car for my fiance. He assure me that he would have one available for him upon his arrival. When my fiance arrivedearly that morning to drop off my car there was no loaner car available. He was told that they would shuttle him to enterprise to get a vehicle contracted through Mercedes. They dropped him off at enterprise and left him. When he was finally waited on at enterprise, he was told that didnt have anymore loaner vehicles. He waited 2hrs for the Captiol Euro shuttle bus to pick him back up and set there for hours waiting on them to finish the service. He missed two important business meetings.When I spoke to my service representative (Joe Turzzo) he apologized and said that he could give me 10% off my service! Are you kidding me!!! This was horrible service and bigger slap in the face offering me 10% to compensate for the inconvenience. I begin to think what if I would have taken my car myself, I would have been written up for being late. The worst part is no one seemed to care! The sad part is I loved Mercedes and recently got approved to buy a new Mercedes. My dream car is the CLS 450. I decided not to get it now because this is the dealership that would have to service it and I was told Albany is even worst by one of my patients!! I loved my mercedes but hate having it serviced at this dealership!!! I traded it because the service experience was truly horrible and I dreaded taking it there!!! I do expect more from Mercedes!!! I have recently spoken to someone who said he is sorry I had those experiences but he had never. That was good know. Unfortunately this was my experience and I will never forget it! I was always told they were short staff when my services would take a while but is this really the customers problem! Mercedes moto is The Best or Nothing. I received far from the the Best from this dealerships service department!

We have had BMWs for years so we have encountered many sales people and many dealerships. This was by far the best experience we have had in a very long time. My vehicle was left with BMW over 3 weeks ago for service. We were told the part was in and the car would be available for pickup, that was almost 2 weeks ago. We have had no correspondence since then and no one answers the customer service phone or responds to voicemails. Wednesday will be an entire month without my vehicle and we cant even get an update. Yet, any service you get costs more than the monthly payments. What am I paying for?

Mercedes Benz, Service Dept. Just had my CLS-550 serviced for the first time at Cap. Euro. Parke Stafford did a great job of keeping me informed and getting the repairs covered under extended warranty I bought with the Car in May 2020. While the service bills are the worst part of owning a Mercedes, the issues were addressed, repairs made and the car drives like a dream. Thanks Parke!
Trey Purvis did a good job of getting our car up to us after we located it for them. We had stopped in a couple of weeks earlier and took a test drive in the new G30 series 5 Sedan. My wife liked it and some of the features, but knowing her, I would be the one driving so with CEC not having anything in stock, I proceed to use the BMW app and build one on line and afterwards spoke with Trey when I sent in my quote request. I had located a 99 percent match at another dealer and he was able to secure the car and get it up to us to close the deal. Very happy with the trade and outcome.
Parke Stafford is the best service manager I’ve worked with at Capital Eurocars. He always responds promptly and explains throughly any service that needs to be done and works hard to resolve any issues. Most of all, he is patient and kind! Give him a raise!
So I scheduled an appointment at 9am on a Monday for an oil change and a brake inspection, as the entire SUV shook when I applied the brakes and service representative told me he’d call me around lunch time. Welp, near closing time, 5pm Monday, I had to text him to find our what is happening with my car. He responded that they had not even looked at it yet, let alone, changed the oil. Then, they said the pads and calipers are bad on a 40,000 mile X1. I am planning a cross country trip and needed my SUV at maximum performance. Then $1,600 later and on Thursday afternoon I get my SUV back.
Jeremiah was very helpful and made sure I was knowledgeable on my GLC300. He walked me through the car and all its fun features!
Parke Stafford was great at making sure I received the service needed.He explained what was being done and why. He made sure I had transportation while my vehicle was serviced. He is always very professional when he work with me. I only ask for him when I make appointments. Parke is GREAT.

I worked with Jeremiah Franklin on a used 2016 Ford Explorer with low miles in mint condition. The car was priced very competitively. Jeremiah was well informed about the vehicle and was very helpful with the whole process. There was no “high pressure” tactics - that clearly was not what Capital Eurocars or Jeremiah was about. I’ve had the vehicle for two weeks now and couldn’t be happier. In my experience, one of the most telling things is repeat business - I’d contact them again if I were looking at another vehicle. It’s a small dealership.. Came here for service just because I found this place to be the closest location from where I live right now. No one greeted me as I walked in the service door and stood there for minutes until someone finally noticed me, that made a bad first impression. The frustration part is that this place doesn’t provide loaner car, but they do provide rental car from Enterprise but doesn’t pay your protection which means you have to pay Enterprise $20 for it. My advisor Parke was easy to work with. But my overall experience with this place was very average, I’ve had better experience with other place.

Not very happy about the finance manager service at the end of the purchasing. The finance manager told me that it is late and he need go home lets finish this quick at the end of the purchase with out any introduction. He told me he did not have time to tell me the loan number and just sign the paper when I ask him about loan numbers approved by the bank. I do not think that he will talk to me like this if I am that 80% majority, or that 15% minority groups. If you need leave on time for your kid go to bed that is fine, let customers know about it and finish the paper work next day. DO NOT RUSH PEOPEL SIGN THE PAPER WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGE BECAUSE WE ARE NOT BUYING SOMETHING FROM WALMART ACROSS THE STREET THAT PEOPEL CAN RETURN THE ITEM FOR THATEVER REASONS.

Great service from Capital Eurocars Mercedes. Specifically, we have worked with Parke Stafford the last few years getting or MB serviced. This year, as in previous years, his attention to detail and followup is superb. Ask for Parke, you will be happy you did.
I have had a good experience and bad. I took my car in one day to get the Oil leak and Coolant leak fixed as well as the brake light fixed. I payed for the Oil leak and Coolant leak but I guess my service manager had a miscommunication with me about the brakes being fixed. Thats a no biggie. Took it in a few days later to get the break light fixed. Paid for it and everything. Get the car back when they were closing and immediately notice the brake lights still on. I drove it for a good 15 days just waiting for that light to come off. Didnt ever come off. I got tired of this and didnt want to go back to the dealer to get them to fix it so I reinitialized my DSC and got the Brake light removed. I know you can do it a easier way with the service menu in the car but that didnt work so going this route fixed the issue for me. I dont know how you miss that big RED Brake light and think the service is done. I asked for the Light to get removed and it never happened but they did replace the part causing it so thats good.
Terrence Purvis was fantastic to work with, from the start to finish of my vehicle purchase. My service representative Anthony Taylor was awesome! I showed up without an appointment because a warning light came on so I drove straight to Capital Eurocars. Anthony figured out quickly that I needed a new battery and he put my car right in. Within the hour I was back on the road and my New Battery was covered by warranty so it as no cost to me.This is the same type of service I get from Anthony every time I come in and I get treated as though Im the only customer they have.
I recently took my car in for a last minute appointment to have it looked over before my warranty expired and Tony Taylor was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was ready to go before I had to leave town and provided me with a loaner car for the couple of days that my car was left at Mercedes. Tony was very accommodating and easy to work with and provided excellent service.
We had been to multiple car dealerships but Bruce Parker was the one who convinced us to go for GLC 300. He was convincing without being persistent giving us enough space to make the decision on our own time. He went through all the features in detail, patiently answered all our questions and always made us feel that he would be there if something went wrong. Everything about this service appointment for my Class C RV (Mercedes Sprinter chassis) went smoothly. I was able to get a mid morning appointment to avoid rush hour traffic on a requested date. Joe Trozzo, my service adviser, met with me on time and explained the typical extras that are part of the service for that mileage. It was a relief that no other extras suddenly appeared as they worked on the vehicle with pressure to have that service done as typically happens on vehicles at other dealerships. When I made the appointment I requested transportation home while the service was done. The driver was there waiting for me and we left immediately. They called me to provide return transportation when the service was completed, however I had other transportation. They washed the RV prior to pick up which was an extra bonus. Anyone who has an RV can appreciate this perk. Overall this was a stress-free experience.
Service Advisor Parke Stafford always does a first-class job in managing the service of my car. Its a busy service department yet Parke seems to always know what is being done and keeps me posted on an expected completion time. His personal touch elevates this dealership above others Ive dealt with.
